Your growth will change throughout your life time. Your boobs on the other hand, can grow from pregnancy, or shrink from weight lost, but no medication or 'excersize' can phsyically make them grow.

Milk just makes your bones strong, no good to your boobs. But if you're desperate, just gain weight. Boobs are just pockets of fat, so the more weight you gain, the fatty (bigger) your boobs will be.

Around the ages of 18-20 is when you stop growing, height wise and boob wise. No, milk won't help them grow. Milk only makes your bones stronger.
