Ohk tomorrow after the party with my work we are going bowling. I have not benn bowling since the summer and i seriously suck at it no lie. im going with people that are oler then me and i seem to embarass myself more then the average person idk what to do.. im not sitting out and watching because i love bowling but suck at it.

Should i just embarrass myself or what?

Please dont give me any website links on how to bowl because changes are i wont get it.

God is everywhere--all around the Universe, inside you, inside other people, right next to you, in a flower, in a spider. How do you know? Think about it. When you look at a strange old lady in the grocery store, do you see yourself in the future? Are you happy when you're sitting under a tree? Do you cry when you see someone else hurt? You don't have to go to Church and read the Bible to believe it. You don't even have to call it "God". There is SOMETHING connecting everyone to everything, even if it seems like it's hiding.

I'm pretty sure i'm a christian. But i sometimes doubt God and if he's there or not. Does this mean that, if i like... died tomorrow, i would go to hell. Am i not allowed to doubt God? It seems like the only people who are considered religious are the ones like "i'm sure he's real b/c i've read his word and i believed it" but... i'm a very doubtfull person and i can't just believe things like that. Does this mean i'm not going to Heaven?

Nah, you can doubt God. Religious people will say that God gave people a choice, they could pick whether they wanted to believe in Him or not. Somebody on another question explained that you can't believe in God unless you research all your options and question your faith. Personally, I'm not religious, but I am open to any and every religion and don't think that any one is best. One time my grandmother told me that you only go to Hell if you believe in it, and I agree with her. So if you end up deciding that you're not a Christian and you don't believe in Hell, then you can't go there after you die. Don't listen to people who say "You n00b u don't believe in God you're going to hell!!!!11!!" because how do THEY know? They're not GOD. They're human just like you and me and they're just trying to make you feel bad. Having some self doubt is healthy. Believe whatever you want!! =D

well ive been a veggietarian(spelled wrong i no) for almost 2 years now and i realized that since i stopped eating meat, all i have been eating is junk food and i want to start eating healthier. does anybody know any sites that have recipes for veggitarians? or does anyone know what i can eat to replace meat? please be detailed

There are a lot of organic snack foods that you can find at your grocery store! Things like Luna bars or Cliff bars (they're the same thing, only Luna is the 'women's organic snack') and you can get all kinds of yummy teas, juices, cereals, and other things. Like organic poptarts. And while these are healthier, they are also more expensive so be careful when choosing what to buy! Another thing is self control. It's really hard, but you have to set limits. You should eat three meals a day and when you haven't had food for a few hours (I think four or five) you should eat a small snack, even if you're not that hungry. Also in the grocery store are frozen veggieburgers and such things. For recipes, try allrecipes.com. And it's "vegetarian". ^____^

I've been having a sore throat for about 3 days now... Is there any ways to make it go away? It feels like I'm always trying to clear my throat but I can't. Should I just drink a lot of water? I can't sleep because it feels like I can't breathe.

Eat some honey and if it doesn't go away tell your parents/guardians or a doctor.

No. You can wait a year, then apply and get accepted and go. But if you get accepted and then don't enroll, you have to start from square one and apply again.

Sometimes I think we just forget the morals they crammed into our brains in preschool. What, are we too old to try and get along? That's baby stuff, right?

I'm not trying to mock you. This is just something I've noticed in myself and other people, many of them older than me. Many of them, in fact, are teachers who tell their students to work things out but in reality they are immature and act more like toddlers than some toddlers I've met.

It's partially the fault of those adults for being hypocrites and showing us through example fighting and taking sides is the mature way to solve problems.

This whole phone call thing? It's not your fault, it's not Jill's fault or Bianca's fault or anybody else's fault. It's just society.

First, try to remember what you learned when you were younger? Remember that song? Make new friends, but keep the old? Come on, you know that song. It was great. And it taught a valueable lesson: you can't always be friends with the same people. People change. Change isn't bad. You need to change.

