just dont over eat & eat healthy...and to loose fat just do cardio but to tone your body you also need to do weight training..it doesnt mean your going to bulk up,it just makes you toned. also to tone your stomache you need to do more sit ups than that..try like 100 to front 100 to each side! ]
no no no dear, you don't want to go anorexic, that's probably the worst thing you could possibly imagine, besides being bluimic. well some things you should eat would be like fresh fruits and vegetables, such as apples, carrots, and celerae, anything you like. and maybe you can do simple exercises such as toe touches, and jumping jacks, maybe a few sit ups. this would diffently help and that means no junk food, and less portions of the food you eat, no second helpings. so you would start to see an increasing in your weight.

Not eating will only make you get bigger. Try eating 5-6 small meals a day. The exercise you're doing now is more than enough, maybe too much. You don't want to over work your body.
I watched what I ate. I cut out soda, and most fried foods, fast food and I ran almost every night for about 30 minutes on a treadmill. Every other night I'd do about 100 situps. I lost about 7lbs in two weeks, which probably doesn't seem like a lot of progress but... it worked. ]
insane woman !!! dont go anerexic its the worst thing anyone can do to themself other than suicide !! ]

Eat sensibly(not a whole lot of sweets but just regular dinner, lunch, breakfast)and don't go anorexic. You're getting plenty of exercise. Just eat and don't be a skeleton, you'll look way more gross that way. A chunky confident girl is sexier than a unconfident thin girl. ]
One does not " go aneorexic", aneorexia is a serious mental disorder which one cannot call up at will. That said,if you try hard enough, your perspective on food can become badly skewed(trust me, it happened to me and was no fun for me, my friends or family).
It is impossible to tell from your question whether you are overweight or not, from the way you write, I suspect you are not. Google "body mass index" or "amifat" to find out the correct weight for your height and build. As for excercise, try taking up track or a team sport that you really enjoy. I would advise against dance for the time being, as it is an unfortunate fact that many dancers feel pressured into developing unhealthy and neurotic relationships with food, if not full-blown eating disorders. The sit ups are not a bad idea, as long as you don't become obsessive about misssing a session or wear yourself out trying to do an unrealistic number per day. Good luck. ]
DON`T STRESS YOURSELF OVER THIS. There is no way to really lose ALL of your fat, so no matter what you do, you're still going to have SOME fat. Most people call it 'baby fat' and there is really no way to lose it. But there ARE way better ways then going anorexic. By going anorexic, you will have WAY more problems than you do now. Just exersice and maybe join a gym? When you join a gym, there are a lot very talented instructors and all of them are willing to help you out. Just don`t go anorexic. Maybe do what you said up there and just put yourself to it. But don`t starve yourself .. go EAT!

Unfortunately, despite popular belief, there is no way at all to target fat loss, so if you lose weight it can just as easily come off your rear as off your stomach.
I wont comment on the anorexia you seem to have gotten enough on that from the others hehe :)... Now as for your exercise routine.... it looks ok. You do loads of situps which you might want to concentrate into one workout session. Remember since fat loss cannot be targeted there is no need to do so many situps all day. In fact you are far far better off doing some exercises for the rest of your body.
The most efficient way to lose fat is to do resistance training (e.g. weight training). It is superior to aerobic training because it makes your metabolism work faster burning calories all day long (even while you sleep).
Otherwise, at your activity level (which is very high), just eat balanced meals high on greens, low on saturated fats and moderate on carbs and you should be fine. ]
It's called diet and exercise. Would you rather lose weight the healthy way, or die trying? ]
You can't just turn anorexic. Anorexia is an eating disorder, that is NOT controllable. You don't have it. & What you're doing is stupid. If you want help on eating right & exercising then ask me. ]
That is plenty. I would say you're on the verge of OVERWORKING yourself....
Just stay healthy <3 ]
