my boyfriend and i have been together for 3 years and we have never had sex with different partners before. do you guys think we have a high chance of gettting a sti? we have always used condoms but now we want to stop using them because i started taking birth control pills. we plan to be married in the future, but i am afraid of getting an sti or something like. he got tested and nothing was wrong or anything. but i was still wondering how high of a risk i have to get a sti? first off, its std (sexualy transmitted disease),not sti.
if you dont have an std, and he doesnt either, you cant get one. stds dont just come out of nowhere.

I have an 8 year old son who will be going into 3rd grade.
He played little league baseball this year and loved it.
He had his first football practice yesterday and he wasn't as thrilled about it. Today when it was time for practice he said he didn't want to go. Then when we got there, 1 hour into it he came off the field complaining that he felt like he was gonna throw up. I was concerned about the heat, it's really unusually hot here in upstate NY. But he looked ok, face color normal and he wasn't showing signs of heat exhaustion so I gave him a drink and made him go back out. Not even 5 minutes passed and he was complaining again. This time he refused to go back out and started crying.
So I took him home early and now he is just fine. I KNOW that he was faking it because he didn't want to play anymore.
My problem is, what should I do?
I don't want to push him into playing football if he really doesn't wanna play. But at the same time, he has only been to 2 practices and I feel like he should give it a fair chance before I let him quit. Plus we paid over $100 for him to be on this team.
Should I force him to play, for at least 2 weeks before letting him quit? Or should I just let him quit now?

Defiantly do not FORCE him to play. My dad did that with my big brother and he hated him for it. Then he turned around and tried to push my younger brother into basketball.
Let him know that quitting is not something he should get used to and should always give things a try. Tell him that maybe if he sticks around, he'll end up liking it.
Ask him why he doesn't like playing football and why he never wants to go to practice. There could be plenty of valid reasons to why he doesn't like it. My brother didn't like running around in the heat, wearing all the pads, and being pushed to the ground. Or he might not think he's good at it. If this is the problem, offer to help him between practices.
After you talk to him and he truly just does not want to play, I think you should let him quit. And if he loves baseball, then good he can stick with that. You could also try getting him into basketball or soccer and see if he likes those sports.

okay i love the way flats look but they always cut the backs of my ankles, does anyone know how i can get them to stop doing that without socks cause i like to wear them with like capris and skirts and stuff and socks wont look right and nylons are a pain the the butt and if i put in the backing things then my foot feels squished. should I just use band aids? thanks in advamce.

there are some types of bandaids that you can buy that are like cloth, and that way they are more comfortable. you can get them to be your skin color so that you dont even notice them at all. (they are about 1 inch by 2 inches, i guess like the size of an altoids box lol i dunno)

a lot of my friends shop at abercrombie. im 14/f too, but is shop at abercrombie & fitch. i just prefer it to abercrombie. you might be able to fit into some jeans, but they might be tight.
*so, overall, it is so NOT wierd to shop there, dont worry

there are all sorts of charts, and each is a little different. they normally add a few pounds, so that way you wont feel overweight or anything.
for 5', you should be about 95-105. probably 100 thoughh is the most avg.

okay well i dont want any "you should always use a condom" answers because yeah, i know that. on july 26th me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex. he pulled out both times before he came. then on the 28th we did it again. only this time he didnt ejaculate at all during sex. i got my period the 29th and usually it is heavy and lasts for about a week. but since the 2nd day it has been going a little from about 8 am to 6 pm and then completely stopping until the next day. and then i never got it today. i have went to the bathroom multiple times in the past 30 minutes and its been like that all day. ive been pretty exhausted lately and havent been feeling good. my mom noticed that my stomach was starting to putrude a little bit but i have been eating like a horse because im soo hungry lately. i have also been getting these really bad headaches. is it to early to have all these symptoms or should i go get a test soon? Well I finally got the courage up to IM this kid. It wasn't what I expected.
He's changed. A lot. Not good. lol.

I can't believe him. i had a feeling we wouldn't talk much but he didn't even remember me?? all this time i've had quotes in my profiles and away messages and he hasn't even seen it? I'm just really ughh like the past what like year has been a complete waste of thoughts about him. Here I'm thinking that there's that slight chance he may like me, yet he doesnt even remember me.
This is definitely it. I'm not wasting my time on him anymore. I need to get over him, and i know it. But it's gonna be hard. Luckily, I'm starting highschool in september, so there's gonna be more guys, but I know i'm always gonna remember this kid. I still can't believe him.

