I was wondering...when you have on powder on your face and take pictures..do you normally look fairer than natural?
If not..does that mean I need a darker shade of powder?

hey
well it all depends on the camera. if you're wearing foundation / concealer ALL over your face (most women do, but girls don't tend to need so much), then yeah you could. you should match your foundation (you don't put concealer ALL over your face - just on things you want to hide) to your face color. and if you look fairer, i would suggest just editting that exact picture instead of wearing a darker shade of powder. it might look weird if you have pale arms / neck / chest [low-cut, v-neck shirt]. just play around with it - if you think you need it then let it be. most girls just tan and then buy new make-up to match their skin tone. that would be my suggestion.

I have a few questions about a 1991 Honda Prelude that I own.
1. There is a switch on the shifter that says S3/S4. What does it do?
2. The S3 light on my dashboard constantly blinks, and I don't know what it means nor can i make it stop (nor do I know what it does). Whats it mean?
3. The Idle is constantly running up and down. What do I need to do to fix this?
4. My SPEEDOMETER DOES NOT WORK! How do I fix this?

well the speedo is easy. pop the hood. you'll see the intake unit resting atop your engine. take it off. (it'll take some doing, and some removing of bolts and other such things but that's how all engine work is) and underneath it youll notice wires running down under the engine right to the transmission. two of those wires are for the speedometer sensor. there will be three bolts. those three bolts all command the speedo sensor and send signals to the engine. what you need to do remove the bolts and replace the sensor they held down. the part is about 200 bucks, or just take it to a mechanic and have them do it for about 600.
as for the S3 and S4 switches, i dunno what those are for. prolly some sort of different gearing setting for the transmission.

hey
just put up fliers around your neighborhood. maybe ask your friends if they have younger siblings, or if they do, maybe their younger siblings have friends who could be babysat. even on the internet - if you have a district website, maybe you can get on there and get some more customers.
you just gotta get it out to people that you babysit. ask your parents if they have coworkers who have kids who could be babysat.
on major roads around your neighborhood / area, put fliers up and you will surely grab eyes.
OR, this would really work - make a freewebs or www.pbwiki.com and make a website! and put it on the fliers. it would really give a lot of info about your experience, etc.

well... i don't think you LOVE him if you stop liking him sometimes and like him a lot other times. you just really really like him, that's all :]
anyway, if he REALLY REALLY REALLY likes you a LOT like he would die without you, i wouldn't break up with him right now just to see how it turns out. maybe you should consult him about why you sometimes aren't attracted to him. like is it something he does / says? let him know so he can improve on that and keep the relationship steady.
if he likes you, but that's all, like he doesn't buy you excessive amounts of gifts, etc. then i'd break up with him. cause when you REALLY start not liking him for extended periods of time, he will be really heartbroken for not knowing that you didn't like him. it would just hurt him more.

my periods like a week and a half late and i've been discharging like ALOT. about a month from now im going on a trip to florida with my soccer team and i really dont want to get it then because i hate tampons. what should i do?? how can i make it not come or come? is that possible?? sorry im asking so many questions any advice on this would be really appreciated!

with tampons:
you can
- swim
- wear a thong
- no one knows you have your period
- it's not smelly
- you can stick it in your pocket and run
- you can easily change it without a mess.
- they're CONVINIENT.
without tampons:
- you can't swim without making the water red
- you can't wear a thong cause everyone can see your pad.
- everyone knows you have your period cause they can see the white flaps
- they're smelly
- you can't stick one in your pocket and run
- when you go to change, you have to touch your bloody pad and roll it up and inhale the smell when, with tampons, you just pull the string, it drops in the toilet and you insert another one.
- they're NOT convinient.
look, the only reason why it would possibly hurt is cause you're not doing it right. you have to stick it in as FAR as the plastic applicator can go. tampons have several parts. the cotton swab which is inside of the plastic applicator, and a small plastic stick that you use to push the cotton swab into your vaj.

although you can't control when you get your period unless you're like on birth control which you're probably not. but to reduce the intensity of your period, you can - excercise - masturbate - or take long, warm baths. all of these reduces cramps and makes your period a shade lighter (well at least for me).

