Oh my gosh. I was just browsing youtube and I found this:

And I'm sure there are a million others like her out there, but I really want to help this girl before its too late. I have no idea who she is, and she is getting a lot of comments of (negative) support egging her on to end her life basically.
I need to help her. I don't know her. Posting a comment on her video and telling her the truth of what she is doing to herself would be pointless because her mind is set. I don't know what to do. Anyone want to give me some advice on how to help this girl and maybe pitch in?

I don't have much to add except to say
that I don't believe the "You can do
nothing" comment.
Will you change her mind by leaving a
comment? Perhaps you won't. BUT, you
never know what someone will hear. I
think it is worth trying. I don't
think anyone can hear that someone
out there cares enough.
Leave a comment or email her and tell
her what you think. That is all you can
do. It will make you feel you have at
least tried to do something. Just like
here. :)

Email her on her youtube account, tell her how you feel. Give her your email so she can talk to you. Give her advice of what you think she should do.

Sadly there are a lot of girls like her out there, and there's really no way you can directly help her.
Post a video in response, telling her everything you feel about this and maybe she'll take notice. Otherwise you'll have to wait until she understands herself that she's insane for starving herself!
It really touched me how someone who doesn't even know her cares a lot!
