both are pretty dangerous. if you deprive your body of food for a long period of time, you start to get sick at the site of food and your stomach will actually try and eat your insides because it's desperately looking for nutrients. with bulimia, it erodes your teeth and makes you completely sick because of all your stomach acids.

bangs should never look awkward so your hair's telling you that you need a haircut. try hairspraying your hair first and then straigtening your hair. but when you straighten the bangs, try to straighten it all to one side.

I skipped school with this boy i really liked but my mom was always on my cas eand if she had just given me a little breathing room i wouldn't have done it but i did. And, i feel punishment was justifiable but do you thin that it is fair that he can't take me to my senior prom and he is the only reason that i want to go? I asked her if i could go by myself and she said no. Than at the last minute she got mad at me because i din't go to my prom and said that i should drive myself but why does she have to lie so much even though if i would have known that i could drive myself i would have came up with a plan so we could go together. i understand your mother's concerns about you and the boy. she probably is just afraid since you skipped school with him that you guys are gonna go off and get into more trouble together. my mom's always on my ass too but you know she means well. but in this case about the whole not allowed to go to prom thing and stuff, she's wrong. a prom is a once in a lifetime thing and she didn't let you have that.

EVERYONE's wearing flats now (including myself, haha) their just easy to slip on and are amazingly cute. spring and summer are good for those. for fall, try wedges because they're simple but can really add style to any outfit. for winter, try journey's, they have cute boots there that aren't uggs and they don't cost like, 289350253 dollars.

17/M Right now, I feel about 20lbs overweight. Everytime I look down all I see is a giant mass of stomach and I've been desperately trying to get rid of it. I've managed to get it down a tiny bit but I feel like all my efforts are going to waste. I dont have a car so I walk EVERWHERE, I eat enough to sustain my daily energy intake and I work out. Is there a certain way I should be exercizing or something else that I may not be doing? I drink milk quite a bit, could that be it? Please respond. Thank you. (link)

actually drinking ONE glass of milk a day is supposed to make you lose weight but go for fat free or skim milk! it's not about giving up what you eat but about changing it to make it healthier. like don't put cheese on salads and try a lighter dressing. or skim milk with whole grain cereal. crunches are amazing at getting rid of stomach fat so try that. start at 20 and gradually start making it to 30 to 40 crunches a day. running will also help keep the weight off. and try not to drink sodas and things. try water EVERTIME you're thirsty.

put your shyness aside and be there for her. sit her down and explain to her that it's not her fault. people with correct state of minds are able to move on with their lives, it's just a normal characteristic in people. we forgive and forget. the boyfriend did this upon himself and no one should blame your cousin for HIS actions. he was just too weak to go on with life. tell your cousin she's stronger than anyone. tell her that whatever her exboyfriend's parents say are bogus. they should be more mature about this and not blame your cousin for their son's actions. i hope i helped and i'm deeply sorry about the situation.

guys hate sluts so try not to wear a miniskirt because that'll give them the 'i want more than making out' message. and you'll be dancing and usually miniskirts ride up on you! if you're going to wear one though, try putting leggings under it, you still look amazing but you don't give out the wrong message. it'll be pretty hot in there from all that dancing so try layering tank tops with a necklace or two. try shopping at gadzooks, wet seal, body central. they have cute things to wear to clubs and stuff.

actually, if you get a mascara that has a lengthener(white) and a volumizer(black) in one tube, it clumps less. also if you put on some powder foundation in between coats of mascara. it sounds weird but it does the trick.

pushing your cuticles just makes your nails looks healthier and cleaner. NEVER cut your cuticals, it'll make them gross and weird looking. and you can tell when you need to push them again.
