whats an easy way to lose about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week , without doing any thing drastic?
I don`t think you need to diet or anything real major like that..But i`d just exercise basically and maybe eat a little bit healthier and eat smaller but more meals a day.. You don`t have to cut all your favorite foods or anything but maybe eat less of it or something so its a bit easier..♥Dez

Fourteen i think is like the average age for people to get their like first kiss..So i difiantly don`t see anything wrong with it if your ready..
Sex is a different story i don`t think any fourteen year old should be having sex..I don`t think they`re ready for the possible consequences such as teen pregnancy or STDs.. Those are very possible to happen to anybody and not thinking fourteen year olds have sex and then end up with one of those things.. [Not everyone of them but it happens ya know?]
I think waiting until you know those things and are ready for those..Honestly,i think you should be in love dearly with a person also and not just doing it to do it..

I can wear 32A or 32B, but most stores don't carry size 32, they usually start at 34. Does anyone know where I can get a nice push-up, cleavage-enhancing, curve-enhancing bra in size 32A or 32B for under $30? I've tried Target, Kohls, and Macy's, but I didn't find any I liked. and I'm pretty sure Victoria's Secret bras start at size 34. Any help would be much appreciated :)

I think that somebody is signing on IM using my screen name. two people have said i said things that i know i never said. they have said i used swear words and have been very rude to them. which i know ive never done. i unlinked all of my sns and deleted my buddy lists so this person could not antaganize any of my friends. i have also signed on another sn that no one know about and kind of been monitoring weather someone signs on using my sn or not. i want to be safe and make sure this person wont do anything more. any ideas?

Well yesterday I took a 2 hour nap and then a couple hours layter I wanted to go to bed I couldnt sleep, I finally got to sleep at like 2 am then today I had cramps really bad I mean like wear I wanted to leave school bad they were horrible. && I dont know if it is like a part of my period or what because I mean I feel really shitty and everything and I dunno I am going to go to the nurse next period. Well if you are on your period then thats probably the reason for the cramps and being tired.. I went to the doctor for this and i had low iron so the doctor told me i was anemic.. ANd thats from having low iron and not enough protein which made sense because i don`t eat meat and that has alot of protein.. I would take midol,tylenol or advil for the cramps and if it continues to be real bad to see a doctor..
The reason i mentioned about me being anemic is because maybe you are too..[Its not something real serious] But if you`d like go get checked out..
