i'm 15/f and i have never had an actual boyfriend and i've never kissed a guy. I feel so behind from all the other girls at school. I just don't feel like i want to take on all the drama that comes with a relationship.
I'm not ugly or anything and i think guys don't ask me out because i'm kind of one of them. I love video games and playing guitar, and skateboarding. The dresses and stuff don't really get me.
I'm worried about being single for the rest of my life! I want to keep my guy friends though, they're like my brothers and i'm worried that if i ever get a guy he won't let me hang out with my boys! (link)

You're behind on what exactly? I don't think that just because 'everyone is doing it' is a good enough reason to feel crap about yourself. thb, i'm 17 and i've never had a relationship - its not because i can't get a guy or i'm freakin butt ugly - its just that i don't feel that i HAVE to conform to what everyone else was doing. If you don't have any interest dont worry, you're only 15! you've got so many more years ahead of you! i wouldnt worry one bit!
The whole 'my boyfriend won't let me hang out with my guy friends' is a MYTH. except for control freaks which in any case you should ditch because that guy will also be limiting the time you want to spend with your girlfriends as well.
Just because you have a boyfriend doesnt mean your social life outside your boyfriend dies too you know? and if any boy expects that of you - slap him right in the face, inform him he's living in 2008 and not 1808 then promtly drop him like a hot potato.
But anyways! back to your original worry - No. you won't end up single for the rest of your life and yes you will still be able to keep your guy friends =] At this age i know its hard with all the boyfriend/girlfriend issues you know, all the, whos got what, who did what - let me tell you, you are not worse off if you don't have a boyfriend! The right guy will come along you'll have fun, hang out a heap have your relationship issues then most probably break up somewhere along the line (i'm not jinxing you but the chances of you finding 'the one' when you dont even know what you want to do with you life as yet [probably] is a very slim chance.) So relax! enjoy being a teenager, playing your guitar and video games (which totally rules btw) and you know what? not bothering about pretty clothes and make up and things is one less worry you have!

everytime that i record something on my camera, and then i save it to my computer, and then i upload the clip to movie maker, it just shows up as a black screen. not the computer screen, but teh video is black. it dosent show anything. how do i upload it to movie maker without it being black? and also, when its on media player, it also dosent play. but i think tahts just for music. i have a toshiba laptop with vista, if that helps. but what do i do??

have tried using codecs? I think your main problem is that the file type that your camera is using isnt surported or read by vista. Try downloading k-lite or the cccp-codec pack and see if it helps =]

in p.e i say a traneis so i decided to take it i took it home and brought it to school the next day and one of my friend suspected that i took it from lostand found place and i started to lie so the came up to me and told to say the truth where i got that traniers from but i was till lieing and now the say i should bring it to school (link)

Yes it is wrong to take something that isn't yours even if it is in lost and found, but i don't see anything wrong with browing it for the day if you have forgotten yours. if you found it you should turn it into lost and found, i'm pretty sure the owner of that pair of trainers is looking for it... but i don't see why your friends have to demand you prove to them that you 'arn't' lying... hope that helps ^^

No when you are pregnant you don't have your periods but i'm not too sure about the breastfeeding part. i suppose after having the baby you'd have your periods again. hope that helped!

I was just wondering...how can you tell if your attracted to someone of the same sex? Like...if i look at a girl, somtimes i'll think, "oh, she's pretty" and if i look at a guy i'll think "oh he's cute." (by the way, i'm a girl) But, anyway, like, somtimes i feel attracted to guys, and i really want to get to know them, but then again, somtimes i look at some of my friends who are girls, and i just kinda..you know, wonder....heh, that sounds weird. But yeah, so i was wondering, how do you tell if your bi or gay or stuff like that.
By the way, i'm christian, so my religon is totally against things like that....so thats why i havn't talked to anyone, and i cant... (link)

you can try an annoymous councelling service for teens, you can't really have someone else tell you what it's like to be bi or gay etc, it's up to you to know like you just have to think and reflect deeply and try talking to someone you trust or if you really can't bring yourself to do that try the councelling service as mentioned before. gay and bi people are just normal people like you or i and there is nothing to be ashamed of if you do come to the conclusion that you are gay or bi etc. just think of it this way everyone regardless of their religion or sexuality are just normal humans we are all humans we all have feelings and wants and needs we all have goals and asperations so what is so different about gay or bi people? gay and bi people also have human rights and right now people are activly trying to get everyone else to realise that gay and bi people are just like themselves. there's nothing different between them and us because we are all humans so i don't see why you should be ashamed of being gay or bi or indeed even having gay or bi friends or aquientences. hope that helped! =]

you can try limewire just download the program (it's free just don't select the pro option) and you can search for a song you'd like - it's share wear or a peer to peer program like bittorrent so it should be good enough. hope that helped! =]