- when you're a virgin, your hymen is still in tact, so it's harder for a tampon to go in. the first time you put a tampon in, your hymen (which is just like a layer of mucus) will break, and it might hurt a little. but after that, nothing will hurt. do not be scared. i was scared just like you i was like, "what if the string isn't long enough? what if i put it in too far?" but there's no such thing as putting it in too far. so just stick it up all the way :] g'luck YOUR PERIOD WILL NEVER LEAK THROUGH IF YOU USE THE RIGHT LEVEL . if your period is heavy, use "heavy" tampons, like try PLAYTEX. playtex is the easiest. and do not use tampax!!!

okay, NEVER ever talk about the other one around the one you're talking to. i sorta wish you gave names, but you have bff 1 and bff 2. do not hang out with them together... even at your birthday party! i didn't have one cause i didn't want drama, but have two separate ones or just don't have one. cause it's not gonna fly, babe.
just hang out with them separately although it will be hard to stay friends. most girls like one girl that they can tell EVERYTHING to, but the fact that you have to hide stuff from each of them it just silly. don't end both friendships, whatEVER you do. trust me, you will regret it. i've had experience... don't ever "end" a friendship like get into a fight and stop talking. one day, you will be in a classroom with 30 kids, not know a SINGLE one and the teacher will say "okay pick a partner" and everyone will go with someone and you and one of those two girls will be left. don't put yourself in an awkward situation. just faaadee away incase something like that DOES happen, you can just be like, "hey girl i haven't seen you in forever!" it won't be awkward and you guys will maintain a steady relationship.

my parents are split up, so when I travel from house to house I put my diary at the bottom of my bag when I go to school.
I'm 15/f and I can't find it anywhere.
that book holds everything. I am a lesbian, and no one even knows it, have a huge crush on my (female) teacher, and I wrote stuff about people in my class that I hate.
My school is also TINY (private, all girls)
if someone found it and read it, everything would be all over school in a day, and I think i'd want to go to public school immediately even though I love my school.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?! should i just keep looking, or should i confront some of the people in my class, just in case they have it so i can have it back without EVERYONE knowing?
I am honestly in tears, this is the worst week of my life and I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!

how could it have possibly gotten into those people's hands? it's very unlikely. just relax. when you get to your mom's house, look everywhere. when you get to your dad's house, look everywhere. it's probably somewhere that you don't go often, or it's probably in a very obvious place. when i look for something, i have to look and if i can't find it, i go somewhere like the mall or to my friend's house, come back and look for it again cause you need a new fresh look on the area you are searching before you can find it.
don't keep thinking negative thoughs - it won't help you. think positive. "i will find it. it's probably right in front of my eyes and i just can't see it. that's all. plus, who cares if anyone finds out? it's all gonna be okay."

my bestfriend is a boy. and i just started liking him. and realizing how me and him would be good together. we went to the movies the other day with a big group of people from school. at the theater we went to , there are couches/chairs and what not..so me and him shared a chair, for one person. and we were cuddling i guess...i had my head on his shoulder and he had his arm around me. =) we were like this the whole movie. and he would rub my arm, and poke me. it was nice. but...i dont know if it was just a best friend thing, or if he could like me. because everyone says he likes me, he just wont admit it. so i mean it felt like it something more than bestfriend...but could it have been? idk. should i ask him? just totally ignore it, and go on being best friends?..or what?

no, do not ask him. in case he does, he might not be ready to tell you how he feels. in case he doesn't, it would be awkward and he might think you like him. so don't ask him.
i would just keep flirting with him and being friendly. don't be TOO overly flirty the next time you see him in case he is iffy about the other night at the movies. so just keep your space a bit and then start being flirty ish again the next few days. don't IGNORE the fact that he could definitely like you. just keep your space in case you get hurt, but be flirty incase he likes you.

wow yeah everything you said is true.
you are supposed to drink 64 oz (8 glasses) of water a day. by drinking the right amount, you cleanse your insides and make it easier for more stuff to go in. it's like your body is a drain - if you keep pushing bad things into it, it's gonna stop working or take longer to work. but, if you put drain cleaner (water) in your body a few times a day, it will clean out the drains and work better and do it's job faster (aka metabolism). yes, water helps your health because it cleanses your body and you simply need lots of water.

my friend printed out 23948203985 posters, but instead of putting them on hallways, she was too lazy, and only decorated one door haha. it was completely decorated with like 20-30 posters? anyways it was really cool and funny so you should do that and put a lot around the hallways

I am on birth control. He used a condom. But we did it a different way than we usually do and after he cummed and pulled out, the condom was still inside of me. It didn't break.
