For some reason my vagina burns when I urine, and sometimes it starts to itch and burn. Could it be allergic to my pads or tampons, please help asap (link)
Girlie, it sounds like a yeast infection. Possibly, not likely though, it could be a urinary tract infection; but it is more likely a yeast infection. Don't worry though, you're not alone. Most girls (and some boys too) between the ages of 16 and 35 will experience at least one yeast infection. Though, yeast infections have been seen in girls (and boys) as young as 10. Tell your mom (or trusted adult female) about what's going on; and do a little research. Perhaps type in your symptoms to Google. Though not life threatening, if a yeast infection isn't treated, it could get worse, or it could heal itself. And it is painful. Read up on yeast infections (via the provided links and research of your own) and talk to your mom or trusted adult female, and maybe see a doctor.

does anybody know what song it is where it says i'd give up the world for you.. a guy sings it (link)
All I can find is something by the Backstreet Boys. It's called "All I Have To Give" - I hope this is what you were looking for. Here are the lyrics :

I don't know what he does to make you cry
But I'll be there to make you smile
I don't have a fancy car
To get to you I'd walk a thousand miles
I don't care if he buys you nice things
Does his gifts come from the heart?
I don't know
But if you were my girl
I'd make it so we'd never be apart

[Chorus:]
But my love is all I have to give
Without you I don't think I could live
I wish I could give the world to you
But love is all I have to give

When you talk (when you talk) does it seem like he's not
Even listening to a word you say?
That's okay babe, just tell me your problems
I'll try my best to kiss them all away
Does he leave (does he leave) when you need him the most?
Does his friends get all your time?
Baby please
I'm on my knees
Praying for the day that you'll be mine

[Chorus]

[Bridge:]
To you... (hey girl) hey girl, I don't want you to cry no more inside
All the money in the world could never add up to all the love
I have inside... I love you

And I will give it to you
All I can give, all I can give
Everything I have is for you
But love is all I have to give

[Chorus (3x)]

But my love is all I have to give
Without you I don't think I can live
I wish I could give the world to you
But love is all I have to give... to you

Hi. I'm a 16 year old girl and I have a huge problem. I often times wonder about God. I'm sure that I believe in him but at times I have doubts...is that normal? And also, is it true that God has a plan for everyone and some people are bound to go to hell? (link)
I'm not going to 'preach' at you, but - just so you know where I stand - I'm a Christian, born into the family of God.

I believe with every corner of my heart that God has a plan for EVERY PERSON ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH. You see, God gave us the GIFT of free will. We can CHOOSE to worship God and become one of His children, or we can CHOOSE to ignore God and never accept His free gift of eternal life. You know what you have to do to recieve that gift? All you have to do is ask. As humans, we're typically good at ASKING for things. We'll ask our parents for twenty bucks, or if we can have the car, or if we can go to the movies. We'll ask our sisters to be quiet, though they don't usually respond. We ask our peers, "What is cool or good right now?" We ask our grandmother for a cookie and milk or our grandfathers for a trip to Dairy Queen. We, as humans, specifically teenagers or kids, ask for alot of things. But, sadly, we are not always granted our wishes. Sometimes it's for our own good. Grandma might say we can't have a cookie because we're about to have supper, or our parents might say we can't go to the movies because there isn't a proper chaperone. Why our sisters won't be quiet is beyond me though. But you know what? God won't turn your request for salvation down! Yes, He might say that He's not going to let you get out of that killer math test because you didn't study, but He will let you - GLADLY - into His family, as one of His children. There are those, of course, who scoff at the idea of a God, and will turn their backs on Him. They never talk to Him, they never listen to Him. They don't ask about Him, and they never accept His gift. These are the people who follow the Devil. They might not say "I'm a Satanist," but if they're an Atheist, Islamic, or Buddhist ... or Wiccian, or Satanist, or a self-proclaimed witch, then they're (sometimes without knowing it) following Satan. I know that I can get in alot of trouble with alot of people for saying this, but that is what I believe. Catholics, Protestants, and a few others are honest to God (and I mean that) religions that follow the one true Abba Father. I honestly believe this with all of my heart. Don't be one of those people who ignores God all their lives. I don't want to seem harsh or uncaring, obviously I'm not - that's why I'm telling it to you straight up. I believe that people who go to Hell, after going through Judgement (Christ as judge) will burn for eternity. There will be worms that EAT the burnt FLESH off of your body, but you'll never die. Constantly, constantly burning. You'll call out for just ONE drop of water on the tip of your tounge, but no one can give it to you because there is no water in Hell, and there will be a great chasm between Heaven and Hell that no one can cross.

Please consider what I've said. If you have any questions, ask me, or talk to your local youth pastor.