I know it hurts, believe me I do I have been through the same thing time and time again, but if your friends are drifting apart from you, it's time to move on. And it's best to do so with a smile and a relieved sigh than crying and putting yourself down. Change is part of who you are; embrace it.

If it's something you know would get you in trouble, then it's best not to do it. You should do things because they are The Right Things To Do, not because you fear punishment. Besides that, there's a little thing called karma that exists in our universe. That means that whatever you do comes back to you atleast ten times greater! Likewise, if you do good, good things will happen. The best way to get revenge on your brother? Make him a batch of chocolate chip cookies, give him a hug, and tell him how much you love him. Throw in that you will love him NO MATTER what, even if he hates you. Why is this best? Because it will show that you are a bigger person than him. It will make him feel guilty. It will confuse him. It will make him want to be nicer to you. Some people say this is "killing him with kindness". Isn't karma beautiful? Use it to your advantage. (It. Really. Works. REALLY!)

what does it mean wen peeps say things are classic? like if someone tells some one off, they say "classic..." and what does it mean when somethings overrated? like peeps say "phones r 2 overrated" and stuff like that? i know this is random... but i rate high for good answers!!

Classic, in that sense, just means that it was really good.

Overrated is like...say there's a band. And you've heard this band on the radio, and they were okay. It was kind of catchy, not really something you'd want to hear over and over again. But then you go to the store and there are all these posters for this band and 5 out of every 6 people say it's their favorite band and they play this band on the radio CONSTANTLY. They'll play one song by this band, a song by somebody else, and another song by this band. And you're totally sick of them, but they're EVERYWHERE and EVERYONE loves them and it makes you want to hit yourself with a brick. That's overrated.

How it would work for phones...well they're supposedly such a great invention, right? But like...why do we need them? We can just walk to our friend's house. Oh, wait, this is America. We just grab an extra extra large taco and log on (hahaa).

Well, it's hard. It depends on what kind of hair you have to begin with. Like if you have frizzy hair or wicked oily hair...it's all different. There are a billion products out there but it's hard to choose. And curling irons don't always work for everyone either. The best thing to do is next time you go to get a haircut, talk to the hairdresser. He or she will definitely know (unless he or she is an idiot with a fake license).

Yeah, I do. Or I don't. Ha! I don't know! It's like, sometimes I think "what's the point in believing in anything--we're all going to die!" but then other times I'm like "there must be SOMETHING, otherwise we wouldn't have all of this." Mostly I just think...if we can't see it or prove it, then we don't know it's there so we should just...pretend it is. Or pretend it isn't. Whichever one makes us happier. My breasts began to get bigger around May. I went from 22 A to a 28C in around a month. Now I have little purplish reddish lines on them. They look like little scratch marks leading from the nipple out on. I have the 3 marks on each breast. The 3 scratch marks are on one side of the nipple. What are these? This Wednesday, the 30th, my high school stated that it would no longer be sponsoring a Junior or Senior prom...and thats final. They tried to explain why it was they made their decision. I actually agreed with the decision, and strongly believe that despite what the students say; it's all being done for the right reasons...after all, it was a difficult decision to make.
Maybe you've heard about it on the news before, or will soon. I'm a Junior, and this is an all guys high school, in New York. The teachers expressed that they were willing to listen to students this time, and they wanted feedback on not why they should bring back the prom - because thats not happening no matter what - but instead what can be done as an alternative. In other words, how can they sponser something that can be just as fun, or even better, and not have to know that there will be after parties or excessive spending in which people will do wrong things.

That Wednesday, I took my own time during class to find the principal, assistant principal, and those who were majorly involved to see if I could hold a meeting next week. I wanted the meeting to be for the people in my grade, anyone who wanted to attend, to see if we could brainstorm, be heard, and come up with a creative alternative, this time without limits. The teachers have said that they are willing to think outside the box this time, such as an overnight weekend trip from maybe Thursday to Sunday at theme park - anything goes. So my question is...do you have any ideas of your own for alternatives; and how should I present this to my classmates in a way to get positive feedback (by the way, most do not see this decision as I do, but rather as being 'punished and unfair').
