I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

I have 15 tattoos, and 8 piercings. I'm married and just gave birth to a baby boy in May. I'm currently a SAHM so you can find me taking care of my son and binge-watching television while he naps.

Last Tuesday, I went in for testing. I went in for testing because at cheerleading practice, I fell on my knee and it wouldn't stop bleeding for over an hour. And it didn't need stitches either. So the doctor in the ER had someone to come and test me and my results came back in today...I have lukeimia.
I didn't think of saying anything last week or this week until now because I was pretty sure that nothing was wrong with me. I guessed wrong.
I'm scared. Seriously, what is the survival rate. I don't want to die, and I don't want this cancer, I don't want any cancer. I don't want any illness. I swear to myself that God hates me and he just wants me to die. I hate this.
For the next month, I will have to go for more testing, and in Mayish, I will more than likely start chemo therapy.
I don't know what to do. Shit like this always happend your senior year. Next year, I will be a senior, and I know that this lukeimia will stop me from playing volleyball and cheerleading and dance.
I need help...I don't know. I'm just scared.

I know things may seem tough right now, but God does NOT hate you. He hates no one. He hates the sin, but not the sinner. Remember that. And darling, you've done nothing wrong, and nothing to deserve this, so don't think that you did.

Many people just are unlucky. I have mental disorders like OCD and Paranoia. I also suffer from Clinical Depression, Bi Polar, and ADHD. And there's a high chance of me having diabetes & heart diseases. There's a high chance I might have asthma and not know it.

Just don't worry. Just be happy that they've caught it, and that they're going to do something about it. It's still early & they can still save you. Just have faith, and live everyday like you've never lived before. I'll keep you in my thoughts, good luck.

ok-i have a major problem... i like this guy, but i think he likes my friend!!! my friend thinks that ge is weird- but w/e- sarcasim solves all her probs... so anywayz... how should i figure out if he likes me? should i ask a friend of his or what?

You couild always ask a friend yes, but you should get to know him first, if you don't already. If you're not his friend yet, befriend him & get to talking. Try to spend some time together & maybe things will click.

Aww, I know how you feel sometimes. It seems like most guys just go for your body/looks rather than your personality.

If you like him, smile at him or say hi. Start talking to him gradually, & let him see what a nice girl you are. Once he sees you have a great personality, you may be able to pull him in. But guys also like confidence. No guy wants to be with a girl that calls herself fat, ugly & stupid.

Long story short, things have gone sour with a guy over the past year or so. I want to get him back, although it was a majority of his fault that we are this way today.
The reason I want to get back with him is because I don't/can't seem to like anyone else as much as I liked him. I've been with other guys since him, but I stopped it (for the guy's sake and my own) because I really wasn't into it.

I know that there is still something there. I can see it in his eyes. A question, that he wants to ask me. No, I'm not hallucinating, I can tell. The way he immediately looks to the floor whenever I pass him, or when he thinks I'm not looking, he looks back at me.

What...can I do? I'm pretty sure he's still into me, deep inside. He's available. And no longer are there the obstacles that kept us apart last year.

I don't have any classes with him, though.

Should I start by trying to give him a simple smile?

If you like this guy, and you think he's still interested, then start talking to him again. Talk all of your old problems out so you can start fresh & new. Smile at him and say hi. And then try & call him or IM him online.

My stomach almost makes me look pregnate when I'm not sucking it in, which is weird, because I used to do 100 curlups a night. I've got a four pack if I suck my stomach in, but I always feel fat and disgusting.

Is this normal? How should I adjust my weight? (should I gain, lose, or maintain?)

I don't think you're fat at all. I actually think you're a good weight, but losing 5 lbs wouldn't help. Don't lose anything more than though because it would be dangerous to your health.

But in order to lose that 5 lbs, drink lots of water & cut junk food off. Eat healthy & keep exercising. Instead of saying you USED to do 100 curlups, get back to it. =) Good luck.