Ok I know I posted this question before, but a lot of people couldn't see the picture so I'm going to post a link that works. This is a picture of my friend. She's tried to commit suicide soo many times because she says shes ugly. She hates her eyes because she says they're too small. I think shes beautiful but she always has something to pick on about her body. you should ask your friend to see a concellor, and you are right she is very beautiful. sometimes no matter how hard you try to convince someone of how wonderful they look and how wonderful they are they just don't see it from your point of view so try and get her to talk to a councellor (i'm sure your school should have one, go see that councellor) but if your school doesn't have councellor they hire, there are many youth surport groups out there. especially surport groups and help lines for teenaged girls and self-image issues as well as groups that help suicidal people. i really urge you to hurry and get her to see a concellor because from what you've said this is a very serious thing especially since she tried to commit sucide before. my best wishes to you and your friend and i hope that helped =]

as in join the fourm you've recated or join as in to get people intersted in the fourum you've created? if you want to know how to get people intested in your fourm you can spread the word by telling your friends to tell their friends and so on and so fourth. but if it's to get people ONTO the fourm then it'll depend on what free hosting site you've used. usually if a person wants to join a fourm on a free hosting site (eg: fourmer, myspace.com etc) they'd have to open an account with the place to join first. but normally they'd get an instruction screen when they click on they 'join' fourm option. hope that helped =]

I'm 13 from Singapore, and this year i have entered secondary school, which is something like high school in USA.
First of all, there's this guy who i accidentally offended. He started to hate me a lot and made fun of me. Like, during Workshop lessons he would say " I'm surprised you haven't cut your finger yet" and during many other lessons he would just be acting cool in front of his friends. Soon, because of this, everyone in the class avoided me. I am not the only one who suffers under him though. He also bullies his best friend.
Secondly, I have a very unlucky crush on this Japanese guy who happens to be his bestest friend. He teases me rudely many times as well but i can't help liking him. I was hoping it was only infatuation, but it has been almost 8 months.
Lastly, I hope to solve this problem soon because I have no one to talk to except chatting online with my primary school friends. As a result, I don't look forward to school and paying attention in class is difficult. (link)

hi there =] first off i need to know what you did to offend him? he does not have any right to treat you like that and since you said that you accidently offended him i suggest you try and rectify this problem. as in try and work out and sort out how badly you've offended him and see if you can apologise for accidently offending him. however if that does not work and he still bullies you, speak to an adult you trust (eg: family, teachers etc) talk to a teacher or councellor at your school and see if they can get this guy to stop being a bully. since you said you're 13 i'm assuming that this guy is also 13? am i correct? but usually guys around that age are very brash and act like total idots, this may be just that he's growing up but from what you've said i have a feeling he knows what he's doing and is doing this on purpose. talk to someone who can do something about this suituation like teachers you can trust. bullying should not be taken lightly and i do hope you seek help and surport from people you trust. hope that helps! =]

you need to get onto free hosting sites (eg: fourmer, or myspace. unless you want a .com site - you'll need to pay.) and get an account with them then you can pretty much open up a fourm with whatever topic you want. and because you created the site you'll have to either moderate the site yourself or have some moderators (it can be your friends who are also into the same topic you are opening)hope that helped =]

i think (my own opion) it's average height. i being only about 5' and 15 years old... that's tall for me - from where i'm standing but yeah it's average height for a 15 year old.

I saw You, Me & Dupree today and it was rated PG-13. At one point in the movies, Dupree said the F word. Since when is that word allowed to be in PG-13 movies? (link)

i think for a movie to be classified under PG-13 it can't have the F-word said more than once. i heard this in an interview with a movie director and they were saying that (i think) for a movie to be put in the PG-13 rating it can't have the F-word repeated more than once. hope that helped! =]

you might like to see a doctor about this. i think it's going on too long for an irregular period. not to worry you or anything but it may be that you have some kind of wound or irritation somewhere inside either your womb (the lining) or your vagina. i suggest you do go to a doctor and get this sorted. hope that helps! =]

