The right thing to do would be to tell her, and I would tell you to let her down easy but its hard for anyone to tell someone that they need to back off. So try avoiding her, maybe try and latch her off of you and onto someone else. I know that sounds bad and cruel but it can work. You don't want to ditch her, but just make other plans with people before she comes around and asks if you can hang out. Try going the oppisite direction when you see her in school. But don't amake it obvious because she'd be really hurt and like "wtf" if she knows your avoiding her and stuff. You should tell her how you feel, but maybe untill you get the courage try doing those things. Don't treat her badly, because just put yourself in her shoes and see how you would feel if that happened to yuo. Hope this helped =)

I think its just weird too. Sometimes it depends on your mood or when you wake up. If you are really sad then you should probalby look moopy and bags under you eyes. If your happier, your smile and cheerful vibe mnakes you look spunkier and better. Then if you wake up early or later, that matters too. Cuase when you have big eyes and racoon circles by your eyes your not going to look as good as you do when you get up at a good time and look well rested.

im 14 years old and im a female. i play alot of sports.. so my legs are kindof big.. i mean.. i knw its muscle but somtimes i just look in the mirror and think its fat. and like... some guys have said im fat before and it makes me wanna cry. i hate picking out jeans because my legs are really skinny and i see all these little petite girls picking out size zeros or twos. im like a size 5... i hate my legs. and im so self consious... what should i do?

Im no sports trainer, and I dont know how to loose weigh in particular spots. Someone I know ran alot and she got tiny. Her legs were so much thinner and she fit into smaller jeans, and the jeans she had were baggy on her. I heard from another person that lifting weights makes your mucles bigger, but running makes you loose wiegh. So maybe go on the tredmil if you have one, for 20 miuntes a day. Jog 10 miuntes, walk 5, jog another 5. What ever you perfer. By the way, some girls would kill for thy musles like you have i bet. Hope this helped

17/M Right now, I feel about 20lbs overweight. Everytime I look down all I see is a giant mass of stomach and I've been desperately trying to get rid of it. I've managed to get it down a tiny bit but I feel like all my efforts are going to waste. I dont have a car so I walk EVERWHERE, I eat enough to sustain my daily energy intake and I work out. Maybe you should really look and see if you are doing something that iritates them. If they arn't going to ask you to hang out, maybe you need to ask them. They might not call you, but do you call them? I know you should never change for people, but sometimes you change for the better and for a good reason. I would change if I really really needed to for my friends. But if or before you do try and act different make sure they are serious about how they feel for your attitude and not just pissed at you for some reason and using that excuse to cover it up. I'm NOT telling you that its all your fault or you need to change cause that might not be the case, sometime girls just act queer and bitchy. I hope this helped.

Okay so last monday me and some friends were hanging out. And the boy I so happen to have a crush on was there but he has a girlfriend. Okay well we were flirting A LOT. He still thinks about it, I bet. Espically if he still stares at you too. Maybe he thinks of it as much as you, maybe more... but he does think about it. Maybe you should give it a little time to heal before you go in on an open wound, if you understand what i mean. Sometimes time heals things and you just need to let that be. I would give it a little time, then try and talk to him. Maybe if you catch him looking at you, give him a little smile. Or just tell him how you feel (thats never easy though) and how you'd like to be atleast friends again. I hope this helped

this upcoming friday i'm going to a private gymnastics lesson, is there anything i should know in advance? i'm learning my backhand spring cause i need it for cheerleading next year.

i can't do a split right now so any advice on getting one quick; like by april? and toe touches?

for the back walkover, any easy ways to walk over? i can do a bridge but i can't quite walk over yet. i don't know why not cause i feel confident lol

You probably won't get a flipflop (backhandspring) in one lesson. But go home and work on them with a friend who can do one and knows what they are doing. My sister taugh me alot more then any tumbling place did about cheerleading.


Keep stretching. My mom was a ballerina and she told me she can still do the splits if she stretches it out for a few days. Just keep stretching and you will become more flexible.