Hey! First off i want you to know that this isn't the end of the world. Really, it isn't. He's just a boy, it's not liek you're going to marry the kid. But anyway, try day trips to the mall, hanging with friends, putting on little "photoshoots" with friends(go to thrift stores buy old fashion clothes,shoes,hats[etc]) Do fun things to try to forget about him. Just keep telling yourself he didn't forget about me, i'm forgetting about him. This is tough to give an answer to because it's what you're thinking, maybe he does remember you but he doesn't know the sn youre on. You have to think to yourself that you don't need him and if you do need him, then don't give up, keep working on him. Don't get fustrated, most boys are dumb anyway. So just put 5 dollars into your PBA(personal bank account) every time you tell youself you don't need him. Keep writing down that you're getting five dollars(well youre really not) for telling yourself you don't need him, and when you get to 500 dollars, then you know you're over him.

ok, i was talking with my frineds the other day and they said i should dump my girlfrined, and i asked why and we went into a whole list of shit, ok here it is,
1. when we are together, we don't talk much, i mean we talk alot, but not as much as i and her normly do with other people.
2. when she kiss me, it's more of a peck, and we don't kiss that much anyway.
3. she does not return some of the same feeling as i do, we both love each other very much,

Hey! Try small projects, make a scrap-book together, include things like your best memories, best parties, favourite people, etc. Make "I love you" cards and write down 10 or more things you just love about one another. Talk about life, dreams, and hopes! Make a board game together and make it as challenging as possible. Write poems to one another and have someone else judge on who's poem is better/more romantic/funny/cute/etc. Make estimations about something and then actually count it and see who is closer to the exact answer. Bring out old pictures of eachother and friends, go back and re-tell the funniest stories.

You've been looking in the wrong stores. Famous Footwear and Journeys are more casual. JC Penny is cheap, as is Payless. And Delias, Forever21, Wet Seal and Old Navy would NOT have pumps.

I am a 14/f and I live in Washington State. (spokane if that helps) I turn 15 in acouple months and I know your allowed to take drivers ed once you turn 15. I have alot of questions about this. When can I take it? Only during the summer or during the school year too? Is 15 the right age? Where can I take drivers Ed.? And anything else you know about would be REALLY appreciated. You can take it both in the summer and during school. They usually have a new class that starts every week or so. Yes, 15 is the right age to take it. You need to find a driving school around your town to take it. I know some Sears have driving schools but there are also many individual schools that aren't run by a big company. Those are usually better because they aren't so hard on you.
What you should do is ask around for the best school. Ask older kids (16+) where they took it and if they liked the school they went to.

If all these store are at the same mall I suggest looking at all of them to find deals and such. It's really much better than just sticking to a few certain stores. But, I will go through all of them anyways.
Abercrombie*//
Shirts are usually 20$+. You can find shirts on sale for 10-12+. Jeans are 60+ and on sale for maybe 40+.
Aero*//
Pretty darn cheap. You're 13 so that store still fits you I think. Jeans are 40 original and I've seen pants there for 10 bucks on sale. Shirts are usually 2 for 20. On sale they go as low as 3 bucks.
AE*//
Jeans are 40+ and on sale for about 20+. Shirts are 15+. They usually have shirts on sale for like 6-12$.
I don't know about Ann Taylor. Arden B. && BeBe are expensive and you wont be able to buy much at all with 300.
Express*//
Their clothes are around 60 more or less. Their shirts vary with the styles but I'll say 20+. They have a big sale about twice a year where you can get pants and shirts for 10 but that sale is over.
Forever21*//
Very cheap. I'm talking 10$ shirts original price.
Gap*//
Around the same as Abercrombie.
Guess*//
Super expensive. Most things are 80+.
I don't know about H&M. The Limited is more of a sophisticated, woman look. You don't need to shop there.
I don't shop at Pac Sun or at department stores for clothes so I don't know. And at Victoria's secret it again depends on what type of underwear/bra you want. It's not expensive though.
So with that you can decide but you should really do what I said before. Good luck!
P.S I would also suggest Hollister. Their jeans are 40$ and shirts 15+. They usually have shirts for 10 on sale.
