Get an Automatic. Manual can take lots of time to learn, and can be difficult. Automatics are easier to learn & also take less time to learn. If you like challenging yourself, go for the Manual transmission, but I would suggest you go with Automatic.

Also, if your brother is telling you he's going to stop talking to you if you don't choose Manual, then he's really immature. That's an insanely stupid reason to stop talking to someone - especially a sibling. He could be kidding, but either way it's a stupid thing to say.

He probably popped your cherry. Sometimes it doesn't hurt, but it sometimes it does. Did he have a little blood or a lot? If he had a lot, that's odd because when hymens are broken, they don't usually bleed a lot.

He may have scratched the inside of your vagina as well. As far as not being able to orgasm though is partly because most girls can't with some type of stimulation to their clit. My Dad was talking about the Terminator movies and how much he likes them. I thought maybe I would buy them all for his birthday that is coming up and surprise him with those since I KNOW he doesn't own any of them, even the one with Arnold Schwarzenegger or whatever. So, how many Terminator movies are there and what are the titles so I can find them?

Ok i kinda snooped my bf of 4 years facebook inbox (it was an honest mistake it autologged him in and i thought it was me and saw a new one in the inbox but didn't bother looking at who was signed in until i was reading something i didn't want to read ... ugh)

Anyways, i found a conversation back and forth between him and his ex (who he dated about 2 years before meeting me). They were talking about how they still had sexual dreams about each other. Well she is single now and as i kept reading (by this point i didn't want to miss a detail ...) i saw her ask "do you think we should do something about these dreams?" and he sent her back "Like what?" and she replied with "Act on them ..."

Here comes what makes me mad. he sent her back "the thought crossed my mind..." and she sent him back "Well i have a few suggestions. Are you opposed to a trip out here?" (note: She is in ohio we are in NY. She is also the reason I am out here ... she brought me out here to be with him so she KNOWS he is taken) He hasn't responded yet but i need to know what to do? Should I be worried? He tells me that he loves me and doesn't want to hurt me, but lately i don't think i am fullfilling all his needs or he wouldn't be "considering" acting upon sex dreams with an ex right? I just need help in general i don't know what to think anymore.

While I disagree with the fact that you snooped, it was an accident, and you admit that.

I really think you that you need to talk to your boyfriend. People cannot help the type of dreams they have. Some people have dreams about crazy things & it is pretty much out of their control. I don't like having dreams about people trying to kill me, but I have them, and that's not something I can control.

You need to talk to him though. It is wrong of him to be e-mailing his ex about that type of topic. He is taken, and has been with you for 4 years. His ex & sexual intercourse with her should be the last thing on his mind. Bring it up & see what he says. I really don't think the relationship should continue though. If he's having thoughts about being with his ex & isn't being true to you then you need to let him go. You deserve much better & you need to get yourself with a guy who truly does care about you.

You also need to talk to her. Don't be hostile, but just tell her where you stand on this whole thing. If she's the reason you guys are together, then she needs to back off. She's imposing on your relationship & that's unfair to you - especially if you were friends previously.

I hope you can get your feelings across to your boyfriend. Really take the time to re-evaluate your relationship & whether or not it's worth it (in your opinion) to continue it. My opinion is that you shouldn't, but I can only suggest things to you. I really wish you luck. Sorry about your situation. :(

okay so there is this guy who is a year older than me who i've never talked to on my facebook. he commented on two of my posts and then one day i saw him at aa bus stop i didnt say hi or anything because i wasnt sure he would know who i was. then the next day on facebook i'm like "hey i saw you at the bus stop. i was the girl in the green shirt" and he was like " that was you i was totally checking you out." then i replied and after that he's like do you want to hang out. i got alittle uncomfortable because i dont know anything about this guy so i told him i had to work. now his facebook status is like "i'm falling for someone i hope" i kind of feel like ugh i kind have hung out with him but i missed my chance. but i guess my question is did i do the right thing?

If it made you uncomfortable, then by all means, you were right to decline.

However, you can hang out with someone & get to know them at the same time. I have a friend from this site that I just met in person on Monday & we knew little about each other. Friendships can bud but you have to be willing.

Hi..

I'm 21 years old - Female. I live at home in a small country town in Australia with my grandparents who raised me from a new born and my boyfriend of 4 years.

My grandfather was 58 (due to turn 59 in a months time) He worked all his life and on the 1st of August he suffered from a very bad stroke. He was a very fit and healthy man and my whole life I have never known him to be unwell apart from the usual common cold.

He was air lifted to our capital city the day it happen as we do not have the facilities in our town to deal with such extreme illnesses. He arrived in the city an hour and a half before we got there (we had to drive ourselves) when we arrived and got to see him he was still unconsious with tubes down his throat and cords everywhere.

