17/M Right now, I feel about 20lbs overweight. Everytime I look down all I see is a giant mass of stomach and I've been desperately trying to get rid of it. I've managed to get it down a tiny bit but I feel like all my efforts are going to waste. I dont have a car so I walk EVERWHERE, I eat enough to sustain my daily energy intake and I work out. Is there a certain way I should be exercizing or something else that I may not be doing? I drink milk quite a bit, could that be it? Please respond. Thank you.
These sites I think are good. Im sure you can get your stomach down if you keep working on it. I know you want results quick and I'd love that too, but unfortunatly its not how it works. Those sites might help more and explain better then me. [ bLue_in_tHe_faCe's advice column | Ask bLue_in_tHe_faCe A Question ]
