Q: There is this guy I really like. I've liked him for a while. I realized that he would never really like me back but I still like him a lot. We don't really talk but he says hi and knows my name and stuff which is a start. I want a guy to tell me what girls need to do for you to notice them and what I should do. girls tell me what you would to to get him to notice you in a more that friends way.

Hey there! What you could do is the next time you see him around, strike up a conversation! Ask him about his classes, sports/hobbies, and to get to know him more. What's really great is that you guys know each other's names and say "hi" whenever you see each other. Just talk-story with him, and the best thing is to look at him as a friend first, because you can easily be yourself around him, and he can be himself around you. And don't think that he could never like you back, because you never know, you know? Good luck!

Okay theres this guy Jake(16/m). I met him during summer school gym class. He seemed to really like me and I like him. Everyday, we would laydown together during a 20 minute brake time twice a day on a big gym mat, it never failed. He always hung out with me and wanted to be around me. He always hugged me. He would tease me and hug me close when he was really sweaty as a joke. Then after it ended, we didnt talk for about a month. Then when school started, I thought maybe it was just a summer thing, but on the first day, he came up to me at lunch and gave me the biggest hug. He always comes up to me in the hallway and he loves to tickle my sides. He always gives me a hug good bye. Hes invited me to 2 of his soccer games. He sat with me and my friends at the football games. A few girls have told me they think he likes me...

but it hasnt progressed. I dont know if there is a reason he hasnt like asked me to the movies or to homecoming or anything. Hes never called me. One girl told me he does that to every girl... but I dont think so because she is a very jealous girl who liked him and tried to get close to him, but he only wanted to hang out with me. I just dont know if its harmless flirting or if he is really intrested... please give me your opinion!

hey! i really do believe that he is interested in you. he's really kind to you, and always wants to be around you. the best thing to do is talk to him about it, and tell him how you feel, because the more time is wasted the lesser chance you will have of being him. And for some guys, when they have to wait too long for a girl, they easily give up and don't really see that girl in the same way again. so be honest with him, and tell him how you feel. do you like him? you should go for it!!!

ok well heres the story...
last year i really got to know bob and i really liked him, but i couldnt tell if he liked me bak. well i would always tell lucy this and she seemed to care like she would always tell me to tell him i liked him but i was to nervous.
well this year lucy has a boyfriend and we just started school and she got a class with bob and i didnt. now she always tells me how he comes up to her table and talks to her and stuff. and lucy found out that bob thought she was hott and for some reason she needed to tell me this and i was kind of quiet after she said it and so she was like "i know your jealous". also she just now told me that she "liked him in the beginning of the year last year" and i doubt that cause she would have told me before. i just dont understand why she is trying to make me jealous when she is my best friend and has a great relationship with her boyfriend? ahh whats the problem?

hey there! i had the same situation happen to me. don't worry about it though. i kind of think that maybe things aren't really great in her relationship with her boyfriend at the moment, and knowing that you really liked bob, she wanted to make you jealous. but first of all, if your friend is talking to you about your crush like this, without thinking about how you would feel, what kind of friend is she, you know? friends should always support each other, especially when they confide in each other about their crushes. the best thing to do is talk to her straight, ask her what's wrong, and why she says that she likes him now, especially when she has a boyfriend. it's not right though, to give up a friendship for a guy, but your friend needs to see things straight and have some common sense about things. so the best thing to do is just tell her honestly about how you feel, but do remember that friends matter more than any guy. take care, adn good luck! if you need anything else, you can contact me through the inbox.

Q: ok i went to download.com and typed in windows Media Encorded but it didnt pop up with anything to download?? Am I doing something wrong?

you can probably consider closing or turning off your pop-up blocker, if you have one because it ends the process of the download. is it the box dat asks if you want to save this file? if so, then it should pop up, or else there is something blocking it, or that you may need to find another encoder, if it doesn't match the kind of program you have. just contact me if there may be other problems,okay? hey there! because he likes you, and you like him too, tell him directly alone that you can't accept what he's doing to himself and the friends he hangs out with. just be honest. tell him that if he doesn't change or stop what he is doing to himself, you may have to reconsider the relationship when the time comes when you both go out. tell him just straight up. if he doesn't listen, or is not willing to change for you, then he isn't worth it, because if he really liked you and cared about how you felt about what he was doing to himself, then he would truly change for the better. i give you props for your concern for this guy. take care always, and remember to just be honest about how you feel.

hey there! what's wrong with being popular? there isn't anything bad to it....by being popular, you can also benefit by being friendly with everyone, regardless of being popular or not. a lot of people do think that popular people are up in the sky somewhere, but you can reverse that sterotype into showing that you can hang out and befriend with all kinds of people. its not that you are popular, but what you do with your popularity that counts. so, personally i think that you should be glad that you are a well known person, because you are known for your talents,but most importantly your personality.

hey there! i personally understand that you want to be friends, but before moving on to another relationship, you need to find if that guy has potential, or if he's really boyfriend material and that he is going to be with you for a long time. If you don't classify love correctly, you'll get hurt, but also you may miss out on finding that perfect person. So be smart and find love correctly, and you'll surely find the right person for you.

