the dissapearing butt!

eek! haha, sorry for the weird title.
My butt, is practically gone. I've lost alot of weight, yay for me! but my butt has gone with all my weight.
I don't want my butt back because ''guys like big butts'' I want it back because it's soo bony now and I can't find any good jeans and it's uncomfortable to sit on hard chairs because of the bones, this sounds weird I know but seriously.
Does anyone know any excersizes to get a bigger butt without putting weight on?

gain a little weight back. you'll be more evened out, have a few curves, yet maintaining your fitness.

I went though the same thing. I lost a lot of weight recently and I know exactly what you're talking about. It's hard to find jeans that fit right and fit in the butt area, and you need to sit on a pillow or sweatshirt or something at all times!

I haven't gained weight, but I've been exercising to get some toning so I'm not just skinny and with the building muscle in my butt, I find it's becoming more comfortable to sit down.

Also, you may gain weight from exercising, but you'll be smaller. Muscle weighs more than fat. In a few months if you go up a pound from exercising your butt, that just means it's working. Unless you know you gained weight from clothing, but muscle weight comes on slowly.

Anyway, I think the best exercise for butts is to stand up and sit down without a chair, then repeat. It helps your thighs too. Also, putting small objects on the floor, and picking them up one at a time while lifting one leg up and switching sides each time I go down is working.

This is getting kind of long, so I'll leave you with a link to some exercises. If you need more, I have several magazines and if you need more, stop by my advice column, I'll share some more exercises from my Shape magazines and from my million exercise DVDs that I like a lot.

i kno what to do. get the june edition of the magazine "seventeen". in the center of the book there is three pages about how to make your butt look perkier. i tried it, and my butt is booty-licious! Plus, my perky butt isn't the only perky thing around here!!! HAHAHA just kidding about that. but it truely does work it was invented by Radu, Brittany Gastino's trainer.

You really cant get a butt back without gaining weight. You should exersise and workout on your abs and legs and stuff. As you get older your butt will grow dont worry about it. Sorry if not much help! X0`

i think you should like eat protein and just exercise your abs not your butt and to tone it put all fours on the floor [dog position] and then swing one leg up about 3 reps of 10 on each leg.. hope i helped!

You cant get a butt without gaining weight, trust me, If you gain weight it doesnt look bad if you have a butt so your options are gain weight and have a butt or stay the same and dont have a butt!! plus to that is that you get to go shopping!!! ~~peace~~