In Christ,

i'll be 15 in like 2 weeks.. and im going into high school. my ex boyfriend lives in another town but i see him almost everyday. he's 2 months younger than me.. well heres the 411...

i have a friend who has a step brother my age. hes never really had a girlfriend that lasted more than a day until me. much less kissed a girl. everything was perfect although a little awkeward cause im used to a guy leading the relationship. well he started listening to what other people were saying about me. and he didn't really trust me cause he has a hard time trusting people because of his past. well i spent a week with him 24/7 and he broke up with me. with the understanding that we both still liked each other. well his dad and step mom went and talked to him and he didn't talk to me at all the rest of the night i finally went home. all my friends tell me i should give up on him. and hes an asshole. but ive completely fallin for him and i haven't fell this hard since last summer. i wrote down a speech to say to him when ever i get the courage to call him. basically it says how much i like him and how he can trust me and how id love to go back out with him. ive been careful the whole relationship (3 weeks) not to say i love you. and i haven't yet. but i know i love him. i just don't know whether to live it alone or to read the speech to him. should i move on or try and get him back? please respond its very important!!!! also i don't know if he broke up with me cause i was his first girlfriend and he didn't know exactly what to do. i also don't know what his parents told him after me and him broke up! could they have ruined my chances?

love, gabby (link)
Hello, Gabby.

Well, I'm not sure what you really want me to say. But, I think you should try and talk to him. Obviously y'all had an attraction for one another at one point in time, and it lasted for three weeks. Did he act like he was getting restless? Or did he hint in any way that he was going to break up with you? It sortof sounds like it was just out of the blue, kindof random... but who am I to say? Maybe he had ... influence from his parents to break up with you? Maybe his parents didn't think he was old enough to have a girlfriend? Or maybe there was another motive? Such as religion? Or a need to "grow up" some? I don't know, but I think you have a right to know why. Maybe you can call him or IM / E-mail him and just chat a little with him. Let him know that you miss him, and that you're curious as to why he broke up with you. No hard feelings, of course, but just out of curiosity. Don't dump too much on him, he probably feels bad. Maybe his parents said he was too young to have a girlfriend, and he was forced to break up with you? If that is so, he was probably too ashamed to tell you why, and he probably misses you like crazy? Or, maybe his friend has a crush on you and is upset he's going out with you? I'm don't know why. But he probably misses you. Give him a call, try and make things flow naturally, don't push too much on him though.

Hey, sweetie.

Well, I'll have to say this : It is not normal. Though, it is not uncommon. It sounds frightfully like a yeast infection. Talk to your mom about it, and if it doesn't get better, go to a doctor.

http://kidshealth.org/teen/sexual_health/stds/yeast_infections.html

http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/v/vaginal_candidiasis/symptoms.htm

Though a yeast infection is not normally life threatening, it can become more and more serious. Don't put it off. Research a little, perhaps type your symptoms into Google and see what you find. Then talk to your mom or another trusted adult FEMALE, and consider going to a doctor. (or if you have a GREAT doctor, describe what the problem is over the phone and they might suggest or perscribe something for you.)

Well I wrote this, not really a poem, just kind of a one of those little writings.. will you tell me what you think of it so far... maybe some help on it, or wordings that would sound better?

After spending hours on end perfecting every detail about herself, she heard the doorbell ring. Her heart races to see him. This was the moment she had been waiting for, for so very long now.She lopes quickly to the front door and swiftly swings it open to see her love. Her heart sinks inside of her chest in her overwhelmed body and her beathing has stopped as if her heart would have. He looks amazing, more amazing than ever before. Not a word comes out of either of their mouths, both stand there completely speechless, both infatuated by their prescences's beauty... (link)
Ver much... I do like it. I don't think that we should change the wordings, because that makes it less original, less unique to you! I like it how it is. It's beautiful... hehe.. I'm a hopeless romantic, I love it!! :D Good job writing, keep it up!! I'm a writer myself, but I mostly stick to short stories and creative writing pieces; though this ^^ could be considered a creative writing. I mostly write stories, about girls and horses.... hahaha! You know why? Because that's all I know about! Just kidding. But I work for a looong time on each thing, to make it perfect. (though it never really is.) This past year I wrote something, in the form of a diary, about a girl and her horse for the State 4-H show. I got 2nd place for that. :-) I really like your... poem / writing thing. Very good! Though...

Watch your tenses. I have a problem with this too.
Try and be more descriptive.
Use big words AND small words.
Make it unique.
Be flavorful. Haha.