Q: Ok, so I was like in love with this boy last year and I played a harmless prank on him and he totally stopped talking to me. This year he has not said one word to me and he is my chemistry class. It's 2 weeks into the year and he hasn't said a thing. He's on football and I'm in cheer, so we see each other a million times a day. I really want him to talk to me and he just won't. Instead, I'm starting to believe he's trying to like telepathically talk to me or something because he will not stop staring at me. In the morning, he full on stares at me and does not even care if I notice. Sometimes in chemistry, he'll stare at me and I'll look at him and he'll look away, vice versa. These staring games are pretty silly. Other times at lunch, he'll stare and I'll ask my friends to block his view and he'll actually move to get a better look at me. I thought maybe he was staring at some other girl but all of my friends say hes lookin right at me. At football, when the cheerleaders run around the track, he gets so distracted by me that his coach tells him to pay attention. Why won't he just talk to me? He doesn't respond to my emails or nothing. He apparently just enjoys staring. What the heck does this mean?! I really need help. I feel like a celebrity getting stalked by the paparazzi and want to know why he is doing this! Help please!!

hey there! what you should do is, go up and talk to him. if you're just going to sit and wait and get the staring games to your head, you're gonna go CRAZY, and nothing will be solved. Instead, it escalates and the situation gets worse. Just go up and straight-forwardly talk to him, ask him why hasn't he been talking to you this whole time, and explain that he's staring at you and not saying a word is bothering you. Telepathically communicating truly does not work, and assuming things doesn't either. So really, get up and talk to him, because you'll never know, and the situation is never going to get better if you don't do it now. I mean, what's wrong with talking to him first, you know? =D

Q: Recently I had a slumber party. One of the girls(who is like my bff since 2nd grade) grabbed the phone and called this boy she likes. I saw nothing wrong with it. Don't worry though! =D In order to help your mom to realize that you're not wild, is to show her. Conduct yourself in a mature manner when around her and visitors. Have good manners. Hey there! I suggest that when he has calmed down, tell him that you didn't mean to ignore him when he IMed you, and that you're sorry for it. Because you guys have been friends for a really long time, hopefully he will understand. If he doesn't listen, then you might have to reconsider the friendship because true friends will lend an ear to a friend. But if it is something you really don't know that he is mad at you about, then try to talk to him calmly and ask him what's wrong, and explain to him that you really don't know what's bothering him, and he should definently tell you. Hey there! Hoo...this is a difficult situation. My family also feels the same way... Um, I suggest that you tell your family not right away, but some time into the relationship, and if they ask you why you're with him, you can explain to him why you like him, the qualities that he has that makes him such a great guy. If they don't agree to it the first time you are explaining to them, you can allow them to meet each other, like by bringing him to dinner and they will see and get to know him for themselves. Q: Hi everyone. 16/f.

There's this guy who I know from an extracurriculur (that's a hard one to spell) drama class. We never get to talk in class much, but I had to give him my email as he had to email me a script he'd wrote 9and he didn't have enough copies) Well, he emailed me almost immediately and told me he couldn't get the script until he went to his dads place, and then he started asking me all these questions about myself. Well, we've been emailing back and forth quite a bit.. and now I'm not used where to go from here. He's a bit older than me.. 19 turning 20.. but I can't help but hope he's somewhat interested. What should I do now? Just keep going as it is or make a subtle move? And do you think he's just being friendly or there's something there?

Hey there! I think he's not just being friendly, there really is something there. He asked questions to get to know you more, and that really shows that he is interested in you. Um, I suggest that right now, keep on talking and emailing each other because the more you get to know each other, you will become friends, and it is better to be friends with someone before being lovers. Q: So we just started school back up this Tuesday and I like it just fine. But the only problem is that I don't have any friends. And I sit alone at lunch, and all the kids look at me like "OMG what a loser.." I actually heard some kid behind me say to one of his friends about "oh look at the girl sitting by herself" and he laughed like it was the funniest thing in the world.

I am a very shy person, and I have actually tried to go up to a few people and ask if I can sit with them. They say yes but don't talk to me and make me feel really uncomfortable around them so it's pointless to sit with them. I have contemplated just going to sit in the bathroom or library at lunch.

But the only problem with that is I have to eat during lunch, because if I don't, when I come home I'll eat alot. My mom and I get food stamps and every month they lower the price so I can't eat all the food. What do I do? Do I just suck it up and sit by myself everyday? Or do I just not eat so much? Please help! I will rate!

Hey!!! The best thing to do is to not be shy. Being shy stops you from reaching possible opportunites out there, and noone will really know how you feel if you are shy. So don't be shy...You can get together with people you talk to during class and hangout during lunch. Don't be afraid to just be yourself and open up because the people who don't like it don't matter and the people who do, are the ones who do. =D Also, you can join clubs, and through them you can meet people who share the same interests as you.
