I want to lose stomach fat

17/M Right now, I feel about 20lbs overweight. Everytime I look down all I see is a giant mass of stomach and I've been desperately trying to get rid of it. I've managed to get it down a tiny bit but I feel like all my efforts are going to waste. I dont have a car so I walk EVERWHERE, I eat enough to sustain my daily energy intake and I work out. Is there a certain way I should be exercizing or something else that I may not be doing? I drink milk quite a bit, could that be it? Please respond. Thank you.

ok you should diet and get to the weight you want to before excersizing because when you gain muscle its harder to lose weight. have you tried going on weight watchers or smartones...if you have you might want to go to your doctor and work out a diet plan(i know people who have did that just explain your situation) that would be best for you because every body's body is diffrent.

These sites I think are good. Im sure you can get your stomach down if you keep working on it. I know you want results quick and I'd love that too, but unfortunatly its not how it works. Those sites might help more and explain better then me.

actually drinking ONE glass of milk a day is supposed to make you lose weight but go for fat free or skim milk! it's not about giving up what you eat but about changing it to make it healthier. like don't put cheese on salads and try a lighter dressing. or skim milk with whole grain cereal. crunches are amazing at getting rid of stomach fat so try that. start at 20 and gradually start making it to 30 to 40 crunches a day. running will also help keep the weight off. and try not to drink sodas and things. try water EVERTIME you're thirsty.
