FunnyCide answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 11:36 pm: Girlie, it sounds like a yeast infection. Possibly, not likely though, it could be a urinary tract infection; but it is more likely a yeast infection. Don't worry though, you're not alone. Most girls (and some boys too) between the ages of 16 and 35 will experience at least one yeast infection. Though, yeast infections have been seen in girls (and boys) as young as 10. Tell your mom (or trusted adult female) about what's going on; and do a little research. Perhaps type in your symptoms to Google. Though not life threatening, if a yeast infection isn't treated, it could get worse, or it could heal itself. And it is painful. Read up on yeast infections (via the provided links and research of your own) and talk to your mom or trusted adult female, and maybe see a doctor.

naimee answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 11:20 pm: Hey!
Do you get the feeling like you ALWAYS need to pee, too? Like, if you just peed and then you just stand up & you have to pee AGAIN. Well, if so - then you have an infection. It's nothing big, you just have to drink a lot of water because water runs right through your system & it will wash out the infection. If it continues for over 4 days or so, then I suggest going to the doctor, or go to the pharmacy & pick something up for burning urination. There is stuff you can get, but when I had it it just went away when I drank loads of water! Make sure you drink NOTHING except water!! [ naimee's advice column | Ask naimee A Question ]

Razhie answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 10:28 pm: Go see a doctor. There are a few things that could be wrong based on your discription, urinary tract infection, bladder infection, yeast infection... None of them are terribly serious, and can be solved with a few pills or creams, but you wont know untill you see a doctor, so hop on it, cause it most of those cases the pain will get worse the longer you leave it.
