Hey well senior year can be a great experience, and sad one at that too for many people. You just have to learn to view the glass as half full rather than half empty. I know it's scary to think about leaving a place you'vek known all your life, people you're so accostomed to being around daily, a general schedule to abide by and all that, but you really need to look at this as a great oppurtunity for you. Sure, you have a right to be sad for leaving what you've always known and all your friends, but at the same time, change has to take place eventually and now is that time. The way you are feeling is natural. Make the best of the time you have left with everyone. Take lots of pictures. Write in a journal about the experiences. Prepare yourself for goodbyes. Be silly, do something out of the ordinary for you. Seize the day. Once it's time to go, take the experiences you have learned from your friends and your background and bring them with you into your future. They'll like kind of serve as a guide for you. You are going to be just fine..think about all the new people and memories you will make. Good luck. :)

ok so i have this boyfreind...and i love him with all my heart, weve been on and off for about a year now. Ive been in love with him since the first day he asked me out.I love everything about him, but theres one thing that he just started doing that really bugs me. Ok he's your average 17 year old honry teen...but he like talks about it a lot. Well, I think the fact that you have lasted a year says a lot. Obviously y'all have something that seems to be working for you. I think the best thing to do in this situation, hard as it may be, or uncomfortable for you, just try talking to your boyfriend about all of this. Tell him exactly what you stated above. Let him know how you are feeling. To talk like that sometimes is okay, but all the time isn't right. If he knows how you feel about this and he stops, then great. If you talk to him and he doesn't change, then he obviously doesn't respect you. Just communicate and you'll be fine! :)

ok there is this guy name josh and we went out over the summer then broke up a day before school started. I still like him. we havent tlaked in a while but the other day we did a little bit. Okay, this is a common occurance with exes at your age. Yeah, I think that there is a good chance that Josh may very well still be interested in you/have feelings for you. Now, with that said I think that at your age, Josh may just like a whole lot of girls and you are going to like a whole lot of boys also. You may like him still, and he may like you, but you need to respect the fact that he has a girlfriend. So, don't do anything to hurt anyone. If he really likes you and wants things to work out, he'll end things with the girlfriend he has now and give things with you another chance. This may take some time though, so be patient. Also, if you really want to show him that you are interested you can make SMALL flirty comments to him. Nothing major though. And what about this Murphy guy, why not give him a chance. You are young, shop around, explore your options! But yeah, in short, the guy still may have feelings for you and you should just play it cool and be yourself with a touch of more flirtyness added into the mix. Good luck! :)

I am ALWAYS craving sugar! This wouldn't be so bad, but I have braces now and have to stop eating it :S I tried eating small amounts but it is still messing up my teeth so I have to stop almost entirely. But I'm so weak, lol, and always eat food with a high sugar content! How can I stop, or at least lessen, the cravings and eat less sugar? I don't like fruit so please don't suggest that :) (link)

Well, I don't think that you are alone at all. We all love sweets and sugary stuff. It's good that you have desire to eat healthier and to be more cautious. Now, you need to actually do just that. Try setting a goal and only allow yourself to have a certain amount of sweet stuff in moderation. Go to the grocey store with yuor family and pick out some healthier foods to snack on. Ask you friends to support you also and to watch out for you. Another thing, try using an artificial sweetner like Splenda. It's the safest and healthest and best tasting out of artificial sweetners. Replace that instead of using regular sugar. Reward yourself in other ways when you do well. And discipline yourself when you eat too much of it. Just think about all the negative effects. This is kind of a stage/phase though. Also, think about how horrible yours STRAIGHT teeth will look if they are all rotten from sugar! Eventually, you'll get so sick of it! Good luck. :)

Okay, well I can totally relate. I have tons of friends but I wouldn't say really one best friend that I can turn tp when I am down. But that's okay! For a few reasons. I turn to my mom. My mom is like my best friend. She is always there for me, I can trust her, and we may fight sometimes, and she may not agree with or like all the things I do, but hey isn't that how it is with all best friends? Maybe your mom could be your best friend, or your dad or a sibling. If you aren't that close iwth anyone in your family try getting to know your GOOD friends even better. Be there for them. Be their best friend. Listen to them, help them. That way, they will want to do the same i nreturn for you. Make sure it is someone that you know you can trust. Don't go slpilling your whole life story to just anyone, but maybe start off with little things and work up to the big things. If you're not he type of person that likes to depend on other people, try writing in a diary or journal, or praying. God or whomever you may believe in is always there and listening. Don't be worried or anything. Lots of girls have different lengths of time thta their period lasts. I know someone whose period is only for a day and it's really light too. That's what you call LUCKY! There are some girls that have to menstrate for 9 days with a heavy flow! Yikes! If you just recently started having regular period, it is possible that the lenth may change. But there's nothing to be alarmed about! :)

