shes trying to make him look stupid...
Theres this kid who i am friends with and well hes really ugly (not trying to sound mean) and no one would ever like him like that. Well and hes kind of a loser and this girl he likes is kind of snobby and popular.. And her friend is setting him up so he looks like a fool. Her friend is telling him that she likes him and that she wood say yes if he asked her out. What should i do so he doesnt get crushed?

Tell him whats going on. Yeah he'll feel bad but maybe he can at least beat them at there own game. If you don't say anything he'll look like a fool AND know that all his friends knew and didn't say anything. THAT will really make him feel low. :)

you need to be honest with him and tell him straight up that the girl is lying. the truth may hurt him buthe needs to know. he will also thank you for telling him later on in his life if not right after you give him the info
