im 14 years old and im a female. i play alot of sports.. so my legs are kindof big.. i mean.. i knw its muscle but somtimes i just look in the mirror and think its fat. and like... some guys have said im fat before and it makes me wanna cry. i hate picking out jeans because my legs are really skinny and i see all these little petite girls picking out size zeros or twos. im like a size 5... i hate my legs. and im so self consious... what should i do?

Someone I know ran alot and she got tiny. Her legs were so much thinner and she fit into smaller jeans, and the jeans she had were baggy on her. I heard from another person that lifting weights makes your mucles bigger, but running makes you loose wiegh. So maybe go on the tredmil if you have one, for 20 miuntes a day. Jog 10 miuntes, walk 5, jog another 5. What ever you perfer. By the way, some girls would kill for thy musles like you have i bet. Hope this helped
