is it ok to swim with contacts in ?

yes. but you have to either wear goggles or dont open your eyes underwater because otherwise they will fall out.

yeah, i swim in mine all the time. but, here's something to consider... depending on what kind of contacts you have. mine are disposable, and i take them out and get a new pair once a week. so if mine get ruined, it's not a big deal. but if you have the kind of contacts that you keep for a really long time, just be careful. don't open your eyes underwater and they shouldn't come out.

Yep, you'll be fine. Just stating the obvious here, but don't open your eyes underwater. I don't think there's anything else you need to know. But also, if you jump or anything into the water, make sure your eyes are closed tight.

Pretty sure its saying no, because the chlorine could ruin them. So if anything, wear goggles.

I'd have to say it would be. But I would swim with goggles so that the chlorine doesn't do anything to your contacts, but you should be safe enough without them. Just make sure you clean them thoroughly when done swimming.