Like with back walk overs, theres no easy way, you just hve to keep working on it. Tumbling doesn't come easy to some people so thats why you need to stretch and practice at home. Do brigdes and hold them for 20-30 seconds or more. Make sure your doing them the right way. Like I said, get a friend who knows how to tumble or someone you can hang out with to help you out.

is there any way you can target one area on your body to lose weight? like, say your face?

is doing crunches the best way to give you a flat stomach? if so, how long and what do you need to do to get a nice toned stomach?

1. My mother, other advicenators, and people I know say that baking soda works. Baking soda or baking soda and salt.. I dont think it matters? Or whitening gum, or Crest Gel Affects. I reccomd the baking soda (fyi: its not harmful to swallow, but don't go swallowing it for fun). Just after you finsihed brushing your teeth, put some baking soda on your brush and srub your teeth.


2. I dont think so. There might be, but from things Ive heard over and over again.. "You can't loose fat in one place" was one of them. If your looking to loose weigh, try jogging everyday. My sister did and she got tiny. Its not going to drop pounds in a snap, but if you do it everyday im sure after some amount of time you will see results.


3. Crunches are good. Anything is good for your stomach, like snap v's (were you lay on your back and bring your legs and top half togther in a V shape) cause we did them all the time at cheerleading to help us get muscular. I hear excersizing on a excersize ball is helpful too. When you do throwdowns (when your laying on your back, someone stands over you and pushes your legs down and you have to let them not hit the ground) they are pretty cool and fun to do, by yourself or not. Again, Im not sure how long you need to do these to get toned, but if you wanted to stay toned you would do these everyday, maybe when you wake up then like when your watching tv before you sleep do a few.

Hey for people who have braces (or you got one before), can you tell me if you had more cuts on the top teeth or the bottom teeth? Because I just got my braces on my bottom tetth and the teeth are tinier then the top so it's so hard to brush and I can't even move my mouth around so I'm hoping I don't get cuts from them or else I'd be in deep trouble..

I'm not sure if this is what you were asking, but if you get alot of cuts on your lips (I dont have braces but I have something else to prepair for braces and there are metal brackets on the side of my mouth) you should try wax. I'm sure your orthodontist has some. You just put it over your braces or whichever part is cuting your lips. It feels alot nicer and it should be good untill your less sore from geting braces. You probably will soon. Even if you don't, you will evenutally. I bet it will come soon. If your dischange gets bad and smells then just wear thin pantyliner. And if you have cramps take like Midol or some other cramp relieving pain. They work really well.

But they will fit you if you get like XS at Pink or American Eagle. If you just get one, you'll eventually get over you fear. Its not that bad, theres always a first for everything. People don't really look at you werid when your picking them out most people arnt like "omg" cause I bet a large amount of the girls have thongs too. And the cashiers dont act mean or imbarassing about it either. If you really dont want your parents to see them, just wash them yourself with a big amount of other clothes and just ask your mom to show you how to work the washer so you'll know how too.

I know this sounds really weird, but my makeup smells really bad! Its powder. Ive had it sine maybe November. But, it smells like eggs..whats wrong?!

Ick, one of my coverups smells bad too. I think its really old? Maybe its just the aging that kind ofmake it smell like that. I'd say buy a new one if you hate the smell, or when you put it on, try puting on a lotion for your face that doesn't smell bad (note: not all lotions/creams are for your face so watch out). Or just spray some purfume over yourself to try and cover up the egg sent.

You have to keep just stretching everyday. My mom was a ballerina and she said thats what you do to get the splits. Just stretch for them everyday. Go into the split position and stretch as far down as you can go (without wanting to cry haha or feeling like your legs are going to pop out) then hold it for a few seconds. Stretch out other ways too, like touching your toes, doing the splits the other way, sitting in a V with your legs apart, etc. If your not flexiable it will take longer then someone who is. It should hurt at first some because your muscles arnt used to being stretched there as much, but after you keep doing it alot your muscles should be familar with it. Hope this helped