i have to get a cavity next month and the dentist said that they wont have to numb it because its gonna be small or whatever.. im just wondering if it will hurt if they dont numb it ..from a scale 1-10 and since this is not my baby teeth anymore, will the cavity stay on my teeth forever or will it like fade away? the cavity they would drill out then they'd fill it in with either algamte (it's looks blakish) or another type of filling i can't remember it's name but when it's filled in it's white so you can't really see that they've drilled out the cavity. your cavity would stay there but it would be cleaned (they drill out the parts where they can't do anything about) and filled with those two fillings i had described before. you're lucky that they found the cavity while it was still quite small because the bigger it is the deeper the dentist has to drill and the deeper the dentist has to drill the more likely it'll hurt because they are bound to hit a nerve. if it's reativly small it should hurt about a one or two on a scale of 1-10, if you are really lucky it might not even hurt. just remember to take care of your teeth in the future so that you won't have to go back to the dentist to fill out another cavity =]once your dentist drills your teeth to remove the cavity your teeth would be weaken and it wouldn't be what it was before. so take good care of your teeth especially since now your teeth would have to last you for your entire life time. hope that helps =]

Tomorrow I have to get my first cavity done.. ever! I'm so scared because I know they have to numb your mouth with novocaine by putting a needle through your gum! I have such a fear of needles or anythign sharp but I still have to get this done. Does the shot really hurt that much? What can I compare the pain too! Thank you (link)

um... it usually doesn't hurt at all but if the dentist has to use novocaine then i believe that the cavity is really bad.. i've had my cavities filled since i was a kid and trust me the needle is just a pin prick compared to the pain you'd feel if the dentist didn't use novocaine. if you've ever accidently poked yourself with a pin thats how it feels like but you won't feel the pain pretty quickly because it's an anesatic. i've never had to use (or rather my dentist never used anesatics before) any anesatic but if the cavity is really deep it'll hurt like hell if your dentist doen't use novocaine. just relax and it'll be over before you even know it. hope that helped =]

im worred about my friend shes in my grade 7th but shes only 11 im 13 so sometimes i think of her as a lil sister and im a little worred about her because she has a new boyfriend whos 16 in the 10th grade and she hangs out with him alone and im worred that somthing might happen how can i covinces her that this just isent right and dont say tell her mom because her mom dont care about her and i would like it if i didnt have to tell an adult because she wont listen to them (link)

i'm thinking that perhaps he doesn't really have any bad intentions but... i can't help but feel she may be too young emotionally to deal with someone that much older than her. however if she was about 20 or something and the guy she is going out with was 25 or 26 then i wouldn't be so concerened but right now i feel that (she really IS only 11 years old right?) she is far too young to have a relationship like that with someone who is that much older than her. you are right to worry about her i think. you could try and talk to her calmly the point is NOT to raise your voice or treat her as if she can't make any decisions on her own. right now she is what i like to call 'exploring' her own limitations and things like that. make sure you express your concern for her (do not be patronising) make sure you understand what she is trying to tell you and when she says her bit - do not cut in or put her down. listen to it all no matter how rediculous you find it. if there is anything you do not understand even a little clear it up with her before moving on to anything else. talk through this with your friend and make sure that you won't be interupted at any point. finish it in one sitting ONE ok? if however you leave this discussion with her and still feel unsatisfied thinking thorugh all that she has told you then if you really can't be at peace with yourself or with her talk to her again and by the second time you really should clear it up. after two talks (and make sure that both are not interrupted at any point and ONLY resort to the second talk if you REALLY despreatly are not satisfied with the things you've disscussed before) it becomes like you are being controlling and she wouldn't like that - trust me on that count. good luck! and i hope this helps!

if you've marked down all your dates and counted them as accurately as possible for the last 10 to 12 months and your periods haven't shifted or changed then yes it's very possible to get your periods while on holiday but if you arn't going to spend alot of time in the pool then i highly doubt that you'd get them while actually in the pool. however if you are still worried about this you may go and check it out with a doctor to see if he/she can give you any thing to stall or stop your periods for just this month. hope that helps! =]

I work with this guy. But hes on a vacation break for about a month. Its his part time job becuase he is aslo military. I started this job in OCtober. He was the one that pretty much trained me on the job MOre then any others employees. Since i started there i have Had A crush on him.
Friday i drove on base to put my check in the bank and he was one of the security Guys checking the IDs. He saw me and smiled at me. And i drove away.
Also Theres a pretty big age gap. im 17f & hes 25m. And he has a girlfriend but hes not married.
My question is. Is there anything i can really do in this situation? And any advice that you would love to give to me.

um... i would say just leave it be, the age gap isn't that much of anything really but it's the fact that he has a girlfriend already and you said that you've only had a crush on him so i think that'll pass. it's not the best thing for either parties (you, him or even his girlfriend) if you try and get in-between. so for now i'd just say let it be, if some where in the future he breaks off with his girlfriend, you still see him and you still have a thing for him go for it. see how it turns out. hope that helps =]
