My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

My friend is mad at me for a dumb reason and she says she does not want to be my friend but I know shes lying, because she has done this before. What can I do to so her I want to be her friend?

my dad broke my coller bone da ova day but he says it was an accident which it was. but now when we have an argument he will say he break something else of mine but i dont know if hes joking cause he looks seriouse ive told my mom and she says hes just joking but she ent der when he says it because he dont say it round her. what should i do is he joking or what can any one help.

my parents divorsed when i was 3, my dad got remaried about 2 years ago with out asking me or even telling me about it, or her. i hate her and my dad knows but doesnt care how do i get rid of her!?!

Sorry to say but theres nothing you can do. Your dad loves her and you want him to be happy right? Stay out of it. She doesnt have to be in your life only your dad does so dont push him away. ♥

Okay i have this really big jealously problem... i mean i don't get jealous but when people try to make me jealous i get REALLY REALLY MAD!! i dont' know why i get that way... but okay here's the story

On my class trip i liked this guy and i didn't like him anymore lets call him Billy well billy i think liked me and he sat by this girl lets call her nina well on the way back home nina and billy were sitting really reallly close and billy had his arm around her... nina is just like a slut and lets guys do whatever they want .. well i was sitting on the floor and he kept on looking at me to see if i saw what he was doing!!! it got me so mad!! i moved up to the front and started like yelling to my friends and telling them i was going to f****** kill him (haha i know a little out of hand) but i guess my question is .. is there a certain way why i get that way? or do i need some anger management!!!! lol

My prom is June 27th and Im not really a good dancer I dont really know how to dance but I would like to know how or atleast be somewhat decent for my prom so besides taking classes and asking my friends to teach me what can i do to learn how to dance?

There is really no way you can learn how to dance! When you slow dance with a guy make sure you put your hand around his neck and just move slowly. Besides that just go with the music. Also see how other people are dancing and try some of their moves. Have fun! ♥

Okay, I have 3 best friends, Jenna, Kayla, and Mandy. Kayla's hair was straight but she got a perm and it seems like she thinks shes better then everyone else because she has straight hair and boys like her. We just moved from Oregon to California and we have all this winter clothes. I think we are haivng a garage sale next week. The problem is, I don't know how to price my items! They may be used, but they are in excellent condition. We have many different brands from gap to abercrombie to bcbg! How should I price my clothes??-I paid good money for it!

For the Abercrombie stuff maybe 15 or 10. Make sure you just make it a little less then the acual price. ♥

i have this project to do and it says that i have to create a timeline of WWII also the holocaust but it also says be creative. i have all the information but i need a creatine way of making a time line for that period of time

Eather make it really colorful or you could do this. Put it in tea or cofee and just leave it for a while! Before that make it really rinkly. Then when the paper is dry put it over the stove or a lighter. Not so it can burn all the way but just for it to have some little burn spots. ♥

Basically, here's the deal. Long and complicated, unfortunately -- and if it matters, I'm 18 and F.

* My two best friends, who I'll call A and B, have been fighting for years. After some stuff went on with B's mom, who A's always hated, B decided she had enough and broke off the friendship.

* I've told them both that, even if they stopped being friends, I was going to stay friends with both of them. A, however, will not have any of it. Every time we talk, she has to tell me that B will end up stabbing me in the back and isn't my real friend (not to mention she hates all of our mutual friends). B, for the record, doesn't understand why I'm still friends with A, but is okay with it.

* This has made my friendships with both of them pretty crappy. I've stopped hanging out with B so much just to shut A up, even though B and I are really close. This isn't enough for A, she wants me to hate B as much as she does, and it's about to drive me nuts.

* They can't make up, because A still wants to be friends with B (god knows why if she hates her so much) -- either that or she wants B to admit she's ruined A's life (which isn't true, IMHO). B doesn't want to be friends, and she doesn't want to apologize for everything A's accusing her of (some of it's true, most of it isn't).

* A takes all of this out on me and doesn't seem to care how I feel about it. This really pisses me off, and I've told her and tried to explain myself a zillion times, but it never seems to work.

So, I'm at my wit's end, and I have no idea what to do about any of this anymore. Anyone got an idea?

Friend A is being totally unfair and in ways B is to. Stay out of it tho. Tell them if they dont stop arguing that you wont hang out with eather for a while. Also when you hang out with eather tell them not to talk about the other. If they do just leave! Make them shut up because they are making things way worse. They need to make up and figure out why they are really fighting and you need to help them! ♥

I have big and boring dark brown eyes..I don't like them at all..I want to enhance them in some way. What should I do..and what colors should I use? Also..how do you acheieve "soft/shy/pretty" eyes?

To make your eyes stand out you should eather use black or dark brown eyeliner. For eyeshadow you should use, golds,tans,dark browns, light purples, and also the really popular smokey eye!! ♥

hey, i just had surgery on my hand and now i need to wear this splint for a month. the thing is that it doesnt protect my fingers. does anyone know a way to prevent my fingers from getting hit and broken? thanks a bunch!

Theres nothing that you can do exept be way more careful. Trust me breaking your finger isnt easy so you really have not much to worry about. ♥

Ok well 3 years ago i was at my beach house and my dad told me i had a half sister, Elisabeth. He said that she was coming down to visit and like the rest of the family wanted to meet her, like EVERYONE in my family was there. So she came, and she was sooo beautiful and we saw eachother and ran and hugged ^_^ We were so happy knowing we had a sister cause our whole lives we wanted one! so she saw ALL of the family and was upset, she thought it was going to be just me and my dad *big surprise for her* so then we switched aim adresses and numbers and we still talk, but she never talks to my dad anymore and dosent want a relationship with him now cause he was bugging her to go to college. This year she's enrolling but i dont get to see her- at all.. all cause of my dad *whom i live with* and she dosent even know my mom, so it's hard for us to even BE sisters. Does anyone know what i can do to cope with this Fued?!?! Thanx a bunch, i'll rate REALLY, REALLY high for good advice *tear* ... thanx!

You need to talk to your sister and ask why she is acting like that. She has to know that things cant always end up perfectly. She wont end up like you and your dad so tell her not to worry about it. You, your dad and sister should all go out to dinner and try to see each other more. ♥
