fixing pics with photoshop

What tools and how do you use them to fix pictures like this with adobe photoshop?

Sorry but I couldn't find a before picture..when I try to like aribrush my pimples the colour doesn't match with my skin. Is the airbrush in adobe photoshop the exact one that media people use for celebs or is it way diff?

Go there and in his blogs, he gives a couple of really good tutorials on how to retouch your photos with photoshop.

there is a "heal" tool. it looks like a bandaid. you select that tool. then alt-click where you want to get the color from. then click the pimple.
