in the falloutboy music video "sugar were goin down"..the guitar player guy in the part where they say "whishin to be the friction in your jeans" or somethin like that, the guy licks hand finger 2 times then kinda like salutes or w/e. wat does that mean?!?!?

haha Pete, the bassist yeah hes just being silly. theres really no symbolism to it. It could mean he thinks hes cool, like someone below said but i dont really think so. He could be initializing it, but it doesnt seem right. Well hope i helped
