Hey i got an interview in an 2 hours i need some last minute advice can anyone help me out???if its helps its going to be an interview for coldstone creamery (its an ice cream place like a more expensive one)

Just be yourself, but extra cheary and happy. You have to be outgoing, (since you are expected to sing to your customers when they tip you). Smile a lot and be positve with all your answers. If you have a good personality, you should have no problem!

Me and my bf have been together for 7 months. Hes going to uni in at the beginning of october, so hes moving.
Hes one of these guys that can get any girl he wants but Im a lot more quieter. Im kinda worried about the whole trust thing.
I know he hasnt done anything in the last 7 months coz we've been together practically all the time.
Recently I found evidence that he contacted his x-gf last month. They got really close in the short time they were together. They only broke up coz she had to move. He was saying stuff like I miss your gorgeous face, call me when you are in the area etc. She practically said the same stuff.
I didnt say anything to him but I hinted it to him a little bit. He caught on but denied ever contacting her. I just left it.
Hes a really nice guy. He always puts me first and has done so much for me.
I really want to trust him but theres just something in me thats just waiting for something bad to happen.
I know long distance realtionships aren't meant to work, but hes going to come home sometimes and im going to go and see him.
Judging from what you have read, do I have something to worry about when he goes?

To make a long distance relationship work, you need to have trust and good communication. From what I have read, I feel your relationship is lacking both. You already know he is lying to you by denying that he talked to his ex-girlfriend. What is to stop him from lying again. Yes, you do have something to worry about.

You must at least communicate your worries fully with your boyfriend before he leaves for school. Also talk about where you see your relationship going, and how you are going to handle being apart. These are importaint things to consider if want to keep the relationship going.

However to expect a college boy, or girl for that matter to stay faithful to one person for 4 years of college is pretty unrealistic. I think you may need to prepare for a seperation sometime in the future.

Please, members of this site, stop putting that in your messages!

When you beg and plead for people to "not delete" things, it flags your message. It makes us think that there is probalby something wrong with the question and that it probalby DOES need deleted.

Yes, the site was down for a week. The site was being moved to a different sever. Durring that time everyone lost moderator status because their columns were not updated. Just update your column and by tommarow, you'll be a moderator again!

I'm on the birth control shot and now my period is really screwed up..It will start and stop and start and stop and it's never regular..Is that a normal side effect?

Yes, it is normal. You should have been explanied all the side effects by your doctor. Did they give you a pamlet about the drug at all? If not, ask your doctor for more information.

Okay well i am really upset because i was with my boyfriend for over 1 year and i have had enough of it yesterday. He told me that he didn't love me and that i don't know anything about love and he called me a bitch and childish! I love him with all my heart and it hurts me so much that i am not with him anymore, i broke up with him because i couldn't take it anymore. So after that i came in to my room and sat down at my computer and i started to break down crying and i think i had a mental break down. He said it would be better for me and him if i would treat him like a boyfriend and if i would grow up more. So i guess i am asking, how do i do those two things.

Hey! I have this challenge thingy set by our teacher and it has a load of riddles on it. I'm really stuck on this certain one, please could you help with this one?

Three men have dinner together. The bill comes up to $30. The men each put down $10, which the waitress takes to the owner who says: They didn't have a very good deal, take $5 off the bill. The waitress is distressed at having to divide $5 by three so she pockets $2 and returns $1 to each man. So they end up paying $27 and she gets $2, this adds up to $29. But the diners orginally paid $30. Where is the extra dollar?

I see where this is really confusing:

If they each pay $10 and each get back $1, they each pay $9.

$9 x 3 = $27

$27 plus the waitress $2 = $29

My semi formal is the same night as my Dad's dinner for winning employee of the year. I didnt go to my semi formal last year and a boy that I really like might ask me to the semi.. What do you guys think I should do? ( They're at the same times too!!)

Personally I would go to your dad's dinner. That's a pretty big deal, and it would nice to have his daughter there to support him.

There will be plently of other dances to go to. They all seem like a blur after highschool is over anyway. If the boy you like asks you to go, graciously decline and tell him you have a family obligation to attend, but you would love to go with him for the next school dance.

okay. my computer hasn't been working for about a week so i'm not a level 1 moderator anymore. i know why i am not, but now i don't have a rating either! why don't i? i answer like around 140 questions. and before, when my computer worked, i had a rating of like 4.56 or something.So the question is: Why don't i have my rating anymore? does anybody on here have photoshop? or paintshop pro or something where they know how to do cool things w/ pictures?? if so, could you tell me how much the programs are and how to learn the basics?? also, if you are good at these things could you please leave your column name because i would like to get a few pics spiced up if anybody wouldnt mind helping :)

Adobe Photoshop is the industry standard program, which makes it expensive. Around $600-$700. If you are a student you can find discounted versions for around $400. Photoshop can be a confusing program if you have never used it before, but it is easy to find tuturials online, or your local college I am sure has intro classes to photoshop.

If you just want to make up some fun pictures, mostly basic stuff, there are plenty of cheap photo-manipulating programs on the market. Just run to Best Buy and see what you can find under $100. My scanner came with free software that can do these things.

how long should a tampon be worn? I have herd that they should be worn for 4 to 8 hours but my friend told me that as long as you change it within 24 hours you'll be good. Which is the true answer?

Not only do you increase your chances of TTS, which others have described, it's gross! After a period of time you will start to smell. Read the directions on your products to know how to use them correctly.

Im in the army, been with my girlfriend 5 years. Im leaving again for iraq for the 2nd, should i ask her to marry me before i ago, just incase i dont come back. i love her with all my heart, i would give my life for her. but do you guys ever have the feeling how do you know if they are the one. its just so mind boggling to me. and advice would help.

Five years is a long time. If you are not sure by now that she is the one, then she is not. Don't ask her to marry her because you feel like you should. Do it because you want to.

Yes please do wash them! They will start to smell if you don't. I washed mine all the time and never had a problem!
