Can stress cause you too skip your periods?
I think it can, but I am not sure.

Yes. Stress, poor nutrition, hormone fluctuations, and poor sleep can cause you to skip periods, especially right after menarche (onset of menstruation) and in people with low body fat levels.

You'd be surprised what stress can do to your mind and body. Being really stressed out can cause you to skip your period, and other factors like nutrition can play a role too. If it's more than a couple months though, you should see a gyno about it. More likely though, is that being stressed out causes an irregular cycle.
