courtxrawr answered Thursday August 3 2006, 8:42 pm: I actually researched this question.
It depends what frame you have.
This is also conducted for people between the ages of 25-59.
[if you are younger than 25, ill provide you with a different pieec of advice then (just let me know)]
If you have a small frame, you should weigh between 104-115.
If you have a medium frame, you should weigh between 113-126.
If you have a large frame, you should weigh between 122-137.
If you are not between the ranges or think your too fat, your NOT! Don't say that!

orphans answered Wednesday August 2 2006, 9:45 pm: there are all sorts of charts, and each is a little different. they normally add a few pounds, so that way you wont feel overweight or anything.
for 5', you should be about 95-105. probably 100 thoughh is the most avg. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
CavieOwnsU2 answered Wednesday August 2 2006, 8:18 pm: Also, your doctor should have a chart that he or she shows you every time you go for an anual check up. This should tell you where you are and where you should be. At that time, your doctor should also tell you what percentile you are in. At your next check up, you should ask if they don't show it to you or if you are really concerned go in for a visit sometime.
Also, there is this thing caled Body Mass Index (BMI). You can google it and you should get alot of information. I know there are some sites that have you enter your weight/height and it gives you your BMI. I'm pretty sure it should be around 20. I think I'm a 17-18 and I am 5'3" and weigh 105. babiigirl answered Wednesday August 2 2006, 7:42 pm: I dont have a chart but you can google it.
The doctor told me this:
5 feet : 100 pounds
5 foot 1 in : 105 pounds
5 foot 2 in : 110 pounds
5 foot 3 in : 115 pounds
5 foot 4 in : 120 pounds
these aren't totally accurate because your bone structure & what not does have something to do with it. if you want something more accurate, you should try your body fat percentage. here's a website for that-
