Alright, so.. I'm torn between two people. I was asked to this dance, by a guy completely out of nowhere.. I mean, he was more of an older brother than anything.. I was hoping the guy I like would ask me, (( keep in mind I've liked him since sixth grade )). Anyway, so.. I'm not sure if should give up on my crush and try and like my friend.. or still hold onto my crush.. By the way, me and my crush are really good friends too.. have known eachother since kindergarden..

If you dont like your friend as more than a friend then accept his invitation to the dance but tell him you want to go as "just friends." You can't make yourself love someone. If you find that you really think you like you friend though then go for it! If there is potential in your relationship with him than go ahead. If not just stick to being friends and hold onto your crush.

well ... i think you should find out if your crush is goin with someone and if he's not then go maybe we should go together and then tell the person that asked you before that you would but you already have a date and if your crush already has a date then go with the other kid that asked you in the first place. .<3

I would go for your friend. You know each other, and that makes things so much easier! You've got it made!! He could have feelings for you and you don't even know it. If you havent made a move on your crush by now, just let him go.... don't push your friend away for someone who could be in love with someone totally different. Go for your friend ^_^

well... i dont know how they do dances where you are but here just because you go to the dance with someone doesnt mean you have to like them. i would say go with your friend, you would probably be more comfortable with your friend. but you can still like your crush. dont give up on the crush. follow your heart..
