only 3 pounds...thats VERY easy...i lost 5 pounds in 7 days once...
just excersize everyday...eat less...only 3 meals a day, make them healthy...dont starve yourslef, i mean, if you're hungry, eat...but dont OVER eat...
i would reccommend--
breakfast-juice - cereal - yogurt - fruit bowl
lunch-sandwich - sub - piece of pizza
dinner-steak/chicken - vegetable
also try to run or swim 4 outta the 10 days
oh yeah...and drink LOTS of water...it helps your skin AND lose weight...while you're running mostly...

ok...now this probably isnt being a good role model or whatever...but this is what i did
my mom was the same way...she was like NO WAY ! YOU CANT WEAR THOSE!!! ... sooooo alls you have to do is--go to the mall with your friends. buy one...or two or however many you want...put them in your purse (so if you're carrying a bag, you're mom wont ask whats in it) ... then when you get home, put them under all your other underwear...learn how to do your own laundry (if you dont know how already)
and buy the time you're 15 ... just tell her you're going to the mall to buy some...
you just cant let her find the thongs in the mean time
how old are you anyways?...kuz if you're like, 12 .. i wouldnt recommend this...13-thats when i did it ... and when my mom found out, she bought me some!! ... so mabe this will work out for the better!

Me and my bf have gone out for 6 yrs.
Well one day I started to get tired of seeing him 24/7
So I told him that and I think he thought we were breaking up.
I only wanted alittle alone time
A week later I saw him with another girl
and I asked him what was going on
but he told me we broke up so he moved on.
Now im really jealous and been trying to to tell my bf I never really wanted to breakup with him I just wanted alone time and he keeps saying thats considered breaking up.

he's moved on...obviously he didnt really wanna go out with you so he took the smallest excuse to get with another girl.
i say...find a new guy, look totally hott in front of your ex...and he'll want you back so bad!!!
but if you really want him back that bad, just tell him that you just wanted a few days alone, you never wanted to break up
if you were really in love, he'll understand and he should APOLOGIZE for getting with that girl so quickly after you "broke up"

Aight, which girl should I go with? Here are my options:
-Sort of preppy, very smart, I like her, she likes me as a friend
-Best friend's sister. Sort of tom-girl-ish
-Internet girl. 2 years older than me. I like her, she likes me. We share similar interests. Don't know what country she lives in. Haven't seen her in 2 months.

1st girl-if she likes you as a friend...i would say, stay friends. kuz when you break up, you may lose an awesome friendship (when girls say they dont wanna go out with you becauce it will ruin the freindship...its usually true)
2nd girl-i would say no kuz shes your BEST FRIEND'S sister...i've gone out with my best friend's cousin and my best freind got WICKED mad...so i would say, no...unless your really in love w/her...which i dont think you r kuz you didnt say that haha
3 rd girl-wait...now this doesnt make any sense. you dont know what country she lives in, but u havent seen her in 2 months?...so you've seen her, you just dont know where she lives...im gonna have to say no on this one kuz you dont even know where she lives!! haha
and the last one-if you guys are best friends, i would say no, since you've been friends since you were one year old.
now this is just MY opinion...it really all depends on who you like and what you're willing to give for one girl.

If yur on the 1st day of yur period, but yur flow is just normal, not heave and not light, can yu go swimming w/o a tampon? Like is there anything yu can use or do to go swimming w/o a tampon. ya you can go swimming w/out a tampon....unless it WICKED heavy...kuz that wouldnt be good!!
but yes you can go swimming without a tampon but RIGHT when you get out...you need to put one in or put a pad on or something...
its just like in the shower...your period stops when your in water...but when you get out, you better put one in or put a pad on!