In short, no there is nothing wrong with this fact and yes it is normal. Girls have their periods at all different ages. If you don't get your period by the age of 17 then you have something to worry about. Until then, just be glad you don't have to deal with all that mess! You're time will come soon enough. Some indicators that your period maybe coming: you may start getting som discharge, or clear substance in your panties and you may start to have some cramps. But no, it's not a bad thing! :)

You can get DDR at pretty much any games store. Like: GameStop,GameCrazy. Usually pklaces like that are around town, in malls, or connected to video stores. The game will cost you abut 30-40 dollars but can range depending on if they ar having a sale or any rebates or things like that. Shop around. A lot of gamers stores carry both new nad used games (like that people trade in) If you by a used one it's going to be cheaper than the retail price. :)

Aww, that's so cute. I love hearing about guys in love with girls!! Okay, now for the adivce. Breaking a girl's heart is never a good thing to do; actually breaking anyone's heart-guy or girl is never a good thing or fun for any party involved. They can take a long time to get over. To mend a broken heart there needs to be a suffient amount of time, and effort put forth. You need to ask yourself if this girl means enough to you that you are willing to put in those two elements. You also have to be both very dedicated and determined. Another thing that is a must have-patience. You can't rush her into anything you need to show her that you respect her enough to go at her pace. She'll appreciate that sooner or later. As for my opinion, I am all about giving people second chances, heck even more than second chances. We are all human and we all make mistakes. If my feelings for you were strong enough and I felt like you were deserving of a second chance, then yeah I would give it to you. I would however be very skeptical and take things very slowly only for the fact that I would want to ensure that things would go the right way this time and I wasn't going to end up with another broken heart. It would take a loonng time in my opinion for things to go back to the way they once were. But I am kind of in the same situation you are in. If the guy I like still liked me like I like him and wanted to try again, I'd do it. Because I see hope in him, and I have faith in him. And like it or not, I love him and always will. I think you should go for it and persue things with this girl. Show her that you are interested and willing to change for her. Good luck and best wishes. :)

Hey. Well, the easier answer to this would be to lay on your stomach instead...but if not..this actually happens to a lot of girls. It can be frustrating, I know, but it's something you just have to deal with. You may not like my suggestion, but it's effective. You need to line your undies with 2 maxi pads one placed more towards the front and the other slightly over lapping it towards the back. Then take several (like 8) pantiliners and place them everywhere in your undies where you normally leak through at. I know it will suck and feel like you are wearing a diaper, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. Like for instance, if you flow is heaviest towards the back and that is where you are leaking through, place the pantyliners all over overlapping and really fat back and on the sides and the front. That's the best I can tell you, it may sound crummy, but it works! :)

Hey there. Well you didn't really ask the right person. I don't really know too too much experience wise about sex. A lot of my friends aren't virgins and they say that it does hurt the first time but not that badly. It really depends on how loose you are and just how big he is. If you use tampons that helps a bit too. It is also often that the first time you have sex you may bleed. This is due to the fact that it can break your hynmen. It may or may not break the first time. It varies from girl to girl. The important thing here to focus on is not the fact that you are concerned as to whether or not it will hurt you. The main concern should be the fact that you are having premartal sex. Which is fine, tons of people do it, and that's your choice to make. All I can say is,make sure that you are really really sure about this and understand all the possible outcomes of you having sex at a young age. For example: the condom could break, you could contract an STD, etc. Sex changes a relationship dramatically. You must be sure that both parties involved are absolutely without ANY doubts ready to do it. If there's any doubts you're obviously not ready. When you love someone, sex is going to be great no matter how you do it. Because it's more thanjust sex, it's making love. So keep that in mind. Aww, that is so cute. I love hearing about friends that turn into more. I say you should totally date this guy like seriously. I mean the worst thing that's going to happen is that you're moving. If you are still together during that time y'all can talk about doing a long distance relationship. They can totally work if both parties are willing to put forth the needed effort.
