Ok, well, i've been looking around advicenators and stuff. I noticed all these kids between ages 13-15 are so damn caught up on sx and shit. Well, for you to know, I'm 13, and in my town people are so layed back. It's a really small town. I know almost like everyone in the middle school which are ages 12-15. No, one does any of that shit. They all think it's stupid at this age. You never have to worry about having sex at the right time and when. Everyone is like a virgin in my school. I was really confused and distirbed about this......do you think 13-15 is to young to be having sex or not? I'm so confused. Is there something in my town that we're not getting?

hey i am a girl and i am totally freaking over my braces i am going to be getting i don't know what colors to get and all of my friends tell me it hurts when they tighten them does it really hurt?

yeah,it does hurt, but uit is so worth it! your teeth look so good when they are done! and yah it hurts. but make sure that you brush you teeth alot or else you'll have spots, and when you first get them on it tastes funny, and you cant eat solid foods. I took advil, and it was easier, but i mean i couldnt chew gum.
Sorry that they hurt but, it worth it!!

So this is my first year at this new school and I came here looking forward to a whole new future and being able to restart witha clean slate and nobody knowing who you were or what you were like. Okay I am a female an I am 15 yrs old. I have always been rather skinny but I moved over a yr ago and since I moved I have gained a few pounds. I am still rather skinny, but now I have hips and I dont like it. I am about 5'6-5'7 and I way about 130lbs. My stomach is flat, and I have long legs, its just my hips. I am not comfortable with my body right now.I try and do sit ups and I walk and run alot but it doesnt seem to be helping much. Just watch what you eat, you sound like you look fine! and i think maybe becuase you moved you were sad, and thats howsome you gained a few pounds! you sound like your doing great! working out! but dont expect instant results! you may just have a curvy body! BE PROUD OF YOUR CURVES!!

I just got my period in July sometime and i use pads but i have her people say that tampons are so much better and LESS MESSY. but i am SOOOOO afraid to use one because just the thought sickins me. I'm asking people from experience....does it hurt the 1ST time.

I can put a tampon in just fine, it just hurts *really* bad whenever I pull it out, is it maybe because I let it get too full before I changed it? Please help!
Uh, is it full, because sometimes they may not be full, and then since its dry inside and the tampon is dry, maybe thats why! use a smaller absorbancy! and wear a maxi with it! dont change it as often {having the maxi on will help if it leaks. just dont leave it in over 8hours!

I went out with this guy (we'll call him Tim) for a few weeks but then we broke up. Now, a year later, Tim is one of my best friends. Well, he does what most people do, he's on the rebound, and he goes to the first person that he can find, its normal, and you're just 13, and i know how bad this stuff can hurt! it brings a tun of tears! and you cant stand to see his face or her face or their names! and you ahve violent feelings! its all normal.it was the same for me! He'll come around! and he'll see that it was his mistake that he left you! and that your a great girl! and its mean to go with someone that he knows u dont like, but maybe he didnt know what else to do, and maybe he is really hurt too, and that was all he could think of to do, because maybe hes mad with you and hurt too. well, Your still young, and trust me, everyone, including me, goes through that at one point in their life or another, and well, to say the least, it not worth it. I mean I have had an amazing boyfriend for over 10months, and I didnt have to change myself to get him to like me, he likes me for me. and you shouldnt have to change yourself to have friends or to have a guy like you, when your at that age, guys are wierd like that, but when you get older and your a sophmore or older, then the guys arnt that bad, but as for now, they're just wierd. I'm sorry if this is a little long...
There are three of us, me and my two friends that I'm going to call Keri and Amber.
The last few months Keri and Amber always are partners with each other for everything and leave me out, they never wait for me, and then always ignore me in many of the classes we have together. I took half an hour to tell Kari how I felt about it on the phone last night and today Amber came up to me and asked me why I was mad at them. I got really angry because I spent half an hour explaining why I was upset, and then she says to only remembers half of it, and I started yelling at her, because it doesn't seem like she cares about how I feel.
My question is what should I do about it, and am I overracting about it?

wow, ive had problems like that before, well, its just this thing when they are together they are just gonna be like that, and they dont want anyone else, and they are probably gonna stay that way, i dont know what to tell you, because my reltaionship with my friends like that hit rock bottom, you could explain to both of them how you feel, and/ or go to a school councler, or have them go with you to a school councler, and then everyone can talk fair and express their own feelings

Obviously I have to find out that stuff without her knowing. Does anyone have any ideas of what I should do to get this information?
yah! ask a teacher that she talk to alot, talk to them! talk to your school principal, they may not give you the info, but they may nominate the teacher for you! because that info IS confidential, so just ask her friend type teachers or your counciler or principal
