They're scared...wouldn't you be if you were dumped off in a completely different country with a stranger? hahaha Seriously though, I've had lots of fish before and it takes awhile for them to get comfortable. One thing that you can do to make them feel a little better is get decorations for your tank. Fake plants, castles, rocks, etc. will make them feel safer because they can hide behind them or in them. I hope your fish feel better soon and good luck! <3

xXxpinky615xXx answered Tuesday December 6 2005, 3:27 pm: While angel fish are somewhat large fish... Having another fish in a 10 gallon tank is PLENTY of room. I have 8 fish: 1 Angel, 1 Blue Gourami, 2 Neon tetras, 1 Yellow Molly, 2 Zebra Danios and 1 Glow fish. I have a 10 gallon tank WITH an air pump in it. They have been alive for almost 5 months now. All of them. So, in all honesty, it's not a problem nor is it something for you to be worrying about.
