I finally updated my picture, I thought it was time for an update on it so I picked my favorite picture. After all, my previous picture was almost 2 and a half years old!
My name is Ryan. And I will answer most everything you want to ask to the best of my God given ability.But I will not sugar coat any answer and I will give MY advice. I don't care about my ratings, so don't think giving me a 1 for an answer you don't want to hear will scare me. And if you already know what you should do about a sitaution, don't come to us here at advicenators asking for a second opinion. And here below is a list of questions you should NOT ask on advicenators. Granted some of them may vary and be acceptable, but overall don't ask the below questions on Advicenators.
**Don't ask questions like "OMG i heard this song on the radio with "insert pointless pop lyrics here" and i wanna know what it is so what is it! Thanks!! I rate 5sssss! hearts". This question can be simply googled with the lyrics, or you need only ask a friend
**Don't ask "ok so there is the hott guy/gal in my class and he/she like got me a *insert gift or simple trinket here* do you think he/she likes me?" This is the most common question here on this website sadly. Unless it is vitally important and actually pertains to a feeling of true feelings, don't ask it. This is most asked by teens. And what teens need to learn is "love" is not thinking a guy/girl is sweet and hott and nice. I know love, and it is so far from all those things. Remember Cicero when he said "Out of all the emotions, love is the most violent. Love is madness."
**"Ok so me and my boyfriend had sex last night and we like used no protection omg he came in me do you think i am pregnant?" Ugh. Stupid teens and their hormones. IF YOU HAVE SEX YOU ALWAYS RUN THE RISK OF PREGNANCY, UNLESS YOUR STERILE. And if you don't know anything about sex, you shouldn't be doing it. Even if you "love" your partner, half the time this is a disallusion and you will end up hurt. Sex is for marriage.
**Or asking what's "in" for fashion, or what they should wear out tonight. Or what is "cute" and what looks good. Pick and choose for yourself what you like, think for yourself instead of trying to let other people do it for you. Stand up and be yourself.
These are the most common questions I have seen on Advicenators. Now there are a few questions that are very good questions and deserve the 3 rating and the best answer possible. But they are usually blocked out with the kinds of questions listed above. If you want to ask something, check the following off that I am listing.
1.Does the question pertain to anything important or trivial?
2.Is proper grammar used?
3.Is the question long and in one paragraph?
4.Is it a question that you yourself can answer?
5.Is there enough detail?
Following those 5 guidelines, you can write a good 3 point answer. That about wraps it up.
I spend alot of time online and here on advicenators, so if you ever need anything then just send something in my inbox or IM me. I'm not opposed to helping people at all, in fact I love doing it. I just want some people to wake up from asking a stupid question.

The answers below fit more with the word "deceitful"
Being shady is the act of doing something suspicious. It can be good or bad but in either case you don't want to be seen. Also it could apply to someome who is not well known. You could say, "He is a shady character" and imply that you don't know much about him and what you do know is confirmed, so it could be good or bad.

As an example: On January 2007 you post a question(s) on this site and you get the responses that you think helped you so you decide to copy and paste both the question and answer into a word document to read the question and answer when ever you feel like. But then March 2007 rolls around do you feel that you should repost the question to see what other answers you may get. Or do you say to yourself I got the all the answers I need that helped me and I copied and pasted the question(s) and answer(s) in word to read when I want so I will not post any more (link)

You're always going to get different answers. When over 20,000 columnists see your question you're bound to get more than one response. Yes you might get some of the same responses but you are gauranteed different answers.

You want to open your control panel and click on "Internet options" and from there double click. Once a new screen pops up select "Clear History" and let it run and then click "Clear Cookies". Cookies are like your history because they retain certain things typed on websites you've visited, such as search topics and passwords that are just lying around.

First off im 15 F. And I know alot of people aren't going to like this but whatever. All of my life i have never gone to church or anything, and I want to, like I want to have a church family and everything and I really would like a place to talk about my spirituality. But I cant find a church that I like. As for my religion, I basically have christian based values, but anyways here are my beleifs.
1. I beleive in god as a force and not a being.
(basically I believe in god as love in general.)
2. I dont believe in the devil. I think that was a
a story made up to scare people that if you sin
you will go to hell.
3. I don't believe in hell. I believe there is
heaven and thats all.
4. I know there was a man named Jesus and he taught great lessons, but I dont believe he rose from the dead and all that.
5. God is Love and Sin is Evil.
6. And last, people should be entitled to their own religion without anyone giving them a hard time.
Anyways, there is just a basis of whatI believe. So my question is, do you know of a church or religion that is basically all of those?
Also, I had this idea, maybe I could start a website forum where people could talk about this, sort of like starting my own religion,(hehe that sounds weird). Do you think many people would join me on that? Do you think anyone believes the way I do?
Any way, sorry its so long. I just really want to talk about what I believe and where I'm from, you would get beat up because everyone is very conservative baptist around here. I am going to ask this question right off the bat.
With only heaven, what happens to those who reject God as love? Since there is no hell, are they doomed to spend eternity on Earth, which at that point in time does become hell? And with both love and evil, what happens to evil?
I'm not trying to put down your beliefs or anything, but you're contradicting yourself with your core beliefs. You can't just have love. There will always be rejection to love and as long as there is rejection to love there is hell and evil. You're confusing the beliefs of several different religions into one and it is contradicting each other.
Yes, there are probably others that believe the way you do but finding them might prove difficult. Starting your own forum is a posibility and from there you can see what other people believe on the issue. Or you can join a pre-existing forum to discuss the issue, because there are those kinds of forums out there.
Before you do however, really think about what your beliefs are and then, question what they really mean.