My brother is away for the week and i'm normally allowed to stay up to 11 and my brother makes sure i go to bed. So i'm staying up later (a lot later) and i'm eating a lot at night. i'm afraid that i'm going to gain a lot of weight because i'm not going to be able to work it off. i don't want to throw it up because 1.that's just nasty 2.it's unhealthy 3.if i try it i might continue and become bulimic. could someone help me on what to do? ok i eat a lot at night and im afraid im going to gain weight too.
just keep yourself busy. talk on the phone. watch an interesting TV show. paint your nails. read a book/magazine...
its fine to eat. i love eating! haha...but right before i go to bed, i do about 100 sit-ups. or i run during the day. if your not that kind of person to work out, you could always go back to sleeping at 11...and then you'll be back to the way you were before.

yes it will change for a while.
it usually lasts from 5-8 days
you will get it early...you will get it late
just be ready for it...make excersizing part of your daily (or weekly) routine. it will help
but if it starts gettin extremely heavy for more than 3 days...tell your mom or your doctor. that happened to my friend. she had horrible cramps. BADDD pms and a really heavy period. she got pills and it helped so much.
so if your period gets heavier and heavier each time. just let someone know just so they're aware of it

-shower everyday
-change your pad/tampon every 4-6 hours
-scented pads are good
-you can spray perfume around your legs...but not UP your vagina kuz that could be bad
and you could also just be self consieous (sry i dont know how to spell that)
dont worry so much. people arnt gonna know its you first of all. and they wont make THAT big of a deal about it because it happens to a lot of girls.

okay well I start high school in about a week and I’m turning 16 pretty soon I don’t have my permit and I don’t have a job and I don’t have a cell phone which is the problem I really want one but my mom says I don’t need one I haven’t talked to my mom in 2 whole days I hate her for it I don’t want a job but if that’s what it takes for me to get a cell phone I’m getting one so does any one know any places that would hire a 15 year old girl because I really want a cell and that’s the only way I can get one but I don’t mean like babysitting I mean a real job please help and also do u think I’m being stupid about this like is having a cell phone that big of a deal? so please list thanks alot!!

-any fast food place. (mcdonalds, burger king, KFC, wendy's, etc)
-any grocery store...bagging food. pushing the carts. putting food on the shelves. (shaws, stop and shop, walgreens)
-umm a shelter...you can give food and water to the pets
-at a camp...i know summer is almost over. but you could work at a kids camp and take care of the kids...i know that might not be enough money for a cell phone. but it would be a start.
-just put an application in a bunch of places. even if you dont think you're old enough. because you never know
my friend used to work at mcdonalds...and he was 15...he just couldnt cook the fries
and he is working at shaws right now...im not sure what he does but he just turned 16 a few weeks ago

-theres a new pad and it doesnt make any noise
-u can go to the nurse and use it in her bathroom (if u have that kinda school...where the nurse has a bathroom in her office and she has pads and stuff)
-u can flush right before you open it
-you can start using tampons...i dont know how old you are but i started using them...SOO MUCH EASIER! but faster. better. cant even feel them....trust me, tampons r better
-dont even worry about it...all girls have their period and it might be awkward to let everyone know that you have your period but they wont make fun of you or anything
-you can also bring a girlfriend to the bathroom with you and have her pretend shes washing her hands while your changing your pad...me and my friends do that all the time! because its so silent in the bathroom and its kinda weird haha...so i know what your talking about

my friends keep trying to set me up with all these different guys all the time... but hello IM TAKEN!! i tell them that everytime but they wont listen to me. They say that it doesn't count because he lives so far away and i never see him. Theres this boy I've known like 6 years.. me and him just started messin around and he knows I care deeply for him ... aka like him. I love him.. but he doesnt know it, i guess. But we just had sex, and I sleep over his house sometimes and we cuddle kiss... and he kisses my forehead and tells me 'Goodnight beautiful' .. but when everyone else is around hes rude to me and he ignores me. He doesnt call me anymore, he doesnt even IM me much. But his friends all tell me he likes me, and right now I'm trying to ask him how he feels - and he wont friggen answer me! i would confront him about this...stop doing sexual things with him. and kind of avoid him...if he IMs you...talk 2 him...if he calls you, talk 2 him....but dont IM him, call him or ne thing...kinda play hard to get. and see if he still needs u...if he doesnt call you or ne thing...move on because you can obviously find someone better than him. but if he calls you or tries 2 talk 2 u...deffinetly talk to him and tell him ur feelings. if he really loves you, he'll understand and he will change for you
