I have 2 kids no husband. I have made alot of mistakes in the past escpecially being premiscuous. I have compltly turned my life around now. Is it too late for or will God forgive me and except me into Heaven. Please someone who belives in God or is a Pastor or something help me.

You don't need a husband to be a complete person. Focus less on that and more on being a good mother. Most people believe that God will always forgive you. I believe that no God would punish His or Her people. I think that whole Heaven/Hell thing is sick. There's nothing wrong with being a single mother. MEN are trying to bring you down, MEN are trying to opress you and control you. That's why MEN tell you that your lifestyle is wrong. Even God is depicted as a MAN, and guess what else? it is never too late for God! He tries your whole life to get you to turn to Him. If you really seek forgiveness and ask Him for it, the Bible says that He will remember your past sins no more. Even though you have made a lot of mistakes, it's doesn't mean that you can't accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and not be let into heaven. Think of the apostle Paul...he lived his whole life persecuting christians, and he even murdered hundreds of them! but while he was on his way to another city to persecute more, Jesus appeared to him and said *saul saul why do you persecute me* and made him blind for 3 days until he accepted Christ. after than he changed his name to paul *saul means tall, paul means small* and he began preaching and spreading the good news of Jesus around.
everything happens for a purpose...maybe you made those mistakes so you could see how much you really need God in your life. the Bible says that God will NEVER leave you nor forsake you.

It is never too late for God to forgive you. God forgives many people for many things. But you cant just all the sudden be like " God Im sorry for what I have Done Please forgive me " This takes time. So I suggest every night say this " God, Please forgive me for what I might have done today and forgive me of the sins I have made today, I hope I can become more in touch with you God, By trying harder each and every day to not make thoes sins. Amen " You need to pray. Also Dont put yourself around people who do bad things, like swear, smoke, drink, fight, steal, etc. Surround yourself with people who are christian. If you dont stand up for something you will Fall for anything. If you dont stand up for God and say " YES I AM A PROUD CHRISTIAN AND I LOVE THE LORD FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR ME " you will never truely understand the worth of God. And its not just even about saying it, you have to truely believe it, or else it means nothing. I say go to chruch every sunday, and pray every day. You have to believe in God and understand what has happened. So Read the Bible also if you havent already. But dont just read it, Do it. Live by it. Understand it. When I first found out like really found out about God, I was sitting in church and we were singing these 2 songs, and it hit me, This, this is what its about, this is the feeling im supposed to get, and I knew i had just finally been saved. the 2 songs were-Prince Of Peace, and -We Fall Down, Ill Give you the lyrics-

I dont know but if you have ever heard the song "take you back" by jeremy camp...it talks about how no matter how many mistakes you make god will always forgive you and take you back..... From personal experiences i can tell u he is amazing...he odoesnt care about your past...you just have to believe that he is your personal savior and he is the only way to get to heaven.

yes he will forgive you but that is only if you really love him and comite your self to god and try to get a christen counselor or something like that. and if you have gotten your life turnd around then that is good.

God always forgives his children. I have personally made mistakes in my life and I come from a EXTREME Catholic family. You will be accepted into heaven as long as you believe in him. I suggest going to confession and confessing your sins.

Did you know that in the bible, there was this man named Paul. His name was orginally saul before he was saved. He used to persecute christians and had a lot of mistakes. Then, God filled his life, and became a christian, and recieved the gift of eternal life in heaven. There was a king named David in the old testament who made numerous mistakes, but God had still loved him. Even God's people, the Isrealites, Sin over and over and over again, yet God kept forgiving them! Surely, if he could forgive them of that, God can easily forgive you. He loves you no matter what mistakes you make, and as long as you have him in your heart, and accept him, and ask for him to forgive those mistakes, you will join him in heaven someday. In Acts 2:38-39 it states, 38Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.". You are one of his children, and can be forgiven. If you need more extensive help on this subject, I strongly suggest attending a church or talking to a pastor of a church nearby.

So David commited adultry, he coveted, murdered, lied and yet God forgave him. Why? Because he prayed this with all his heart:
Psa 51:10-12 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from your presence, and take not your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.
And here is what God said about David:
Act 13:22 And when he had removed him, he raised up David to be their king, of whom he testified and said, 'I have found in David the son of Jesse a man after my heart, who will do all my will.'
God is interested in where your heart is. Judging from the concern in your question, I would say your heart is tender and open. Give it to Him to mold and shape you. James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

No, I can't say that you made "right" choices, but you can be forgiven. You've made a serious step towards that! You've recognized that you made mistakes. You know you need God's forgiveness, and you're asking if it's too late. It's NOT too late. God will forgive you in a heartbeat! Jesus once walked, talked, and forgave a prostitute for her sins, He will do the same for you. I have made mistakes, too. No, I don't have children; but I've sinned nonetheless. God wants to forgive you. You must accept His free gift of eternal life by asking Jesus Christ to come into your heart and be your Savior. If you're not already a Christian, please pray to God and ask Him to come into your life and be your Savior. Once you've done this, ask Him to forgive you. I'm sure God appreciates specific and detailed pleas, but He knows your heart - you are entitled to be as vague as you wish. If you're not a Christian, please pray the following prayer and mean it with all your heart:

If you prayed that prayer with all of your heart and soul and mind - you are a born again daughter of Christ. If you've done this, I welcome you into the family, Sister. To truley be forgiven in the catholic faith (i don't know what religion you are, but thats what i am) you should go to confession & tell a priest your sins. He'll clear your slate. God doesn't accept you into Heaven based on your mistakes he does it if you are a BELIEVER and a LOVER of Christ.

It is never too late to turn back to God. Look at the thief on the cross next to Jesus, he was forgiven. Find a local church that you like and start talking to the pastor/priest. Once you get involved you will start feeling better.
Even if you don't decide to be Catholic, look up St. Mary of Egypt. She did bad things, but later turned into a Saint. May God Bless you.

I think that you a preacher could answer a lot of your questions. They are all very caring and very sensitive about such situations. Even if you are not a member of a church, call one and see if you can get some time to talk to the reverend. I believe that he/she would be able to answer all of your questions, and really help you out.

No, no, no! Its definately not too late! God is thrilled to be in your heart & glad that you have let him into it. No one is perfect and people make mistakes. Ask God for foregiveness and keep things right from now until forever. I'm sure theres a good church in your area that will be good to go to to learn more about God and your religion. There will be TONS of welcoming people there, and different groups (I'm sure there will be some kind of Single Moms class that will help you out). I know at my church they have all kinds of stuff for the different groups, and they're always getting together and either doing luncheons, or having retreats to get away and learn more about God (I'm a Southern Baptist, Christian). If you aren't regularly attending a church, its something positive to get involved in and a great atmosphere. And if you ever need any help, you can always talk to your Pastor about problems, or if you need to open up. Good luck!

It is not up to any person to tell you if God forgives you. In fact, I think it is pretty well documented that one of God's big things is that whole forgiveness to whose who seek it.
You say you've turned your life around - do you believe that? It seems to me that you still question it - do you feel you should have done something different to seek forgiveness? Do you feel you havne't done enough? Or are you at peace with your decisions and feel that you can reconcile what's happened and move forward from here?
My thought would be that you have 2 kids, you're actively seeking reconcilliation, and you feel that you're now on the right course in life... What more could any God ask of you?
I mean, I don't like to toss around the whole "sin" word because I feel it overused... we live our lives, and we're given the ability to make our own decisions, including screwing up. If we screw up and learn from it, then we've got something... if we screw up and continue to do so, we've learned nothing, and we've got very little.
