Q: Who are your favorite short story authors? What are some of your favorite short stories? I have primarily read only novels, so I am interested in expanding my knowledge in regards to shorter fiction.

Q: Ok well I started school 2 days ago, and already I'm hating it. But not just because of the classes/teachers. I hate it because I don't have many friends in my classes. In 4 out of my 7 classes, there's only 2 ppl I like (my bf and this one girl). The problem is that all the teachers seat us alphabetical order, and my last name isn't close to my bf or friend. So, basically I'm sitting by people I'm not really friends with. I have known these people that i'm sitting with for a couple of years, and although i can talk to them, Im not really friends with them. They're ok people and all, it's just I feel left out and lonely sometimes.

My question is- what do I do? I mean, iv'e been trying to make friends with these people and it's not working. Help please!!!

when you are assigned something to do with the people your not used to try participating with the people and show how intrested you are to be with them and then i suggest you try to show off your areas of expertise and in no time you wont feel left out!

Q: I'm thirteen and I want my navel pierced. My Grandparents [who were really strict with my Mom and her sister], are even okay with it. Both of my parents say that I'm too young. But my Dad doesn't live with me, so my Mom can still say yes. I asked her why she wouldn't let me get it done and she said 1] that she thinks if I got that done I would want my nipples done or something crazy like that. 2] she thinks I would walk around with belly shirts or something. I told her I'm not a whore like that and that I wouldn't do either of those. And my question to you is do you think I'm too young? And what do you think I should do to convince my Mom?

yeah consider what your mom says it might be for the best because have you ever seen those shows where they show you how they pierce your body parts they will pull your skin of your stomach 6 inches and then pierce your navel

Q: Over the summer I lost a few pounds. I wasn't big before or anything I just kind of toned down. Well, a few guys have noticed and commented to me. My boyfriend gets really jealous when anyone (by one I mean guys. I don't know what to do about it. It isn't that big of a problem to where we need to break up but it upsets me when I see him like this. Today, I saw one of my really good guy friends that I didn't have a chance to see during the summer. We talked for a few min. and he asked me if I lost weight and I said yes and he told me that I looked great. My bf was standing with us and when my friend said what he said, my bf walked away. Does anyone have any idea what I can do/say to him? I'm 17 and he's 18 if that helps.

i think your bf is a little scared he'll loose you to someone better than him so i suggest you talk to him and tell him that you are not going to wnader off to some guy and that if he keeps acting like this that maybe you just might dump him

Q: Alright, my friend (literally) is too afraid to post this so I'm doing it for her. She said her boyfriend has fingered her about a week ago and her period had ended a day before that. She said two days ago when she was going to the bathroom she noticed she was bleeding a little on the toilet paper. Then yesterday she said when she was going to the bathroom it stung a little. She also said she doesn't want anyone to know about what happened between her and her boyfriend so she wants to know if a genecologist can tell. Any advice for my friend guys?

i suggest you go to the gynecologist just to play it safe but before you do wait a another day and/or find out if her bf has any std's she might have inherited them

Q: Well i heard that you can get shampoos that straighten your hair in the shower.. i just want one that will make my waves less wavy, because i doubt they have one that will make your hair completely straight, so if anyone knows of any good straightener shampoos, can you tell me?? Also tell me where you got it. thanks

i,m not the person the shampoo straightners but whatever answers you get i reccomend you to experiment with them and pick out wich works best and then i advise you to straighten your hair again with a hair straightener so that way you have your hair super strai. please rate

Q: Hey what would you get a guy for his sweet 16th? I haven't known him very long, only about 2 years, and we don't see each other very often, so it can't really be a memorable sort of thing. He likes basketball, and basically most sports. He listens to R&B and hip hop and that sorta stuff; his favourite shows are The OC, Will &Grace, 70s show, and Paradise Hotel. I'm thinking of getting him a CD or a gift certificate, what do you think? If it's a gift certificate, how much money should I put on it and it will be appropriate? And what store should I get? He wears like..Phat Farm, Rocawear, Timberland, Adidas, Nike, and you get my drift. Btw I live in Ontario Canada if that helps with the stores. i suggest you take him to the mall and have him look around like your "window shopping" and make it casual and go to all te stores he wants to go to and your stores of course and see wha he like and make mntal note to get it! please rate!

i used to use an iron to straighten my hair but that REALLY kills your hair....so now i use remington wet 2 straight hair straightener...it makes my hair puffy and frizzy...
does anyone know of shampoo that straightens your hair...or a GOOD hair straightener...
i just dont want frizzy hair...so just ANY hair products that doesnt make your hair frizzy...and makes it straighter...

i really reccomed you use conair it reall good! If thats not what your looking for i suggest you go to your hair cutting place or any and ask the profesionals which they reccomend.
