how to send a song through an email attachment (link)

hey
do you know how to regularly send email attachments?
just hit "upload" near wherever the attachment setting is and find the song file, just like a regular word document and what not.
you might have made a special folder in my document that's like, "my music" or something.
it all depends on the email service you have and where you saved the song file.

omg! i cant find the lyrics to songs by puff johnson anywhere!!! can someone please type the lyrics (or post a link) to her songs called "Yearning", "All Over Your face", "Over and Over" and "Outside my window". depends on the cost of pistons my friend. pistons will be about $100 a piece and if you go to a shop to get it done they'll replace all of them and you'll pay $800 for parts then about $500 for labor and man hours. it'll be an expensive fix. and it's prolly getting to the point where it might be better to look at a newer car. i mean that caddy lasted 10 solid years, that's good, might be time to move on.

Alright, every since about 6th grade, I've had problems getting to sleep. It takes me anywhere from 2-4 hours to fall asleep no matter what time I go to bed. I've tried drinking a type of tea called "Sleepy Time Tea", but that hasn't been helping much. Even if I can fall asleep, I wake up about 5 times in the middle of the night and it takes me another hour to fall asleep each time. So, are there any good ways to help you fall asleep? (link)

well this can be a serious problem. someone i know had a sleeping problem and they had to take medicine.
don't take sleep medicine. it's bad for your brain and body. take a medicine that relieves stress and makes you relax.
one of the reasons why you may have sleeping issues is because of stress. if youre really stressed out, just make a list of everything you have to do and by when, and just work from there. you dont know how much this helps with stress until you try it. if you have many issues on hand and dont know how to deal, just post them on advicenators and we can help you out :]
you'd have to go to the doctor to get some medicine. he or she can prescribe something to help you sleep better.
your parents may also have some medicines that they use themselves to make them fall asleep. i'd ask them first. they can decide how serious this issue is and what medicines to give you.

alright well i have had glasses since i was 18 months old. i am probably getting contacts soon & i have 2 questions.

yeah i've also been wearing glasses since i was like three and i just stopped last year. i know what youre talking about.

dont bother with those stupid lotions. they usually never work. if i were you, i'd just head to the beach one day, cover up my whole body with sun - tan lotion and just lay there. and let your eyes get tan NATURALLY. who cares if you dont have freckles around your eyes? no one does haha- so just relax & dont stress.
2.
no, i dont think so. it's usually about 2 weeks that you keep a certain pair of contact lenses. and you clean them every night. so like, you dont have to change them that often.
anyway, youll probably get used to the white circles in a couple weeks. you'll accept how good you look without glasses & wont worry about anything else.

paste your picture, click the "A" on the left side pane, and type whatever you want on it. (make sure the text bar is visible- go to view --> text toolbar) to add other pictures on top, just copy and paste them on top.
the thing with paint is, you can't move stuff around. you paste it, it's done. if you wanna move something a little, gotta start over.

there is a "heal" tool. it looks like a bandaid. you select that tool. then alt-click where you want to get the color from. then click the pimple.

Hey. I'm really stressed. I think the "emo" stuff and the "prep" stuff is both really pretty. I have cut myself before, if that's what you want to call it. They didn't even bleed and honestly, I don't plan on making them. I like the way the "preps" dress but also the way the "emos" dress. they're pretty cute, yes! they might be hard to walk in though. and you can't wear any other color besides green or white with them.
they'll also get dirty easily and you can't exactly wash them without destroying the material. not sure if it would be a good buy.
