okay i have decided that my new puppy's name is going to be elle. but i don't have her yet, and i am just wondering what i need to have the day that she comes home? like does she need a lot of toys or just a few? please be really specific about everything i'll need. thank you so much!
Teza answered Sunday May 8 2005, 5:57 pm: She wont need a lot of toys just a few and make sure they arnt hard. Get her some soft ones she can chew on because her teeth will be growing and its just better for puppies. Make sure you get her a doggy bed, food dish, water dish, puppy food. Get a leash but dont put it on her. Let her get used to your family first. Also get a little gate so she knows where she can and cannot go. Newspaper.. so she doesnt poop or pee on the carpet or anything!! X0` [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]

xXxpinky615xXx answered Sunday May 8 2005, 4:00 pm: A few toys (Not really hard ones, soft ones because she's still going to be teething), food bowl, puppy food, doggy bed, lots of newspapers for all around the house incase she has an accident. Make sure your shoes are put away so she doesn't eat them, vaccume/sweep/and or mop all floors so there's nothing for her to eat. A doggie crate, dog collar/leash, blanket for her. Make sure you watch her at all times, she could start chewing on the furniture or anything that's on the floor. Keep chocolate away from her.
