I can put a tampon in just fine, it just hurts *really* bad whenever I pull it out, is it maybe because I let it get too full before I changed it? Please help!
loochalo answered Tuesday December 28 2004, 7:06 pm: you probally need to switch to a smaller tampon or just leave it in longer.... its not full enough, when its full then is just slides out really really easily! hope i helped! [ loochalo's advice column | Ask loochalo A Question ]
Shopaholic answered Saturday December 18 2004, 11:21 pm: If it hurts that bad then just use pads. If you think its too full when you change it then just carry some pads/tampons with you. Try changing it every hour or so and see how it works.
Here to help!

kittyluvr1826 answered Monday December 13 2004, 4:03 pm: Actually, you need to leave it in longer. that used to happen to me. once it is full, it will slide out very smoothly and not hurt at all. but if this still doesn't work, i would talk to your mom or a doctor, because you might have some kind of infection

babydoll69 answered Saturday December 11 2004, 1:03 pm: that is exactly what happened to me at first. It feels really horrible. I think its just because i get a bit tense. just relax and it should be ok. you will get used to it after a while xx :-) [ babydoll69's advice column | Ask babydoll69 A Question ]
Shaylee answered Wednesday December 8 2004, 2:07 am: Nope the absolute opposite, it wasn't full enough so when you went to pull it out it didn't want to come out so it hurt. Trust me when it is full it practically slips out with the slightest tug, what you need to do is switch to a lower absorbancy or leave it in for longer [ Shaylee's advice column | Ask Shaylee A Question ]
3rdgrader0mance answered Saturday December 4 2004, 9:09 pm: That's normal....you'll get used to it. As long as it doesn't hurt when you put it in...you'll be fine! If it does hurt when you put it in, it shouldn't. Try a different angle, and you'll come to find that tampons are a gift from God!<3

OcherryfaerieO answered Saturday December 4 2004, 7:52 pm: i know what you mean. I've heard that when ever a tampon is too full of 'ick' it will hurt comming out, and if it is really dry then it will hurt as well. so just make sure it's not too full or too dry b4 u take it out. hope this helps!
Kels answered Saturday December 4 2004, 11:49 am: Uh, is it full, because sometimes they may not be full, and then since its dry inside and the tampon is dry, maybe thats why! use a smaller absorbancy! and wear a maxi with it! dont change it as often {having the maxi on will help if it leaks. just dont leave it in over 8hours!
GOOD LUCK!
If you need more help post on my page and I'll get back to you!

blondebombshell33 answered Friday December 3 2004, 11:39 pm: hEy hUn! well its most likley because your using a tampon with too high of an absorbency... use the tampon that corresponds with your flow... usually in the first couple of days is heavier and then gets lighter as the days go on. your also supposed to put a tampon in the same position you put it in... try junior/light/normal tampons if your not in the "super absorbency" mode! hope i helped ya bAbe!