14/f;I've got this friend, im naming her "ashley", well i've known her since kindergarten. And she & i have been fighting a lot lately, bcuz we've changed and stuff.well i found she talks about me behind my back a little bit. well she wrote me a letter telling me that i dont care about our friendship and that we are no longer friends. Well she cries about it a lot and sometimes she cuts herself.her and my b/f dont get a long, so it makes it hard for me to spend time with them;plus i have a job. wut do i do? cuz she can b really really bitchy and mean, but then again i love her to death!but shes threatend to stop being my friend before... & shes trying to make me choose between her & my b/f.
point is wut she i do just stop being friends with her?Or try to work things out?

I would try to work things out.

When you're not working, make time for your boyfriend, and make time for Ashley. That way, you can do everything you'd like to do, and no one will be jumping down your throat about it.

In the mean time, get her some help for her cutting because that's not a safe or healthy thing for her to do, and she might end up taking it too far.

Try not to fight with her though. I know she can be mean & bitchy, but you just need to stick it out. But confront her about it also. Although you're her friend, you don't have to take her shit.

If you don't wanna do anything with this kid, make sure you tell him that NOW. If he likes you back, he'll respect your choice, and if he doesn't respect you, knee him.

As for your friend Maria, ask her why the hell she's still with her boyfriend if all he does is cheat on her? And she knows, but she doesn't do anything about it? That makes no sense to me at all.

I suggest trying out for cheerleading. You'll make new friends if you do or don't make it. If you don't make it, become friends with the other girls who didn't make it either. And don't be completely bummed about it. Cheerleading & popularity isn't everything.

If you do make it, you'll make great friends with your squad. =) And you won't have to worry about being friends with the girls who getting cheated on & do nothing about it, and the girls who are a little out there. Good luck!

Ok so my mom doesn't let me date. She's a really tough women and if I ask her she'll hit me or get really angry so I don't ask her if I can date. But I have a boyfriend and today I went to the movies with my best friends and my mom got mad, she likes to keep me and my sister whoose 17 locked in the house. So I haven't seened my boyfriend for about 3 weeks and I was planning to go see him tomorow so what can I tell my mom so she can let me hang out? Ask him to go the the mall, and ask your mom to go to the mall. Tell her you're bring a girlfriend along [I would suggest doing that so she knows you're telling the truth], and that you won't be out for a long time.

I realize your mother won't let you do things, but you should also try & obey her rules. Is she a single parent? If so, maybe one of her significant others caused her heartache & grief & she's trying to protect you from it as well. Talk to her about it calmly. If you try & put up a fight, or if you get hotheaded about it, then she's not gonna listen to your ideas & what you have to say.

is it ok to swim with contacts in ?

I'd have to say it would be. But I would swim with goggles so that the chlorine doesn't do anything to your contacts, but you should be safe enough without them. Just make sure you clean them thoroughly when done swimming.

I'm going to try & interpret this as best as I can. If it isn't exactly the meaning, my apologies.

I believe it means that there are two masks a person can wear. One where they can fool another [fake smile, fake happiness], and the mask where they face reality & come to their senses.

I think that's what it means, but I'm not exactly sure. I hope I helped you.

I grew up in a Catholic family and always hated going to church. Stand up, sit down, stand up, sit down, kneel, stand up sit down. So boring and predictable.

Then I quite going to church for many years. I then tried some Christian church that was HUGE. They played music the whole time, which was alright. The sermon was OK to, but being raised a Catholic I wasn't comfortable with holding my hands up in the air and all these ministries and expectations.

I'm totally turned off by the conservative George Bush right wing religion thing to. I don't want to preach and I hate having people preaching AT me.

What are my options? Buddhism? Jewish?

There are a ton of religions you can follow. You can be Jewish, Islamic, Buddhist, Hinduist, Wiccan, Athiest, Agnostic, and so much more.

