Teza answered Saturday August 13 2005, 12:25 pm: I`m not gonna label my self or anyone but I wear preppy clothes. Some people just like to be comftrable in what looks good.. I dont belive in labels but its just the styles that give you the name. I dont belive in a thing called gothic.. I think its a sad exuse for wanting attention and scareing people away from them.. they are not always depressing people. I guess there are other styles like vintage! Thats very in right now. If you're a jock-type guy, try wearing baggy pants, your jersey, or anything else that says "Yeah, whatever. I don't care." If you're a transvestite, wear pink skirts. If you're any other kind of guy, just wear whatever you please. That's what I do.
If you're a girl, then may I suggest the pink frilly clothes for the cheerleader, they basketball shorts for the tomgirl, and whatever you want for anyone else. Hope I helped! [ Dakmor's advice column | Ask Dakmor A Question ]
FunnyCide answered Saturday August 13 2005, 9:39 am: Hello,
Well, I suppose you could ask. :-) Alot of people wear what is "in stle." According to national polls, the "style" for this fall are : printed skirts, tight layered camisoles, open toe/open heeled sandals (with a heel), etc. If you don't like printed skirts, or tight layered camisoles - DONT WEAR THEM. I don't. Ugh. *shudders* In fact, the last time I wore a skirt was in April to a semi-formal dance. :-D Some people, including myself, prefer looser clothes. Boyshorts, T-shirts, loose pants, Converses etc. Alot of the time, people who wear that type of clothes ^^ are considered "punk" or "gothic", but in all honesty, a "punk" is a hoodlum, and "gothic" is a style of arches and a period in history. Go look it up. I'm right. I know, because I looked it up. There are the "emo" people who dress in black and wear dark makeup, perhaps chains or spikes, and cry alot... this too, is a lie. If you like black, and you like spiked jewelry - wear it (if it's okay with your mom) - don't let stereotypes get in your way. Honestly, stereotypes are opinions anyway. I don't like how alot of girls dress, in tight clothes and skimpy shirts, but if they like it, more power to them. See?
