It's a shampoo that they use on horses to make their hair grow. They sell it at places like Sally's Beauty Supply or a grocery store (if you can find it). It's usually around $3-4 a bottle, which isn't that bad. Some of the bigger bottles run about $5-7. It's actually worth it. I used it because my hair was at my shoulders and I wanted it longer. It got it to about 2-3 inches longer within a few weeks to maybe a month or two.

Also, prenatal vitamins help your hair and nails grow... and believe me your hair will grow fast! I use One a Day Woman's Prenatal and it does wonders.
