well i have a problem... every one at school makes fun of me cuz i have like absoulutely no!!! boobs. i cant do anything about it but everyone makes fun of me like its my fault. i have no clue what to do. and the main reason why i have no boobs is because i havent had my period and its not like i can control that either! not alot you can do hun apart from wearing a padded bar!! lol
You could do thoses 'bust exercises, aparently they help a bit...
Put one arm ontop of the other in front of ure boobs, so ure hands are touching the opposite elbows. Clench ure fists and pull ure arms back sticking ure chest ourwards. then repeat three times and then straighten ure arms when you pull them back on the forth time.
Do this as much as you can - the more you do it the bigger they will get!!

It souly depends on how relaxed you are. My first time didnt hurt one bit, i loved it! - but i guess that was because i did it with my boyfriend who i really truely love - If i did it with just anybody i doubt i would have enjoyed it. I find it wierd how after your first propper kiss your all like 'O MY GOD!!!' But once youve had sex you dont feel any different - although its so much more of a bigger deal.

ok well what you can do is book an appointment to go to the doctors on your own - they will not tell your mum. They keep it all very confidential. If you want to be put on the pill they will most probably let you (even if you are underage) but what they will say is about 'hiding the pills from your mum'. If you dont want to tell her they will also recomend getting an injection every 12 weeks instead or an implant (a little stick like thing which is put in the inside of you arm, you cant see it and you can have it for up to 3 years)They both work as well as the pill.

i have a really big problem. Ive been talking to this kid for about 3 weeks but only been dating him for 3 days. I lost my virginty to him last week and i think he has a anger problem and he makes me cry alot. he gets mad over little stuff, like if i look at him and stuff. and he barley talks to me when i see him and he doesnt say goodbye all the time. he never wants to be near me it feels like. we havent done anything together in a couple of days but weve also havent been alone really. i love him so much and he treats me like shit. And my bestest friend in the whole world who i always hang out with and he always goes to her house along with her boyfriend. but shes been hanging around this other girl whos older and is a pothead and turned my friend back into a pothead. now my best friend lies to me, ignores my calls, rides in cars with all theses boys. never has anytime for me and shes always with that girl and i dont like her and neither does my bffl's boyfriend or mine dont like her. and shes trying to make my best friend hate her boyfriend and tells her that hes treating her like trash and stuff. i have nothing. my boyfriend doesnt feel the same way as i do. i can tell when i look at him. and now i dont have my bffl. i dont know what im gonna do. ive thought about talking to my boyfriend and tell him the truth, that i cry myself to sleep every night and that everynight i sit in the dark with a blade across my wrist looking for a good enough reason to do it but then i always think... maybe things will get better maybe hell change. but i dont think they well. im thinking of giving up. my school grades are all fs im probably gonna stay back, my boyfriend treats me like shit and i love him so much and now i dont have my bffl. i dont know what to do. plz help (link)

Well the first thing is dont do anything stupid please. Look it seems like ure boyfiend is a total idiot - i really dnt think you shound be with him. Even if you love him, he has to treat you right and he obviously doesnt.
And with your best friend. when you get a chance i rekon you should sit down with her and tell her everything. You could even show her what you have written on here. If she is a true friend she would understand how you feel.
and with your school work, just dont give up - you have to do your best otherwise life is going to be so hard (moneywise) in a few years time when you leave school.
you seem like a really sensible girl and I really hope everything goes ok, and please please please dont do anything stupid.

how can i make time to change my tampon at school? i never have time in between classes, and i dont like to leave the class w/ my purse b/c everbody would know. i usually don't put stuff in mypurse b/c all my friends go through it. i usually ut stuff in my lunch box, and change during lunch. can any of u give me advice on how to manage it?

well tampons can stay in for up to 8 hours. usually i put one in just before i go to school and then take it out as soon as i get home, use a bigger size (one ure sure you wont leek)i hate doing it at school too!! xxx

theres an instruction leaflet that will tell you what to do lol, i doubt your doing it wrong thoe. You just really have to relax when you do it, i know its hard but do it slowly and start with a small one. it will hurt a bit but think about it, the hole is big enough to have a baby, so it will go up, like i sed - jst relax!!! xxxxx :-)

look you really do have to sit down and talk to him about it, you say he said he respects you so if you tell him you are not ready he sould be ok with that. If he keeps trying to do stuff ater you have talked to him i rekon you should ditch him - i know you have been with him a long time, and that he says he loves and respects you but if he does not love you enough to listen to you he really isnt worth it.

Ok, I have blue-ish eyes with green around my pupil. I have tan skin. School is starting soon and I wanna make my eyes stand out. Like when I'm walking down the hall, I want people to turn around and be like "Who's that girl". What kinds of colors of eye makeup such as eye shadow, mascara, and eyeliner should I use. i would get a kind of goldy bronze, shimmery colour eyeshadow, (to kinda match ure skin), a brown one, and a greeny,blue one (to match your eyes). Then a green or blue liquid eyeliner, a brown pencil eyeliner and a brown mascara.
Put the brown eyeshadow in the crease in your lid. then blend than in with the green, which you put underneath it and the goldy bronze which you put above the brown.
Blend the colours in but not too much so u cant see the different colours then apply a thin line of green eyeliner to the top of your eye (if it's too thick wait for it to dry and then blend it in witha bit of green eyeshadow.
Then put a line of brown eyeliner underneath, then put the brown mascara on. (you dont need anything darker, otherwise it will look a bit OTT for school!!
