And I'm sure there are a million others like her out there, but I really want to help this girl before its too late. I have no idea who she is, and she is getting a lot of comments of (negative) support egging her on to end her life basically.
I need to help her. I don't know her. Posting a comment on her video and telling her the truth of what she is doing to herself would be pointless because her mind is set. I don't know what to do. Anyone want to give me some advice on how to help this girl and maybe pitch in?

Sadly there are a lot of girls like her out there, and there's really no way you can directly help her.
Post a video in response, telling her everything you feel about this and maybe she'll take notice. Otherwise you'll have to wait until she understands herself that she's insane for starving herself!
It really touched me how someone who doesn't even know her cares a lot!

Don't ignore the guy, talk to him like normal, and if he brings up the subject, see how he says it and then tell him whether it's the truth or not.

Well, it's none of other peoples business what you do with your boyfriend. They all have different opinions, but yours is the one that's important.
If someone comes up to you and says ''Hey I heard you gave ___ a handjob'' then just reply ''why does it matter?''
That way, they can't really ask you anything more and will leave you alone.
And don't try to cover it up, cause then people think that you've done something else and soon there will be rumors that are worse than the actual truth.

Ok so for the past pear or so my mom has been very negative towards me... She is always putting me down and telling me I cant do things. I can even ask her a simple question without her turning it into somthing bad and yelling at me for it. I used to be able to talk to her and now Im afraid to say anything. I tried talking to her about it but she turns it all around and makes me feel guilty for telling her how I feel... Let me tell you that I have had depression since I was 12 and have gone through some very tramatic things that kinda makes fear anything sexual which my mom doesnt seem to care because her and her boyfriend are worse than a couple of hormornal teenagers and they are loud... What you should do is email her work address, or call her while she's at work and talk to her then, then she can't directly start shouting at you.
Tell her how you feel about this, and the way that you can't talk to her at all anymore. Maybe she'll open her eyes and realize that something has gone wrong.
If things don't improve, talk to any aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, well, any relatives, and ask if you could live with them.
