My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

Alright, so.. I'm torn between two people. I was asked to this dance, by a guy completely out of nowhere.. I mean, he was more of an older brother than anything.. I was hoping the guy I like would ask me, (( keep in mind I've liked him since sixth grade )). Anyway, so.. I'm not sure if should give up on my crush and try and like my friend.. or still hold onto my crush.. By the way, me and my crush are really good friends too.. have known eachother since kindergarden..

Maybe you should go with your friend because he asked you first. Dont give up on your crush or anything. You can still hang out with him at the dance and stuff and I'm sure he likes you. Just wait a little. x0

i'm 13 and not allowed to wear make up. my mom thinks i'm too young (what's the big deal, though? it's not like i'll turn into a slut or something!). my dad.... anyway! i was wondering if there was something kind of like make up or something or whatever any tiups on how i can look prettier like i would with make up but is not very noticable (except it makes me look a little better). ways to make my lashes longer, little bit rosier cheeks, whatever. but as long it doesn't make me look cheap or anything. if this helps, i'm a brunnette, darkish beige skin, lightish brown eyes, full (but not huge) lips. i'll rate 5's to everyone who helps.

Well theres no big deal. Ask if you can wear eyeliner. Its not bad at all and it makes you look different and better. Use light blush for rosy cheeks and wear lipgloss. You could use eye lash curler and curl your lashes. x0

ok, so i am/was really good friends with this girl. she was new to our school nd just because she was new and not totally ugly, every guy fell in love with her, and is in love with her. but, she really isnt that pretty at all , she has big boobs, but i have the same size, she is no skinnier than me, she is a size larger, and im a better cheerleader than her, but they still like her only because she is new. its not her personality cause she is kinda annoying. and she is leaving our school next year but for some reason they think they still have a chance with her. but, i still dont get why everyone likes her better? please help me understand. i rate 5 for not bad advise.

My best friend was/is a guy. We'll call him Bob. Well Bob just got a girlfriend and they had been extremely tight before they went out. Now all of a sudden, Bob's barely talking to me or hanging out with me anymore. I miss hangingout with him. If I confronted him he'd probably listen but not do anything because he'd forget. Please help I really miss him :(

My cat henry had to be put to sleep because of FUTI- feline urinary tract infection only about a week ago . . my mom came home with a new cat today and it bothers me because i feel like there trying to replace henry so quickly i would rather have henry here with me then that other cat how can i deal with this?

Hes playing with your head. He probablly thought that he liked you and had feelings for you still but then relized he didnt. It sucks that you cheated on him and that might make it harder for him to trust you. x0

I have to ask this question, out of pure and utter curiousity. Is Targets running somewhat of a scam? The Ipod Minis are on sale, well, they give you a $15 gift card with the purchase of the mini thats 4G, but every store is "SOLD OUT", and I find this HARDDDD to believe, due to the fact the sale just started, and every store is like "WE got a HUUUGE shipment yesterday, but they sold out".

In english class we're doing a project and we have to read it outloud. Last time when i was reading something outloud evry1 lauged at me! (Darn my squeeky voice) Anyways, i dunt want 2 read mine outloud! What should i do??

I used to hate getting up infront of the class and reading or presenting my work and stuff but I got over it. Its acually fun! Theres nothing wrong with you and dont let them laugh at you. Have fun with it! If they laugh at you then you laugh with them. You wont be scared. Maybe if you dont want to do that ask your teacher if she can read it out loud and just tell her how you feel. x0

I think this guy is really hot. He's in 11th grade and very preppy, I'm in 9th and well... average. We've never spoken or acknowledged each other, but I figured that it would be cool to become friends with him or make an attempt. Should I try to approach him to be FRIENDS ONLY (I don't want to date him. I mean he's really hot but it's no way possible.) but I'm not sure if he may be creeped out. If I should try to approach him, how should I do it? All of my friends say go and talk to him and become friends, so does my little sister, but I'm really shy and I'm scared that someone as hot as him might not want to be friends with someone as average as me. Dont be shy!! Go up to him with one of your friends and just start talking to him. If he is with his buddies then thats probablly a good time because you would feel better. You never know if you might have a chance with him until you start talking to him. Ask him to hang out and stuff. x0

Okay i'm 13 and my boyfriend is 15. We really care about each other and he is really open about his feelings. He told me that he loves me and he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me . He even said if we were old enough he would marry me!He writes me notes and sometimes he will read them over the phone. We went to the movies and he fingered me and he wanted me to touch him but i wouldn't. I feel the same way he does but i'm too scared to say it. I say that I love him but that's all. Why wont you? Theres nothing wrong with it. Just do it once to see how it is and if you dont like it then dont do it. But it isnt fair because you are the one who is getting all the pleasure and your not giving anything back to him in return and it just isnt fair. Hes your boyfriend and dont be shy or scared to read the notes over the phone. He reads his to you so you should feel comftrable reading it to him. Like I said do it once and maybe you will get used to it. x0