I don't know much about the Jewish religion except that they go to temple, and believe in God. They go by the Old Tesaments rather than the new. And that's about it.

Islamic people go to mosque & make certain journeys throughout their life to pray. It's an okay religion, but I personally would not follow it. Nothing to do with the people, but it just isn't my thing.

Buddhists believe in Nirvana, and Siddharta Gutamma's[sp?]; also known as Buddha; teachings. They eliminate desire because they believe in leads to suffering, and that it's what makes people have pain throughout their life. Meditation is also a part of the faith.

Hinduists have a heirarchy of people. What you're born into is what you are. They believe in 3 MAIN Gods [although there are alot of Gods]. As far as I know; Shiva is the destroyer, Brahma is the creator, and Vishnu is the preserver. In order, they should be Brahma, Vishnu & then Shiva. They also believe in karma which everyone defines as "What goes around comes around." I think that this is a good religion mainly because of the way they are & how calm it is.

Wiccans are people who do witchcraft for the sake of good; not evil like they were thought to. Some people have done it for the wrong reasons, but mostly for right. Basically, you can do a spell for basically anything, but I believe there are certain things you cannot interfere with as they are apart of nature & you should let them run their course as planned.

Athiests believe in nothing. No hell, no miracles, no God, no heaven, nothing. Absolutely nothing. This can be good because they have nothing to worry about, like that they're not pleasing someone, or sinning constantly. I follow this religion, but the only thing I believe in are ghosts. So, I guess you could say I'm not a full Athiest.

As far as Agnostics go, I know that they believe in a God, but not fall under any one religion.

Ok well this one kid that i like, and he likes me asked me to the movies ( to go last weekend).

1. We don't talk to much b/c i'm a freshmen and hes a junior so we dont' see eachother to much. And we only talk on aol and hes only on aol like once a week.

well he asked me to the movies (last week) and that never happened b/c we never talked to make plans after that.

WEll then i talked to him Sunday and i was like we whould go to the movies this weekend ( b/c we didn't get to last weekend) and he was like yeah we should. And he was like hows friday? and i was like yeah thats good.
But then we kinda stopped talking about that.
So now is Wednesday night and he hasn't talked to me after that, therefore havn't made plans.
So tomorrow is that last day we could pretty much make plans.

It just pisses me off. he says that he really likes me and stuff, but never talks to me. He always tells my friend to say things to me but never just talks to ME.
URGH this sucks all makes me upset. and idk why
should i be freaking out over nothing? and what are some ways i could talk to him at school.

Talk to him about it. I realize he's a junior, but when you see him, talk to him. Don't give him a reason to ignore you. Say something to him when you see him.

Tell him to meet you at the movies at a certain time, and then go about it. Give him your number if he doesn't already have it. Call him, or have him call you so plans can be made.

But don't get mad at him automatically, yeah he isn't making an effort to go through with the plans, but he might be busy & not have time to go on AOL but once a week.

ok so heres the deal. at 8 pm, i take a shower and let it air dry. at 10, i straighten it and it takes about 15-20 minutes because i have a really good straightener even though i have the tightest curls ever. i straighten my hair at night because in the mornings (before school) i dont have enough time to straighten my hair. i go to sleep with my bangs clipped back and i dont ponytail it because i get this crease in the mornings. when i wake up, its like half wavy but i dont mind because it only takes 5 minutes to fix that. the problem is, my hair ends up smelling funny (like i didnt wash it or something) and its kinda greasy. its probably from when i sweat while i sleep--my question is--what can i do to eliminate this odor, i take showers daily and i am a very clean person but i hate this smell in the mornings after i straighten my hair!

I put body spray in my hair sometimes to make it smell extra good. Sounds weird, but it works.

You follow them, have dreams of having sex with them more than once, have dreams of marrying them.

Basically, that would be considered kinda stalkerish if you didn't know who they were.
