any1 know any low cal sugar substitutes-- for those sugar cravings

anytime you want sugar in or on something put splenda on it.

Well, you could start with making things (baked goods, ect) with low calarie substitutes, like Splenda.
Some snacks I really like are:
Fruit snacks, low sugar Hershey's products, Kudos, Popsicles, and home made cookies. =)

Splenda or Sweet N Low are sugar subsitutes.
If thats what your looking for i would go with Splenda.

Hershey's chocolate has a line of no sugar and/or reduced sugar.

Check out that site. Even know it has no sugar, since you're eating chocolate, trick your mind to think that there IS sugar in it. Believe me, it works.

You can get these in the candy aisle.

I know that Hershey's makes candy for diabetics with less sugar. You can find it in the candy aisle.
