My friend wore that exact outfit and it sorta looked funny. So, if i were you, i wouldnt do it. lol But cowboy boots are deffinitely in so they'd be really cute paired with jeans and a cute shirt. Or even if your feeling risky pair them with a cute mini! lol

Q: Hi, I have the VS Sassoon hair straightener with a gold plate on it. When I do straighten my hair, it just smells soo bad right after, like my hair is burned. (I straighten my hair after a get out of the shower and blow dry it, so its clean) My hair is completely dry when I streighten it. If i buy a CERAMIC hair straigthener, will that make a difference in the smell? Are they expensive - if you have one, please say if you would reccommend it. THanks!

You should steaming one. There is this little compartment for water. It is Conair and it was only $10.00. It works really well and it is completely healthy for your hair. It is healthier than ceramic.

Q: I would like some advice on what to look for in a decent, used Laptop computer. I'm looking to use this for internet use, Word programs etc, and pretty light on the game play with a CD Rom and floppy. What is the price range I'm looking at for something very decent but also not new, because I only have about $350 max to work with.

Is it lame of me to think to find a good laptop on ebay?
If I try to find one on ebay, what specs should I look for? I'm not up on what RAM, ROM, is considered 'good', or anything about internet cards.

I was also told that laptops are basically useless, and that if I want a personal computer I should just get a desktop one. How true is this?
Is my search hopeless?

If they wont go away no matter how much sleep you get (you should be getting about 10) and you still have the bags than just try to put some cover-up on under you eyes. That way the bags wont be noticeable. If you arent getting 10 hrs of sleep then there is your problem.

Q: im a 7th grader at a private school in dallas, texas. i do a lot of extra curicular activities so that i can get into a good college and highschool but my grades are slipping because i dont have time to get all my work done. i mean i get it done im just tired in the morning because i stayed up so late the night before.
i dont know what to do!

I think maybe if these extra curiculars are making your grades slip than just quit a few. Your grades are more important to a college than your extra curiculars. If all this stuff is stressing you out then take a few deep breaths calm down and maybe get a planner. Write down all the things you have to do and if it is too much like i said drop an extra curicular activity. Make sure you fit in homework, school, friends, alone time and of course SLEEP!! Those are all very important!

Q: Ok ive been single for 2 YEARS!! This is too long..especially being that these are supposed to be the best years of our lives. ive been living it up with my friends and thats great and everything; but its like something is missing. Im lonely and i think everyone knows loneliness isnt a great feeling. Wow! We could not have anymore in common. So I'll just give the advice i guess i would give to myself: If you havent found the right guy yet what if the point of having a bf? If you do like someone tho, and they dont like you back then there is rly nothing you can do. Just wait for the right guy to come along, and dont worry, he'll be here soon!

I would say that you should just wait until you or he feels that it is the right time. Just let everything take it's own coarse and you'll know when it's right. Chances are when you know it's right...so will he. Just follow you instict.

Q: okay well there is this guy that has liked me all year long and he tells me all the time that he always thinks about me and he dreams about me and it really didnt bug me because i just ignored him when he told me stuff like that. But then all of the sudden he put something in his xanga that scared me and has haunted me ever since. It said that he would take a bullet for me thats how bad he wants me. Wow! You should tell your a parent or adult you really trust. Talk to a guidance couselour at your school or something. You need to get help right away. That's a really hard thing to deal with, i feel terrible for you. What you really need tho is an adult!

If you dont like your friend as more than a friend then accept his invitation to the dance but tell him you want to go as "just friends." You can't make yourself love someone. If you find that you really think you like you friend though then go for it! If there is potential in your relationship with him than go ahead. If not just stick to being friends and hold onto your crush.

Wear them to school the day you get back. Right now walk around the house with them on to break them in. The day back from vacation is a great way to debut an awesome pair of sneakers!

Well, if I were you I would start out by just coming out and telling him. If you are really great friends he'll accept the fact that you said something to him. Although he could be a little embarassed at first he'll probably wind up being very thankful you said something. Just follow what your mind tells you to. Pick a good time to tell him. (Preferably not when he's in a bad mood) He'll be happy you told him.

Hi!! It looks like your in some serious trouble! Balancing friends and a boyfriend can be rly hard. Just try to spend some time with your friends and some time with your boyfriend...keep it evely balanced. If you find you and your boyfriend drifting apart more than maybe the best thing you can do is just break it off. You may feel like you want him back but if you rly feel that you strongly need to go your separate ways just explain to him that you need to take a little time being single. Do a lot of the girls around you have boyfriends?? Maybe that's why you have a hard time breaking up with him, because you want to have a boyfriend. But maybe that's not the case. If you really feel that you love him and he loves you maybe you should try to make it work. Talk to your boyfriend and tell him u think there should be more space between you but you still really love him and want to be with him. That way you get your friends and you boyfriend. Who knows maybe he'll feel the same way that you do.