today in science we had to watch the video of a mother giving birth, they showed everything and zoomed in and everything. it was so disgusting. before i wasn't nervous and i didnt think it was a big deal. at the begining it was boring and just showed how the baby grew in the stomach and stuff but then it got gross and showed the birth. i dont no why i freacked out but during it i got light headed and almost passed out it was so gross then afterwards i threw up in the girls bathroom. none of my friends or even any of the guys seemed to have as much of a problem of it as i did. now i cant get the images out of my head! is there something wrong with me or did i just freak out over nothing. help please! You seem to be a little bit squemish, which is fine. Not everyone is the same and some people are going to be more tolerant to images and events than others. For instance, I always pass out when seeing surgery. It's not my fault, I don't want to pass out, but my body see's it and puts me down. It's rather annoying.

They don't help if you don't do proper steps with them, such as eating right and getting excersize.
If you were to eat better and do NUMEROUS (I'm talking alot here) sit ups/crunches/whatever and excersize, you should see SOME result. Mind you, it's alot of work.

Your the same religion.
Catholics and protestants both believe in Jesus the Christ as their lord and savior, but have different views on it, different ways to celebrate their faith. Either way the core of each is the exact same, they just do their ceremonies and whatnot differently.

okay this is kind of complicated but here it goes, i was talking to this guy online for awhile. me being 17, and him telling me he was 18. my feelings for him were becoming strong, and we decided to meet up. when we did, he wasn't the person he told me he was. he was actually 36 years old!! and told me that he also had 2 kids!! but that their mother was out of the picture. putting the age difference aside... even though he had lied to me about a lot of things, i had already fallen for him, and forgave him. we haven't been seeing each other anymore, but still talk, and had planned on getting together when i turned 18. PLEASE DON'T JUDGE THIS DECISION. that's not what i'm here for. when i found out he had a 14 year old daughter, i searched for her on myspace and found her. i requested her as a friend, and after looking at her page a few times found out that she has a STEP MOM and a STEP BROTHER that also live with them! i was so heartbroken. i still haven't told him that i found out because i don't want him to know i was "snooping", even though i think that is something i deserve to know. so now, a normal person would probably be thinking "how can i get rid of this freak?!" but i am so in love with him that all i'm thinking is "i hope he chooses me and gets rid of his wife in may!!" i know i should stop talking to him, but its soo hard. i fell in love with him before i knew about all the lies and now it's just too hard to walk away. what should i do??? Yeah, you kinda did deserve to know.
So, get rid of him. It's obvious what needs to be done. He LIED to you and hasn't been honest and up-front with you and if he does it now he will be gauranteed to do it again.
How could you EVER want to be with someone that lies to you and has a daughter that is practically your age? Your a side project for him because there is no way he will run off with you and ABANDON his children just like that, your just going to be his girl on the side, never getting the full attention or recognition.

I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you. I am half christian, half jewish. However, for my beliefs, I choose to be 100% christian even though I celebrate both christmas and hanukkah. I believe in God and I pray every night and such. I'm not like a "go to church every sunday, read the bible" kind of person or anything, but I have been to church camps and little youth groups for about 6 years now. I have never doubted the Lord and still don't, but I just read a myspace blog of someone from my school who has different beliefs than me, which is fine, but some of the things he said really got me thinking. It wasn't about how he believed in the devil, it was mostly just about how he doesn't belive there is a God. I totally do don't get me wrong, but I am just confused all of a sudden. I still believe in the Lord but I am really worried because after reading that I was questioning my religion. I do not understand why, because my whole opinion that I had believed in for such a very long time is now confusing me after reading one little blog. I am scared..I don't want to be like this! I am a follower of Jesus and this is scaring me that I am all of a sudden confused about it! Please please please someone help me. Just explain it if its ever happened to you or maybe if you have any advice about what's really going on. Just remember this, since this kid believes in the devil, there has to be God. It's a simple concept of good and evil. There is always good and their is always evil. Therefore you cannot say "There is only God" without also saying "There is also the Devil". It's a matter of balance. Why would the devil wish to tempt those who believe in God. Simple, because he knows there is God as well and he too believes in it, just not in the same way that we do.
It's not questing your faith at all. Your friend is in the wrong though, so you can't question your faith on someone else's wrong beliefs. Seriously it is impossible to say that there is no God yet accredit evil to the Devil. It makes no sense. If there was no God the Devil would have no function in any existance, since his sole desire is to tempt those who follow God. If there is no God, who is he to tempt?

