My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

okay i have decided that my new puppy's name is going to be elle. but i don't have her yet, and i am just wondering what i need to have the day that she comes home? like does she need a lot of toys or just a few? please be really specific about everything i'll need. thank you so much!

She wont need a lot of toys just a few and make sure they arnt hard. Get her some soft ones she can chew on because her teeth will be growing and its just better for puppies. Make sure you get her a doggy bed, food dish, water dish, puppy food. Get a leash but dont put it on her. Let her get used to your family first. Also get a little gate so she knows where she can and cannot go. Newspaper.. so she doesnt poop or pee on the carpet or anything!! X0`

i'm turning sixteen on friday(the thirteenth!) and i don't even have a party or anything planned. i don't know what to do or even when to have it. also, i'm a gymnast so i dunno if i should invite both my gym friends and my school frinds or not. i just need some fun ideas of what i could do for my party. nothing gross tho. thx. i rate!

My butt, is practically gone. I've lost alot of weight, yay for me! but my butt has gone with all my weight.
I don't want my butt back because ''guys like big butts'' I want it back because it's soo bony now and I can't find any good jeans and it's uncomfortable to sit on hard chairs because of the bones, this sounds weird I know but seriously.
Does anyone know any excersizes to get a bigger butt without putting weight on?

You really cant get a butt back without gaining weight. You should exersise and workout on your abs and legs and stuff. As you get older your butt will grow dont worry about it. Sorry if not much help! X0`

My friends Beth and Kristen,well there good friends we all are. But When ever i share a memory with beth on the phone[[we all call on 3way]] Kristen talks over me to share a memory i havent expreicened,Kristen makes it so people dont like me as well. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and I just had my period. I usually have it for 4 or 5 days but I only had it for 3 this time. The first two days it was very heavy. I had to change my tampon (regular absorbancy) every hour. Thats a lot for me but still it was only heavy like that for 2 days .. Im really nervous. Uhm.. well you had your period so Im guessing that you are'nt prgnant. If you were pregnant you wouldnt of even gotten your period you know that right? Periods are irregular all the time so its fine if you are heavy. If you think you are pregnant still go take a pregnancy test and next time you have sex... use a condom. You just got lucky this time. Why wouldnt he like you! You seem really nice and sweet. Dont think its pathetic because it isnt at all. See, you cant expect the guy to like you as a girlfriend and thers really nothing you can do about that. I know that it might hurt you a little but thats just how it is. Im not saying he doesnt like you but you will never know exacly the truth unless you talk to him about that. Why are you saying he wont even like you as a friend? Why wouldnt he? how do you get over a broken heart?

Thats a good question and I wish everyone knew how. You really cant get over a broken heart that fast. As much as you want to you really cant. The best and easiest way is try to meet a new person. Go out with your friends and just have fun. It will keep your mind off this person and when you meet someone else you will be happy. You will find someone else so dont worry about it! X0`

Aw Dave =[ I know that you really love her but you never know if she still loves you. But I know that at first break-ups are hard at first but as time goes.. you will get over her. I think if you really wanted a boyfriend that bad then just go out and look for one. Thers a lot of guys out there its just you havent found your type yet but you will. My brother set Mozilla Firefox to be the default internet program (I hope I'm phrasing that right). Whenever I click on a link, it pops up in Mozilla Firefox. I just don't like it because I'm too used to Internet Explorer. How do I change it back to Internet Explorer again? Thank you.

Dont change it. I have Mozilla too and its way better then Internet Explorer. That one is slower and it will freeze easier. X0`
