Q: okae. so this might get long + sorry if it is. but here we go. on Fri. my school had a dance.and the guy i like , joey was there. me and him went out back in oct. he broke up with me. well i got really depressed at our dance. and when lips of an angel (our song) came on i started crying. and i then said i was gonna throw up my food. but i didnt. but today being a stupid idiot i am told my best friend i did. when i would never be bolemic (sp?) - aka throw up my food. how should i tell her i was lieing. or should i just pretend to overcome my "eating disorderr?"

You have to options:
Tell her the truth. THat you were really upset and you weren't really thinking. Tell her you hope she will forgive you anf forget abuot it. It has been hard for you.

Or tell her that you think you cried to much you threw up. It has happened to me before.. I cried so much and so hard I threw up. Make sure its clear you are not beliemic.

Q: kay so heres the deal ahaha:
i got my first peroid feb..16th i think
today is march 10. i should be getting it today.
i didnt.
i know that the first period are weird and what ev. but like will mine be normal? like not skipping and stuff like maybe i'll get it tomarrow? or like will i be getting it in a month or something..?

and like okay lets say you get your period for the first time like me. and then it skips for a long time or something.. will i still start to get boobs in that time period cuz right now im flat.. and i want something. haha. =] thanks

I first got my period last february(like in 2006) and I didn't get it again until April. For about a year, your period will be irregular. You might not get in one month or you could get it (example) July 20 and then August 31. It's crazy like that. One time it may be really light and only last four days. The next time can be heavier and latst 7 days. It's just how it goes.
Your boobs will still grow and they will grow more then before you got your period.
Basically, you couldget your period tomorrow, next week, or next month. Just be prepared and you will be fine!

hey. last year i liked this guy but i didn't know him that well. i was going to talk to him & get to know him but my friend started bothering him all of the time because everyone told me he liked me even tho we never really talked. some things he did starting to make me think he might like me but i didnt want to get my hopes up. anyway.. my friend would ask him about me everyday even when i told her to stop..some of his answeres would be good but i just wanted to talk to him myself..after that i was too embarassed. she even wrote him a note pretending to b me and said i liked him..i still like this guy but it was pretty obvious he never liked me back. im still not over him..i still see him everyday and even tho i dont have any classes with him, its hard. please help ♥

It's hard to control how you feel- believe me i know. And bottom line, sometimes it's great, other times, it sucks.

The first think you need to do is talk to your friend. Sit her down and tell her that you are thankful that you have her as a friend who is willing to help and you really appreciate. But this is something you need to do on your own and if you do need help with it, you know you have her to turn to. (that is what friends are for anyways)
*You can add "You have tried helping before but I don't think it's working and Ishould deal with it on my own."
If she tries to get into it, then you need to not be as mice and just say that you do not need her help and she is making it worse. (you should only have to ask once anyway)

As for the guy. well, guys are confusing like really confusing. Write him a note, or text him, IM his whatever and say that your friend got a little to involved and you hope everything can be ok between you too and it would be great if he could try and forget what ever your friend did/said.

I am what my teacher calls me "a go-getter". Which is really true. When I want something I go after it, even if it means bending a rule a little. Basically what I am saying is, keep going after him. He might start to like you now that you friend isn't involved. Maybe try to get a group a friends to go out and then talk to him more. Or even just talk to him online.. that's what I did and now this guy and are are really close friends!

If you want to get over him though, try and find a different guy, I think that usually works. But it seems like you want him more then letting go.

It is completly normal to have discharge. Usually when you have alot, you are going to get your period pretty soon. I would suggest wearing a panty liner or a really really light pad to make it feel more comfortable.

Q: Hey, I really need Ideas for dance. I have to make up a 16-8 count dance between four people for a choreography grade in my class. Our theme is Hip-hop and I am an alright dancer. I really dont know any good dance moves and music to dance to. We also want to add a step dance to our performance. We need music where it glides smoothly into another song, like - walk it out, snap yo fingers, this is why im hot, ya know some good songs that are popular. If ANYONE has any GOOD ideas on what I can do that would be great! This dance is due in the begining of Feburary.

Here are a few ways:

1)Tucking your jeans into them.
2)With a skirt.
3)Wearing the leggings under a skirt and then the uggs. (you can let some skin show below the leggings)
4)I have seen people rolling up their jeans to right above the uggs.

Yes they do. But if you are planning on buying them- they are extremely hard to find this season because they are the newest and most popular. I know a friend who had to go 17 stores to find them (no joke). You might be able to find them on the website though.

I am just going to say 10 and 11 is wayyy young. Most 10 and 11 year olds don't even think/consider having sex. If I found out my 11 year old cousin and her bf had sex I would die. You are clearly not ready and that's what you need to tell him. You can use your age as an excuse even, just say, I think we are too young and if someone found out (PARENTS!) then we would both get in hugeeeee troble.

Just please don't do it because there might be stuff about sex that you guys don't know about.

Q: I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you.

This site has helped me alot. And I have got comments back saying how I helped others. I come on here for topic ideas for my english class, halloween outfits, even recipes for christmas and I have always been answered perfectly. Sometimes I can't talk to anyone about some things when I really need help. I can come here and the great thing is alot of people know where I am coming from and understand me. I think this is a great site that should be recomended. I don't think you fully understand the purpose of this site...

Hey! I used Pantene Pro-V and I noticed my hair got alot thicker when I was using it. It does say it makes your hair 30% thicker. It worked for me!

I would only go for them if I wanted to go out with them. Your parents will prob. be the problem. You can tell them though, I am mature enough for a boyfreind and I really like him. I have had freinds who went behind their parents back and never told them she had a b/f. But that is your decision, I will admit, I have done it too! You should always give second chances. So try it again and if things are getting really sucky, then end it. If Max is getting to obsessive, and you don't like it, end it as soon as you can and as kindly as you can. Just tell him that you can't have a b/f right now or something. I usually say, I really need to focus on school right now or something.

Bottom line, give it another try only if you like him. If things start to go really down hill, end it.

Q: Am I the only one alive who thinks it's terrible that kids (13-16) are having sex? I'm only 18, but when I was 13, I was riding my bike and doing karate, not giving blowjobs on the school bus. No, you most definitly aren't. I here about kids in my school having sex when they are 12 and I am shocked. It is disgusting. I don't get why they want to take a risk of throwing their life away. That sane exact thing happened to me when I first got my period. So yes, most likely you did get your period. Don't be scared cause it happens to every girl. It's growing up. Just tell your mom about it and she will know what to do. :]

I love angels and paris blues. I like paris blues more because they are sooooo comfortable. I also have this one pair of LEIs that are really comfortablea and fit well. I am unbelievebly strict about my jeans, they have to fit exactly how I like them, and angels and paris blues do. I bought mine at Kohls, but I think they are at TJmaxx or Marshalls too!