The second time I saw him for that night his pulse stopped but they revived him.

In the mean time he suffered from Pnemonia and was paralysed down the right side of his body. He fought so hard to stay alive the whole time he was there.. They put a trachie in his throat so his airways wouldn't close up.

After four long weeks they told us that he was not going to survive and if he was to pull through he would be a vegetable. They took the trachie out and he was air lifted back to our small country town into the hospital.

At this stage I was out of town but I was determined to come home, I had a bad feeling and I knew where my place was. I came home that night and the next day being Sunday the 30th went to the hospital. We sat with him for 2 hours, my nanna (his wife) told him that if he needed to go.. he should go. Within a matter of seconds he took a deep breath and a sigh of releif and passed away peacefully.

His funeral was yesterday, over 600 people came to his service then to the cemetary to give their last goodbyes. I lowered his coffin into the ground as there was no one else who would do it.

I guess the advice I am needing is in regards to my emotions.. I can't feel anything. I can't cry.. I seemed to have just continued to live my life without any sort of... I'm not sure what the word is but I feel guilty for not being able to cry when everyone is around me.

I know that everyone deals with things differently but my grandfather and I were extremely close and I just can't seem to come to terms that he's not coming home. My grandmother is extremely unstable and we have had so many visitors in and out of the house.. I feel in a way that I know she is not able to cope so it is now my duty to fill those shoes of my grandfather.

Don't get me wrong I have cried for him, I balled my eyes out over him when he passed away and sat with his dead body for hours afterwards, I couldn't bare to leave his side but I cannot cry anymore.

I'm scared that I will continue ignoring it and it will hit me all at once weeks or even months later.. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone before?

It's absolutely normal. Death affects people in different ways, and everyone handles it differently. I'm sure it just hasn't hit you hard yet, and it'll hit you eventually.

You have no reason to feel guilty about this. Just know that it will hit you.

Do you have the reputation of a player? If so, it'll be hard for her to believe you when you say you're not cheating.

If you don't & she thinks you are & still doesn't believe you, then she's gotta go. I understand that you are possibly in love with her, but if she can't believe you when you're telling her the truth then she isn't worth it.

If this is making you so upset that it's affecting your school work, then you really need to think about if she's worth it or not. Honestly, I don't think she is. You really need to re-evaluate your standards.

I've been taking some medication for a couple of weeks that my doctor prescribed. Well, when I went to the bathroom yesterday and I looked down into the toilet I saw WHOLE pills--the SAME pills I took earlier! It was really, really strange! Today the same thing happened when I went to the bathroom. I'm concerned now since they're obviously not dissolving properly in my stomach. Does anybody know anything about this and how I can fix it?

I would just suggest that you put it in a soda. The fizzies in the soda will help to dissolve it so that you can take it easier.

Honestly though, that doesn't sound normal to me. I've never heard of that before, and I even searched www.webmd.com & they had nothing on it. Talk to your doctor about this.

Not to rain on your parade, but getting someone's name tattooed on you usually isn't a good idea (unless it's a parent, sibling, fallen friend, or your child). Your side profile says you're 17, but I'll assume you're 18 since you said you already have 2 tattoos.

Now, most relationships don't last at 18 years old. Tattoos last forever, and if you get the tattoo but the relationship ends, then what? You'll have that person's name on you forever with no cheap way to get rid of it. I really don't advise that you get each other's names tattooed on each other. It's a cute idea, but a bad one as well.

The fact that you took your clothes off for him is irrelevant. He would've raped you whether you had them on or off.

But yes, you were raped. This isn't your fault & you should not be blaming yourself. You said NO to him, and he kept going. That is his booboo, not yours.

The only bad thing is that if you decide you want to press charges, he probably won't get into any trouble because even though he raped you, the evidence has diminished because it's been 4 years. You can take him to court, but it's likely that the case may be lost or dropped. :(

I suggest you see a therapist though. They can help you sort this all out & will help to make you understand what's been going on. I'm really sorry this happened to you. Just remember that it's not your fault, and you're not a slut.

If you don't want to use vitamins, why don't you try using Mane & Tail?

It's a shampoo that they use on horses to make their hair grow. They sell it at places like Sally's Beauty Supply or a grocery store (if you can find it). It's usually around $3-4 a bottle, which isn't that bad. Some of the bigger bottles run about $5-7. It's actually worth it. I used it because my hair was at my shoulders and I wanted it longer. It got it to about 2-3 inches longer within a few weeks to maybe a month or two.

You can also get your hair trimmed every month. It's healthier for your hair because your hair can die over time and it stops it from growing.
