well if your gf dumps you because you have HIV then she must not like you too much ...if she really loves you or really likes you or w/e then she will probably need 2 think for alittle while but in the end you 2 will work it out....if my boyfriend had HIV i would want to know about it though so i would tell your girlfriend... if you don't you might infect her too

well if you love her, and care for her, and want to be honest with her I think you should tell her. she might be scared at 1st, and might need some time to think about it and grasp it all, but over all shell either come through or not. it depends on the relationship you guys have. :] good luck with it all. bye >3
