If so, these are great sources of protein to replace meat. Other sources of protein are soy products (soy burgers, tofu, even soy icecream which is great by the way), nuts, peas, whole grain bread, and corn. To keep your iron up, try dried beans, leafy green vegetables, and dried fruit.

Things like Luna bars or Cliff bars (they're the same thing, only Luna is the 'women's organic snack') and you can get all kinds of yummy teas, juices, cereals, and other things. Like organic poptarts. And while these are healthier, they are also more expensive so be careful when choosing what to buy! Another thing is self control. It's really hard, but you have to set limits. You should eat three meals a day and when you haven't had food for a few hours (I think four or five) you should eat a small snack, even if you're not that hungry. Also in the grocery store are frozen veggieburgers and such things. For recipes, try allrecipes.com. And it's "vegetarian". ^____^ [ tasuki's advice column | Ask tasuki A Question ]