Ok..i know this is sucha weird question..but have any of you people TRIED bloody mary? you kno where you go in the bathroom and turn off all the lights and say her name 3 times and shes suppose to come out?? or maybe i got it wrong..all i really wanna know is that if anyone tried it..and whats the story behind it and what do you do exactly to see her??? pleaassseee reply! i`ll rate high =) (link)
Haha.. something people (little kids, mostly elementary school kids) do! I remember back when I was in 4th or 5th grade, in Girl scouts, a bunch of girls would go into the bathroom, switch off the light, say "Bloody Mary" like 50 times, then wait. I think water was supposed to be red or green? Or see Bloody Mary's face in the mirror or something. I don't know, because IT DOESN'T WORK!! It's just a fun silly little thing.. sortof like goblins and ghosts and the Easter bunny.

Is it weird for an African-American girl to say things like "Dude", "Narley", "Hot", etc.? (link)
No more weird than it is for a white girl, or a Cherokee girl, or an Asian girl, or an Australian girl to say those things. I say "Dude" .. not "narley" and not "hot" very often... unless I'm referring to soup! But I love my "dude" and "rock out" and "sweet". No one should be rascist. See, I have this ... issue. Not a problem, just 'something'. I cast two shadows. No, I'm not a simease twin... I'm Cherokee, but I look white. If anyone hates Cherokees (or any Native American tribe) I can find out - cause I look white - and then I can confront the person. Technically, I'm full blooded Cherokee. Born with fair skin, raised in the south, I'm 100% Cherokee, and 100% white. It seems complicated, but I am. Just because some people don't think that an African-American girl should say those things because of her skin color doesn't mean you shouldn't say them!! If you want to say them, SAY THEM! In fact, I'm proud of people who don't give into peer presure about fads, clothes, words, hair, makeup etc. :-)

Alot of country songs are good for swing dances, classical music for waltzes and fox trots, Polkas for... polka-ing! Haha. But those songs ^^ and songs listed with others are good for "pop" danging, I suppose. But if you want a list of songs for swinging, or waltzing, just ask! Hahaha... I doubt that's anything you want though!

Hey i was wondering if any of you know a all around really good shampoo and conditioner.. i use brilliant brunette right now but i was wondering if theres like a better one maybe pantene the brunette expressions or garnier fructice or what... my hair is wavy i can curl or straighten it so yeah thanks! im looking for one to make it shiny and healthy and makes it just look good! 15 f (link)
Aveda makes a great line of shampoos and conditioners. One for everything... thick, thin, wavy, curly, straight, flat, frizzy, moisturizing, dry ... etc. etc. The moisturizing shampoo/conditioner will really make it shiny and healthy looking, and VERY soft and pretty. :-) Or Tresseme. That one is good, too. V05 is okay, though cheap, it doesn't do much for you. But they have alot of good smells, haha. Garnier Fructice is great, I used that for a while. It smells good too! Pantene ProV is okay. I don't like their shampoo, but the conditioner is good.

What is a good hair straightinger (sp?)? I have very thick hair and my conair straightinger just doesn't work for me and more. What's a good brand that will work for my kind of hair? Thank you in advanced. (link)
Me too! Dude, I have really thick, wavy, frizzy and uncontrollable-at-times hair. And ConAir doesn't work for me either. I have a ConAir three inch straightener... but it takes me twice as long to do half of my hair. Recently, I got a CHI straightener. I got mine off of eBay, brand new, for $90-ish. Including shipping! There were some that were $63, but we didn't win. And these are brand spanking new. CHI is really really good. It took me 1 hour to do half my hair with my ConAir straightener, it takes me 45 minutes to do all of my hair with my CHI straightener. The CHI flat irons are ceramic, so they can get really hot. They heat up in about 10 seconds, too. You have to make sure you don't drop them though, on something hard, because the ceramic plates might break. But, it is really good. The place listed below is offering a CHI 1 inch (what I have) flat iron for $111.95, free UPS shipping, and some biosilk therepy treatment (it's like a heavy moisturizing conditioner) for free. If you use a straightener - no matter what brand - frequently, it's a good idea to use a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Aveda makes a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner... =)

Check it out >> http://www.ballbeauty.com/chi_ceramic_straightening_iron.htm

Or you can check on eBay. Look for "CHI ceramic plates flat iron" and you should get quite a few hits. People - many people - sell these flat irons brand new, though they do charge shipping. There are some used flat irons for sale, too, but they aren't much cheaper; so it's kindof better to purchase a new one.

i was just wondering what the website or where do you go to download the program or whatever to go on more than one sn (aim) at a time? thanks in advance. (link)
Perhaps there is a program? But on AIM, you can link up to 7 Screen Names. That means that you'll be signed onto all 7 names at the same time. If you have Charlie and Manda on SN1, but Alex and Jessica are on SN5, you can talk to both people - at the same time - using different names. It's pretty cool. Here's how.