Okay, I'm gonna say sorry for some of the words I'll be using but anywhos.
You know when you say like negro [sp] or nigger to an african american or call everyone from south american mexicans (which means you're ignoring their individuality) it's considered racism and rude and hateful remarks using vitriolic words? Well, when people call someone form south korea a chinese or japanese, that's considered racism too. It's saying that all the individual countries are not important enough for them to acknowledge them as seperate places.
It's really hurtful to the person recieving these racist remarks like me. I'm from south korea and there's this girl that keeps on calling me chinese or japanese and makes fun of me by saying japanese or chinese--or at least attmepting to say them--and pretend like i'm from that country and sometimes she carries it on by saying "DO YOU UN-DER-STAND?" in slow mo as if I wouldn't understnad it if she talked like a normal person. She keeps on calling me "chinese girl" and today she even said to her friends--who I do not know-- "Oh this is that little chinese girl that I was talking about" in a really rude tone.
I've experienced racism since I got to US which is in 4th grade and I'm still experiencing it everywhere I go and I'm in 9th grade right now. No one understands that being racist against a person is really hurtful and they won't know because they haven't experienced it. I've told her that she may think it's funny but it really isn't and i've said some things that I shouldn't have. But I really can't take this anymore because she's geting her friends to join in against this ridiculous thing against me and I'm really just about to cry and I don't know what to do.
I can't ignore her because then she goes onto say "Oh, that chinese girl is deaf" or something like that and it's just hard not to get upset over it. My friend knows this and she saw me almost cry several times within the last week. What do I do about this situation? Tell the school administation. Constant badgering like that is considered harassment and it is subject to action being taken againts the said person.

Since your asking a question about how to do a part of sex, you've shown your not ready.
Getting "prepped" for it isn't exactly what you should do to prepare for something like that.
Although, do you honestly know the future enough to say you'll get married? Because seriously, you don't and I don't care how well you know him and yourself, you DON'T know if you'll always end up together. You might happen to look back at that time together and hate yourself for it.

Yeah, I do.
Be yourself and don't make yourself something your not or pretend to be something your not. Seriously, the best way to get anyone's attention will to be yourself, because I gaurantee if you try and act a certain way or look a certain away around people, they will see you through and only laugh at you as they walk away.
So, the advice is, don't make yourself something your not/ don't try and look important or "hot" for a certain group of people. Be yourself.

I am going to severly discourage the first users answer and praise the second person's answer, while adding in my own input.
First off, the restrictions are there for a reason. Your parents or others may put locks on things and why? So no one can get into an area they want to keep secure. The same applies here. The tech at your school obviously put the blocks there for a reason.
As the author of the question before me said. If there is a risk like that involved, it simply isn't worth it. They are absolutely right. Therefore, don't even try to get past the blocks. Your not meant to be there and you shouldn't be there, so don't try.
And once again, I'm going to discourage the advice given by the first author. In no way is there answer acceptable and people like them will always be caught somehow, it only takes time. Little do kids these days know, but when they think they aren't be traced, they really are. Programs can run under the basic operating system in stealth mode. You would never know they were there.

The guy that I’ve fancied for quiet a while now recently hooked up with this new girl in out class. To be honest she is fun and nice and they make a nice couple but a few days ago we had a school disco and I just couldn’t help but feel jealous. We’ve never been close but I always wished we were and watching the two of them dance to the last song which was the only slow song I realized that I really want to be in her shoes. The next day some of the girls were telling her that he told one of his friends that he would sleep with her when she is ready and apparently he was very nice and considerate about it. At that moment I just wished I were his first one and then got thinking about it. I even thought of trying to get like friendly with him so to break them up but now I feel guilty for even thinking it, because it’s something that I consider low and cruel especially since I think they are a good couple. So now I just don’t know what to do, on one hand I want to be with him on the other I don’t see how I could be with him by playing fair. What should I do? (link)

You can't do anything.
He has a girl that he fancies, and she fancies him, effectively leaving you out.
Sorry to say, but you can't do anything to break them up. If they break up on their own accord then you can do anything to get to him, but otherwise he is effectively off limits, lest you seem like a jerk by trying to break them up.
