shutupnkissme98 answered Thursday August 18 2005, 2:51 pm: go for a run EVERYDAY and dont eat ANY junk food at all. eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water!also do sit-ups//push-ups//crunches everyday.you can probably lose 3 or close to 3 pounds in 10 days doing all that.o and dont drink any soda either.

(say you have jeans that are a size 3 and you wear a size 5) if you work hard enough sooner and sooner you will fit into those pants and you will have gone down two sizes. that goes for your dress too.

Days one and five- always eat healthy every day!
Wake up and do 100 situps.
Then eat a healthy breakfast like cereal, or yogurt or oatmeal with only water or some kind of 100% juice.
Take a walk-run for 30 minutes.
At night to a workout DVD like yoga or something on the fitness channel.
For lunch have something light like a sandwich.
For dinner have something healthy like pasta, rice or chicken with a side salad
Days two and six-
Wake up and do 50 lunges around the house... you bend on one leg alternating sides and skkep your back straight. L:unges tone your butts thighs and lower abs. The do 50 'girl' or regular pushups. Then do 30-50 situps
Sometime during the day get one to two hours or more of exercise like jogging, swimming or biking.
Days Three and Seven-
Wake up and do a workout or yoga DVD or the fitness channel workout. You may want to tape the workout if you feel it is working. Let me suggest Carribean workout or Gilad's workout thingie.
If you can go to a gym like the YMCA or just a local gym... but if not... jog, swim, bike etc. again.
Do more push ups lunges and situps after dinner.
For the remaining days repeat the workouts that worked best for u.

just excersize everyday...eat less...only 3 meals a day, make them healthy...dont starve yourslef, i mean, if you're hungry, eat...but dont OVER eat...
i would reccommend--
breakfast-juice - cereal - yogurt - fruit bowl
lunch-sandwich - sub - piece of pizza
dinner-steak/chicken - vegetable
also try to run or swim 4 outta the 10 days
oh yeah...and drink LOTS of water...it helps your skin AND lose weight...while you're running mostly...
sunnyville answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 11:00 pm: No it's not possible you may see diet pills but they lie about losing the weight that way so don't buy them because all they want to do is make money and you will result with nothing but plain pills that don't work.But I heard about fat burnig pills search for them,find the right one for you because there are some that work,others don't but remember in order to see results you must use it correctly.Or go running everyday for like half an hour or an hour which is better.Eat every three hours so your metabolism could break all the food you ate,for breakfast drink skim milk or drink it with cereal.For lunch eat chicken without the skin or fish or tuna fish with lowfat mayonnaise or brown rice.For dinner eat fruits and vegetables and drink at lot of water and no fruit juices because it builds up sugar which fat stores in your stomach.Do some push ups and situps to flatten your stomach.Good luck with your wedding! DO PALATES ( i dont know if i spelled it right ) but my mom gave me her videos and i did the ab workout ONCE and its like 20 minutes long and my stomach was looking thinner.. i dont weigh myself cause i dont see a purpose but like you get smaller doing it and i think if you try to do it like twice a day you'll loose 3 pounds im sure!! Good luck and let me konw if they worked out. But make sure you get the AB WORKOUT and not the rest of em since your working towards your abs. When you eat something else like meat you excercise and it doesnt make you gain or loose but when you eat veggies and excercise it makes you loose! -stay away from sugar...for instances you can loose 10pds in one week if you only eat whats in the fridge(apples,organes yogurt etc)
