TRy jogging, bicycle Riding, sit ups and cRunches; those will do WONDERS foR you!!! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!! **TO TONE YOUR ARMS: take two dum bells [whiceveR weight woRks foR you.. even if 3 pounds]. Put one in each aRm, and stand up stRaight with youR feet shouldeR-width apaRt. BRing the dum bells up to youR chest with youR elbows folded out [like TaRzan pounding his chest-soRt of motion, ya know?] Then at a MEDIUM speed... extend youR aRms out to the side, and slowlyt bRing them back in. You can do two at a time to help balance the stRength build up and toning, oR do one at a time if it's easieR. THIS DOES CUH-RRRRAZZIIEEEEEEE AMOUNTS OF MIRCALE!!!!!!!!!! If you do it foR at least 20 minutes a day you'll see a diffeRence in a week TOPS. I do them all the time; it's fun!!

**AS FOR YOUR STOMACH: Easy peesy!! Just do plenty of jogging and go bike Riding. Also, doing tons of cRunches and sit ups will be a BIG help!!!

♥[?]♥ It is always a competition between my best friend and I for who can get a better tan over the course of the summer. We do it naturally by laying outside instead of fake baking. We don't tan ecessivley or anything, but lately I've been wondering about skin cancer and all that. My mom told me to use some sun tan lotion to block the violent rays of the sun..but will that stop me from getting a good tan? Thx

♥[?]♥ Alright, I am 16 and I live with my twin sister, my 19 year old brother, and my mom. She has always been pretty overprotective, especially after my dad died of brain cancer. But recently it has gotten uncontrollable. She makes up stupid excuses so I can't go hang out with my best friend. She acts like she doesn't trust me but when I ask her why she doesn't she doesn't give a reason. I have a feeling that the reason she doesn't want me going places is because she doesn't want me growing up so fast. I am going to be a Junior in High school this year and then I will be graduating in 2007 and going to college. She needs to understand that I am becoming more independent and will be an adult soon. She even went as far as keeping me from getting my liscence until I finally was able to convince her to allow me to get it. If anyone has any advice for me about how I can get my mom to give me more indepedence and actually try to listen to my side of the view.