- Open your Buddy List.
- Find "My AIM" at the very top - click -
- The third button down will say "Manage Linked Screen Names" - click -

A window will pop up and guide you through the rest of it. If you still can't figure it out, drop one in my inbox.

What does the phrase "wearing your heart on your sleeve" mean? (link)
It means to openly show your emotions. People like that often show that they're really happy, or really sad. Usually they have no problems with crying in public. Also, they can be very emotional and cry easily. Sometimes people who "wear their hearts on their sleeves" easily get their feelings hurt. There are people who hide their hearts away in a dark storage room also. But you could imagine what that means. Obviously, someone who doesn't cry easily or get their feelings hurt easily. More girls than boys "wear their hearts on their sleeves," but I've seen guys that do.

Hey. Well, i just bought my hair straightener yesterday at JCPenny's it was $130. And i haven't used it yet but someone told me that u have to buy like some gresse or some oil to put on after or before doing it. Is that true.or can u just do it like that without putting anything. And if true can yall tell me what to buy, and were to get it from. Thanksss.
Brenda (link)
Mmm... no. It's not. Some people use Hair Silk, which helps protect your hair from the heat and makes it shinier, and some people use a holding spray (sometimes I do), which helps hold the straightness into your hair and protect it from humidity; but neither product is REQUIRED. It's totally up to you. If you use a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner every night (or day), you should be okay. That's usually what I do. Aveda makes a really good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. :-)

Hi there! Could I ask what different types of styles people wear? I promise to rate you... (link)
Hello,

Well, I suppose you could ask. :-) Alot of people wear what is "in stle." According to national polls, the "style" for this fall are : printed skirts, tight layered camisoles, open toe/open heeled sandals (with a heel), etc. If you don't like printed skirts, or tight layered camisoles - DONT WEAR THEM. I don't. Ugh. *shudders* In fact, the last time I wore a skirt was in April to a semi-formal dance. :-D Some people, including myself, prefer looser clothes. Boyshorts, T-shirts, loose pants, Converses etc. Alot of the time, people who wear that type of clothes ^^ are considered "punk" or "gothic", but in all honesty, a "punk" is a hoodlum, and "gothic" is a style of arches and a period in history. Go look it up. I'm right. I know, because I looked it up. There are the "emo" people who dress in black and wear dark makeup, perhaps chains or spikes, and cry alot... this too, is a lie. If you like black, and you like spiked jewelry - wear it (if it's okay with your mom) - don't let stereotypes get in your way. Honestly, stereotypes are opinions anyway. I don't like how alot of girls dress, in tight clothes and skimpy shirts, but if they like it, more power to them. See?
-FunnyCide

umm what goes 69 mean? and what does BTW mean? is there a website that has what everything means? like yeah..... first few people to give GREAT advice....... ill rate high and the others also but lol idk. (link)
69:

The number before 70 and the number after 68. Not to be confused with:

sesenta nueve
sessenta nove
sessanta nove
εξήντα εννέα
sessanta otto ... etc. etc.

The other meaning? Read here : http://www.ppsp.org/askbeth/archives/what_does_69_mean.asp

BTW means By The Way. Other funky terms I have seen are :

JMS : Just Making Sure
JW : Just Wondering
BL : Buddy List
ILY : I Love You

... etc.

I found this website, it seems pretty cool. Though I've never seen some of these, it should help.

hello...
im 13/f and my friend was over at my house today and i showed her this site and she wanted an advice column. i told her that she was to young (shes 11) and she got really mad. so my question is:
why doesnt this site allow anyone under 13 to be a columnist?

will rate (link)
"On Advicenators, we require all members to be at least 13 years of age. This isn't because we hate 12 year olds, it's because the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA, puts a great deal of restrictions on information we can ask children under 13. When you registered on this site, you were required to check a box that says, "I am at least 13" and if you lied on that box, you are not eligible for membership."

ok i know main and hair shampoo is for horses, but if i buy it would i make human hair grow faster? and how fast? please i'll rate 5s if you could help! (link)
The Mane and Tail shampoo doesn't help your hair grow faster necessarily, but it will strengthen your hair, make it shinier and healthier - which may make it grow faster. I've used Mane and Tail shampoo for my hair, and it didn't make my hair grow faster, though that wasn't the purpose of me using it. I had VERY curly hair when I was younger, and the Mane and Tail shampoo was easiest to use and cheaper than most. Now my hair is just frizzy, wavy and uncontrollable...
anyway. I don't know if it will make YOUR hair grow faster, but it might. It has made some of my horses' manes and tails grow faster; but only on some of the horses. Say, it made 50% of the horses have longer hair faster, while the other 50% didn't have that much of a result. It just depends on you.

Oh, and by the way : The shampoo isn't all that different than people shampoo. Check the ingredients. o.O
